Chapter 756 You're Not Leaving?

"Move aside."

"Get out of our company."

Juniper smiled, "Is this how you treat your business partners?"

"Our company welcomes legitimate partners, but not spies like you."

"Spy? The contract is signed, black and white, both parties benefit. How does that make me a spy?" Juniper found it amusing.

"You seduced men to get the contract. That makes you a spy. We despise women like you who sell their looks."

"Do you have any evidence?"

"Your face is the evidence, and you're so close with Mr. Darden, flaunting your affection without any discretion." The tallest woman pushed Juniper.

Juniper frowned, "If you have something to say, say it. Don't get physical."

"So what if we get physical? So what if we push you?" They said, pushing Juniper again.

"If you push me, you'll lose your job."

"Haha, who do you think you are?"

"I may be nobody, but bullying a business partner is a serious offense. If I get hurt, do you think the company will let you off?"

Juniper faced several of them alone, without a trace of nervousness, calm and composed.

Instead, they started to panic a little.

"Don't believe her. We won't leave any marks on you for you to complain about."

"Exactly."

"Verbal abuse isn't abuse?" Juniper said.

"Who can prove we verbally abused you? Who?" The blonde woman shouted arrogantly.

"My voice recorder can."

Their faces changed, "Hand it over!"

They reached for Juniper's bag.

"Even if you take it, it's useless. My voice recorder syncs to the cloud. As long as I record it, my computer automatically backs it up. If I go to your company to seek justice, do you think they'll let you off?"

They got nervous.

"Leave now, and I won't hold it against you. If you don't, you'll be the ones leaving the company."

"Fine, you win. But don't say anything, or we won't let you off!" They fled.

Juniper shook her head, amused. There was no voice recorder at all.

'A bunch of fools, thinking they can intimidate me with their limited brains,' she thought.

After all, she had experienced plenty of bullying, and this was child's play, very immature.

"Everywhere you go, women hate you! Do you think you're just that low?" Hera walked in arrogantly.

Juniper's expression changed slightly. Only in front of Hera did she feel a bit inferior and scared due to her guilty conscience.

She didn't speak.

"You're still playing the same game, messing around with two men at the same time. Is one man never enough? Do you need at least two to be satisfied?"

Juniper opened her mouth to clarify her relationship with Anthony but thought better of it. Hera wouldn't believe her.

"Not speaking? Did I hit the mark?"

Hera continued, "Anthony and I are getting married soon, and you still want to come between us. Don't you think you're shameless?"

"I heard your family was destroyed by a mistress. Are you trying to take revenge on society by becoming one? People like you are so shameless it makes me sick."

Juniper closed her eyes, "I never thought I'd run into Anthony again."

"Shut up. That lie might fool Anthony, but not me. I know your tricks. This reunion wasn't a coincidence; it was a calculated move."

"Juniper, there are so many men out there. Why do you have to cling to Anthony?"

"I said I didn't want to meet him."

"If that's true, you should avoid him. Why don't you leave? Why stay by his side? Do you think that lie holds up?"

"Work is work. I don't want to mix personal matters into it," Juniper explained weakly.

"So you're smart, finding such a good excuse, using work as a cover. You're really cunning and hard to deal with! You're like a leech on my fiancé, impossible to get rid of. How can you be so shameless?"

"If insulting me makes you feel better, go ahead."

"Haha... Isn't that what mistresses always say? Playing the victim. And you say you're not a mistress?"

"Whatever I say, you won't believe me."

"Of course not, because you're despicable! If your mom knew how shameless you are, she'd crawl out of her grave in anger..."

Juniper's face turned pale, "Insult me if you want, but leave my mom out of it."

"What? Am I wrong? Your mom would be heartbroken knowing you're a mistress, especially since she was ruined by one. Doesn't your conscience hurt?"

"Oh wait, mistresses are so despicable, they don't have a conscience. When you die and meet your mom, will you have the face to see her?"

"Your mom can't teach you a lesson, so I'll do it for her!" Hera said, her face turning fierce as she raised her hand to slap Juniper.

But Juniper caught her hand, "I tolerated it last time, but not this time. You have no right to hit me."

Her grip was strong, and Hera couldn't shake it off.

"Believe it or not, I have no intention of entangling with Anthony."

"Say one thing, do another. I'm not stupid. You guilty, despicable woman," Hera said, her teeth chattering in anger.

"If you really mean what you say, you should leave Anthony and stay far away from him."

"I won't leave until this project is done. And I'm not even working directly with Anthony now, so I won't see him."

Hera sneered, trembling, "You're playing hard to get, deliberately keeping your distance to attract Anthony more, making him go crazy for you. You're so scheming!"

"If I'm by his side, it's wrong. If I stay away, it's also wrong. What do you want?"

"I want you to leave Harmony City and disappear from his life completely."

"Harmony City isn't yours. I was here first, and then I met him. Why should I leave? And if he really has feelings for me, even if I leave, he'll come looking for me. How many times can you drive me away?"

Juniper continued, "Even if I were a mistress, dealing with me is pointless. The key is to control Anthony's heart, not to trouble me. That won't achieve anything."

"You—" Her words were arrogant but hit the mark, leaving Hera unable to refute.

Hera thought to herself, 'This is outrageous. As Anthony's fiancée, the woman who is about to marry him, I'm being driven mad by this mistress.'

'What's wrong with this world? Why is everything upside down? Why are the bad people the ones who seem to be doing well?'

Juniper let go of her hand.

Hera's eyes were bloodshot, filled with hatred, looking terrifying, "You're not leaving?"
