Chapter 34 I've Always Considered You a Friend

Natalie sneered. She didn't look at him again. Then, she took her phone and bag, and walked away confidently in high heels. Her slender figure exuded confidence.

Charlie raised an eyebrow and immediately followed her out.

Gabriel stood there with a frosty expression. Natalie's words made him uncomfortably.

She was a servant at the Kensington Villa?

She was his wife. When did she become a servant?

It seemed like there was so much he didn't know.

As soon as Gabriel stepped out, he saw Zach outside the door, struggling with Jessica. His face was flushed, and his gaze unfocused.

So Natalie truly did know there was something in the drink and was prepared...

So his earlier actions were unnecessary after all?

Natalie left in the car. When she heard Gabriel's misunderstanding, she wasn't disappointed. After being married for three years, he didn't know who she was?

In just a moment, she regained her composure. Her emotions remained stable.

She would not go down the same path again. Gabriel, they were no longer relevant to each other!

Charlie hummed a tune and glanced at her, "I saved you today, how are you going to thank me?"

"What gift do you want? Or should I just transfer money to you directly?"

Charlie looked at her with a half-smile, "It's the first time a woman wants to transfer money to me! But I would rather have you as my girlfriend!"

Natalie glanced at him sideways, "You're dreaming!"

"Why not? What gives? You should give me a chance!" Charlie grunted.

Natalie looked at him calmly, "I've always considered you a friend."

Charlie was a bit speechless. "Anyway, I will prove that I am the person best suited for you."
Natalie didn't understand why he was so confident. She couldn't help but smile and said, "Suit yourself."

Anyway, Charlie's enthusiasm usually wouldn't last for more than a month.
When Charlie looked at her smile, he felt a pain in his chest. Anyway, he wouldn't give the opportunity to someone else again.

After Natalie returned home, Kelly couldn't wait and called to inquire about the progress.
Natalie could only tell the truth. When she mentioned Gabriel, she hesitated. Then, she casually revealed what happened.

"This Jessica is like a pimp. She's even more professional than the prostitutes in nightclubs. I don't think she should stay in the company, she should go work in a nightclub."

Natalie lowered her head and smiled, "This matter hasn't been completely resolved yet. So it's not the time to fire her. Jessica is capable, but her intentions are not good. However, she's just a minor character. As long as she doesn't cause trouble, I can keep her temporarily."

Early the next morning, when Natalie arrived at the company, she found that her chair had been replaced with a new one. She praised Aaron's efficiency. She had just brewed a cup of coffee when she heard the door being pushed open with a loud bang.

"Natalie, did you do that on purpose? I specifically asked you to accompany Mr. Green for dinner, but you just ignored me and left?"

Jessica stormed in. There were obvious signs of intimacy on her neck. She covered them with a scarf, but Zach's weird fetishes were really creepy, she could barely withstand them.
Afterwards, she thought about it and was sure that Natalie had changed her mind, otherwise, how could Zach let go of such a beauty like her?

Natalie waved her hand and asked Aaron to leave. Then, she looked at Jessica with a smile.

Jessica felt a little guilty under Natalie’s gaze and her momentum weakened instantly.
"Forget it, as long as you sign the contract, I won't argue with you anymore."
She threw the contract she had brought in front of Natalie.

Without even lifting her head, Natalie picked up her phone and tapped a few times. Immediately, the recording of their conversation from the previous dinner was played.

"Natalie, relying solely on Victor, what can you achieve? You need to find more backings. It's obvious that Victor wants to embarrass you. He's the one who put you in this position and doesn't care about you. What benefits do you get from following him? He's not going to marry you."

"Look at what you're wearing, there's not even a logo of a brand. Did you buy it cheaply online? How do you commute to work? Do you take a taxi?"

"I have more experience than you, I won't deceive you. If you follow Mr. Green, you won't lose out. Mr. Green has prepared a second-hand Audi for you. With Mr. Green's help, you can secure your position in future projects."
