Chapter 345 Please Get Lost
Emily looked up at him in shock. Felix wasn't joking; he stepped back to make way for her.
He was certain she wouldn't dare to resist.
Who could be fooled by those pretentious acting skills?
She was deliberately guiding the direction of the show here, deliberately targeting Natalie. Who couldn't see that?
Emily bit her lower lip. The current situation was at a stalemate, with no room for maneuver.
She glanced at the cold Gabriel, whose gaze hadn't lingered on her at all.
Emily walked step by step to the side, her eyes lingering on the others, hoping that at least one person would speak up to keep her.
Her gaze finally fell on Natalie, pinning her hopes on her.
As long as she spoke up, they probably wouldn't target her, right?
But Natalie, pale-faced, was leaning against the railing, looking impatient, with her eyes closed and clutching her chest, not caring at all if Emily jumped.
Emily pressed her lips together, hesitated, and finally jumped.
Her scream pierced the mountain silence, echoing through the valley.
When the livestream footage appeared online, viewers erupted with comments:
[Mr. Kensington should have kicked her one more time.]
[Mr. Kensington got angry for not been chosen!]
[Emily said in the first episode that she loved outdoor activities, but she's afraid of heights? She's such a liar!]
[Poor Ms. Clark, telling the truth and still being dragged down. Is Mr. Kensington furious out of shame?]
[Mr. Kensington must regret the divorce, right? Look at that gaze, it never left Ms. Clark.]
Gabriel, seeing that Natalie didn't look well, immediately had someone take her away. He followed behind, watching her unsteady steps, a hint of regret flashing in his eyes.
Just as he was about to step forward and hold her, Natalie, having sensed his approaching footsteps, moved aside.
His hand came up empty.
Natalie glared at him with her cold, reddened eyes.
"Get lost."
She never spoke so harshly; she always had a bottom line. It seemed she was really angry this time!
Gabriel gave her a deep look, the feeling of regret gradually spreading in his heart, but he couldn't directly apologize because Natalie would undoubtedly respond with cold sarcasm.
Such an apology would be worthless!
He tightened his lips and followed her steps.
"Are you angry? I was just a bit angry at the time, so I wanted to jump down to cool off, but I wouldn't let anything happen to you."
Natalie sneered and suddenly stopped.
"You wanted me to jump down to cool off, didn't you?"
Gabriel was angry himself, but he dared to drag her into it?
It was clearly intentional!
Gabriel raised an eyebrow, which she naturally couldn't see.
He was just hoping her gaze would linger on him just a few seconds longer.
He was angry about not being chosen, but even angrier about her indifference.
"Of course not."
Neither of them mentioned the kiss that had happened between them. Natalie didn't want to face that issue.
Natalie, gritting her teeth in anger, took two steps forward, her steps unsteady, her head dizzy, and a flash of white light crossed her vision.
She involuntarily went limp and fell.
Gabriel immediately stepped forward to catch her, his brow furrowing slightly, panic setting in.
He quickly picked her up and ran out. The ambulance was right outside, and Natalie's assistant Demi and the driver were there waiting. Seeing this scene, they turned pale with fright.
