Chapter 134 Get Back to Luminara
Leo covered his face speechlessly, stood up, patted Gabriel on the shoulder, and sighed wearily. "This isn't about me being indecisive. No matter how you look at it, Natalie was wronged this time."
Natalie clearly hated Gabriel, but Alyssa was overthinking it, making herself out to be Natalie's imaginary rival.
He thought, 'How didAlyssa, who used to be dignified and graceful become like this? She really knows how to make herself the center of attention!'
Leo sighed and walked away.
Angela was still cursing Natalie incessantly, not just because of Alyssa.
She hated Natalie. She thought, 'How could Natalie suddenly become the heiress of the Clark Group overnight, with her reputation soaring in the social circle? And what about me?'
Their statuses had completely swapped, and she had become the most insignificant one!
The Kensington family members treated her coldly, and she didn't even have pocket money anymore—all because Natalie took the rare ring!
Natalie had completely disrupted her life!
"Shut up!" Gabriel reprimanded coldly.
Angela covered her face and left, crying out, "You're all bullying me!"
Gabriel stood at the door with a stern expression, while inside the ward, Alyssa's face was calm but pale.
Brad had gone to inquire about the situation and hurriedly came back to report,
"Mr. Kensington, the hospital has a sufficient supply of Rh-negative blood, and Ms. Davis is barely hurt, just some minor scrapes."
Suddenly, Gabriel recalled Natalie's words. "Mr. Kensington, your intelligence is truly laughable. Ms. Davis has survived so many 'deaths,' and the moment you rush over, she'll invariably be bouncing back to life."
Inside the ward, Alyssa lay there with a pale face. When she saw him, her eyes lit up. "Gabriel, I wish I were dead so I wouldn't drag you down. Natalie must have given you a hard time, right? It's just too much!"
Gabriel stood there casually, a faint indifference and detachment in his calm eyes.
"Too much? She donated so much blood to you, and you didn't even say thank you. Do you still think she's too much?" said he.
The color drained from Alyssa's face, and she hurried to explain, "That's not what I meant. Of course, I'm grateful for Natalie's blood donation, but it's her fault for hiding her identity."
Gabriel looked at her expressionlessly,
"So what? What does her hiding her identity have to do with you?"
Other than Ulysses kicking Alyssa out because she was uninvited, Natalie hadn't done anything excessive to her.
Gabriel stood there with a stern face, an inexplicable irritation in his chest that wouldn't go away.
A hint of coldness flashed in his indifferent eyes, and his tone was icy and unquestionable. "Once Oscar's death anniversary is over, you should go back to Luminara. The medical conditions there are better for your recovery. After you recover, I'll support you for three more months. After that, I'll stop your living allowance. You have the ability to live independently."
Alyssa looked up in shock, her face full of panic, on the verge of tears. "Gabriel."
Leo, standing at the door, coughed. "This amount of money is nothing, Gabriel. Why are you cutting it off so soon."
Gabriel didn't give them a chance to argue, grabbed his coat, and walked out. "If you think it's no big deal, you take over!"
Leo was taken aback, his mouth twitching. "I can't. All my money is with my wife."
Alyssa felt like a burden being kicked out by Gabriel. At that moment, she suddenly felt humiliated, her fingers tightly gripping her clothes, trembling all over.
