Chapter 847 Everyone's Flattery

"You keep up this attitude, and you'll be the one thrown out!" Juniper turned and left.

"You—" Saffron gritted her teeth and called Bianca in, instructing her to retrieve the phone from the trash can and clean it. She wouldn't touch it herself.

Bianca carefully wiped the phone with a wet wipe. "There, Ms. Cooper, it's really clean now, no germs."

Saffron, who had a phobia of germs, frowned and had her wipe it again with a dry tissue.

"Ms. Juniper Cooper threw your phone in the trash?"

"Who else but that bitch?"

"She doesn't know who you are?"

"Of course she..." Saffron quickly corrected herself, not wanting others to know Juniper's identity, otherwise, they would side with Juniper.

"Of course she doesn't know. She thinks sleeping with a sugar daddy makes her so great, daring to mess with me. If she knew I was the CEO's daughter, she'd definitely be kneeling before me."

"Exactly! She really has no eyes." Bianca pretended to be angry.

Bianca had originally admired Juniper, thinking she was efficient and capable, but now she realized Juniper was just relying on a sugar daddy, and she was good at pretending.

The key was that she had offended Saffron, and her days at the company would surely be numbered. Bianca had to stand with Saffron.

"Ms. Cooper, why don't you just kick her out? It's such bad luck to see her every day."

"I don't want my dad accusing me of abusing my power."

"But Mr. Cooper only has one daughter. As long as you ask, he would agree."

"Isn't that obvious? I just don't think it's necessary." Saffron said, saving face. It was as if Juniper was an ant she could crush with one hand.

"That's because our Ms. Cooper is beautiful and kind, letting her off the hook."

"If it happens again, I won't be so polite." Saffron said fiercely.

"Yes! After all, the company is yours, you can do whatever you want. Kicking that woman out is just a matter of a word from you, you can do it anytime."

With Saffron's bad temper, it seemed Juniper wouldn't last long.

The next day arrived.

At noon, Saffron was tired of takeout and went to the employee cafeteria to eat.

"Ms. Cooper."

"Good afternoon, Ms. Cooper."

"You're eating in the employee cafeteria too, Ms. Cooper."

"Ms. Cooper."

Everyone greeted her with great respect and flattery, very deferential.

They probably all assumed she was the future CEO.

Joking aside, who wouldn't want to curry favor with the future CEO?

Saffron had been scolded by Juniper in a meeting today, which had made her very angry, but now she felt better, proudly lifting her chin.

When she officially became the CEO, they would be even more respectful. In the future, she would require all employees to bow 90 degrees when they saw her, just like meeting the President.

Bianca ran around, helping Saffron get soup, fruit, and pasta.

"Ms. Cooper, it seems the news that you're the company's heir has already spread, everyone knows."

"Well." Saffron straightened her back even more, already looking like a CEO, and said, "How did it spread so fast? I wanted to keep a low profile."

"You want to keep a low profile, but your charisma and beauty won't allow it." Bianca continued to flatter her.

Saffron enjoyed it very much, playfully scolding, "You're such a sweet talker."

"I'm just telling the truth."

"Ms. Cooper, can we sit with you?"

The women who had previously badmouthed Saffron now stood in front of her with their trays, trying to please her.

Saffron, like a proud princess, granted them the opportunity, "Sit."

"Thank you, Ms. Cooper."

Six people sat at the table.

"Ms. Cooper, you're eating a lot."

"How can you say that? Ms. Cooper is busy with work, using a lot of brainpower, of course, she needs more nutrition."

"Exactly, so many important decisions are waiting for Ms. Cooper to make."

"Ms. Cooper, you work so hard."

"That Juniper is too much, saying you don't work in front of so many people. How could she say that? We all see how hard you work."

"Yes, you're already working so hard, we all feel for you."

"You're using your brain, not doing manual labor. Does she think running around all day is the only way to work?"

"She's so rigid and has no sense at all."

"Exactly, Ms. Cooper, don't be angry."

These women were used to flattering and going with the flow, the best at lying with a straight face.

They knew Saffron did nothing but eat and play games all day, and Juniper's reprimand was justified, but they still badmouthed Juniper, making it seem like she was in the wrong.

Talking about this made Saffron angry. Juniper had humiliated her in public, which was too much. But if she cursed, it would only make her look worse.

Arrogantly, she said, "I'm magnanimous, I won't stoop to her level."

"Yes, Ms. Cooper, you are clearly a generous person, you wouldn't bother with her."

"People who do great things don't sweat the small stuff. Only narrow-minded people like Juniper love to nitpick."

"Speaking of which, Juniper is such a pretender. Just because she graduated from a prestigious school, she acts all high and mighty, bossing everyone around, thinking she's so important. But everyone knows she got into the company through connections."

"Exactly! The previous Deputy General Manager worked diligently for over ten years, climbing up step by step, and was in his thirties when he got the position. But her? She parachuted in as Deputy General Manager in her twenties. Isn't the backdoor deal obvious?"

"I hate women who have a face that seduces men but pretend to be career-oriented!"

"Right? Acting like she's the best in the company, putting on airs!"

"Who knows who her sugar daddy is."

"Who cares? None of them can compare to our Ms. Cooper's capabilities."

"Ms. Cooper, your skin is so good, what skincare products do you use?"

"Even if I told you, you couldn't afford it. Our Ms. Cooper's platinum bag alone costs $500,000. Who can afford that? Juniper's shabby bag is only about $20,000, not even enough to buy a piece of our Ms. Cooper's bag, yet she acts so arrogant."

"She's far inferior to our Ms. Cooper, which is why Ms. Cooper doesn't bother with her."

Their combined flattery made Saffron feel great.

She was very vain and loved being flattered.

"Look, Juniper's here."

"And with my crush, Mr. Morgan, too. So annoying."

"Why is my crush the one to mentor her? She gets a high position, high salary, and a handsome guy. Her life is too good, she gets everything."

"Exactly. Look at her smiling, blatantly flirting with my crush!"

"The worst part is my crush seems to like it too, he's smiling at her."

Saffron's previously good mood soured again.
