Chapter 96 Who Would Donate Blood?

Yves stiffened for a moment. Although he felt sorry for the money, the words had been spoken and couldn't be taken back.

Mia quickly waved her hand. "No, it's too extravagant. I don't need it."

Natalie refused, "No, we may not use it, but we can't be without it. You must have it. Yves is not short of money! Right?" She smiled at Yves with a grin.

Since Yves was footing the bill, she was happy to oblige. Yves chuckled, somewhat helplessly, "Yes, it's just a yacht, right? Let's buy it. Just like Natalie said, consider it a little gift from me to you. I can afford to give it." His sister was boasting, and he had to deliver!

Mia was well aware of the Clark family's power, and since they were all so familiar by now, it would seem impolite to refuse any further. "Thank you, Yves."

Yves raised an eyebrow, reaching out to pat her head. "So good." Mia blushed uncontrollably.

But Yves quickly turned to Natalie, indulgently asking, "Are you satisfied now? Can we leave?"

Natalie nodded, linking her arm with his and waving to Mia. "Goodbye."

In those three years, she had never been so straightforward and calm in asking Gabriel for gifts. All he ever gave her was money. Seeing her ask other men for things made Gabriel extremely uncomfortable, his expression turning cold and grim.

As Natalie and Yves turned around, they saw Gabriel and Leo at the door. The smile on her face vanished instantly, replaced by a cold and distant expression. Gabriel felt a sharp pain in his heart at the sight, an uncontrollable pang.

Her gaze passed over him without a glance, clearly showing her disdain. Leo, being tactful, refrained from making any sarcastic remarks. After all, she held his nude photos. If she was displeased, she could become a world sensation. However, it wasn't appropriate to ignore the situation, so he just smiled and looked at the man beside her.

"Yves, what a coincidence!"

Yves raised an eyebrow. "Mr. Dixon, indeed, quite a coincidence."

Yves didn't even spare a glance at Gabriel. As Natalie's husband for three years, he already disliked him. There was no way he could pretend everything was fine! The atmosphere became tense for a moment, Gabriel's eyes narrowing slightly, his voice cold.
"Natalie, it's quite unexpected that you've become a partner in Share. When did that happen?"

She held too many secrets he didn't know about her aloofness, her radiance, and the Natalie from three years ago, which were like two different people. That feeling of being out of his control was very unpleasant.

Natalie smirked, her tone indifferent, "My affairs don't need to be reported to you, my 'ex-husband,' right? Mr. Kensington, curb your curiosity.

It was best for them to have no contact at all!

Just as Gabriel was about to say something, they heard Angela scream from outside, "Alyssa, what happened? You're bleeding a lot."

Everyone inside paused, Gabriel's face showing a hint of panic as he rushed out. Several people followed Leo, looking puzzled. Alyssa was lying in Angela's arms, blood covering her forehead, looking in bad shape and barely conscious.

Angela was crying, "Alyssa, don't scare me."

"What happened?" Gabriel ran over, holding Alyssa in his arms, scolding Angela, "Why are you here? What happened?"

Angela sobbed, speaking incoherently between tears, "I don't know. She just fell and bled a lot."

Leo frowned. "Don't move her. It will only make the bleeding worse. Is there a doctor here for emergencies?" Leo was rarely serious.

"Yes, not long ago, one just left. I'll call him back immediately." Mia, though reluctant to get involved in trouble, knew she would be held accountable if Alyssa really died.

She turned to make the call to the emergency doctor.

Natalie watched expressionlessly as Gabriel's panic played out before her, finding it rather ironic. He did care for Alyssa.

With a slight smirk, Natalie tugged at Yves' sleeve. "I wanna go back to rest."

She suddenly felt a bit weary.

Yves patted her head, affectionately wrapping his arm around her shoulder. "Let's go. I'll buy you a yacht."

Natalie smiled, taking a few steps before Leo suddenly shouted, "No, she can't leave. Alyssa has lost too much blood. She may need a transfusion. If she leaves, who will donate blood?"

For a moment, the voices in the air fell silent.
