Chapter 59 Relentless Rejection

Gabriel stood by and didn't speak, but his eyes were filled with coldness.

Natalie chuckled lightly, took Charlie's arm, and raised an eyebrow. "Does it concern you how many men I change or how many people I date? Does Mr. Dixon also want to date me?"

Leo was angry at being retorted and thought, 'Why is it that I always get bullied by Natalie without question?'

"You? A woman like you, I wouldn't even glance at you!"

"To be honest, I've seen it before. Mr. Dixon, your physique is really not that great, so you should go find those tasteless women to date. I have very high standards for men's physiques."

Natalie dared to say his physique was not good?

Leo's face filled with anger, trembling with rage. But he didn't dare to say a word because Natalie had his nude photos in her hands, so he had to back off.
He realized that Natalie was threatening him.
Charlie laughed, "She always has high standards. Mr. Dixon, if you keep talking, you'll affect Natalie's mood for dinner."

Natalie's mood had already been affected when she saw Gabriel.
Natalie gave Leo a cold look, ignoring Gabriel beside him, and walked straight in.
Leo was furious behind her. "This woman is so rude. How dare she insult my physique? Is my physique not good?"

Gabriel's face turned unexpectedly cold, and he sneered, "Do you think it's good?"
He felt annoyed because Natalie didn't show up for their appointment, and the matter of the emerald ring had not been resolved. The gloomy feeling in Gabriel's heart, triggered by Natalie witnessing Leo streaking, lingered and made him even more frustrated for no reason.
Leo was upset and didn't know why Gabriel was angry at him, but it was definitely because of Natalie.

When he went to Kensington Group to find Gabriel, he happened to see Gabriel asking his secretary Brad to contact Natalie, but he didn't expect Gabriel to be rejected.
When the two went out to eat, they saw Natalie and Charlie on a date. So could Gabriel possibly feel good about it?
Suddenly, Leo remembered something and hurriedly asked, "I heard that your family heirloom, the emerald ring, was sold by your mother and sister, is that true?"
Gabriel's face turned even colder at the mention of it and remained silent.
"If someone bought it, you can buy it back with money."
Gabriel gave Leo a cold glance. "Natalie bought it."
Leo said, "Alright."
It won't be easy then.

Maybe Natalie encountered someone she didn't want to see, so this meal was uninteresting to her and she had no appetite.

Natalie had a drink and planned to go back and rest in the afternoon. She didn't know what kind of wine Charlie had recommended, but it tasted sweet at first and spicy in the throat, with a strong aftertaste. She only had a sip, but her consciousness began to blur.
If it weren't for Charlie looking more dizzy than Natalie, she would have suspected that he had spiked the drink.

Natalie propped her forehead up and called Aaron to have someone pick them up. Then she planned to go to the restroom to wash her face and sober up.
She walked unsteadily, but smoothly. After washing her face, she felt much more awake and thought to herself, 'I shouldn't have come out with Charlie.'
On the way back, Natalie remembered the route, but she didn't expect to bump into someone as soon as she turned a corner.
"Sorry."
Looking up, Natalie saw Gabriel's cold and stern face, with a furrowed brow. She immediately snapped out of it and took a step back to maintain distance.

"Mr. Kensington?" she asked.

Gabriel noticed her movement and his eyes darkened. "What a coincidence, Natalie."

Natalie raised an eyebrow. "Not really, I was just about to leave."

But before she could walk past him, Gabriel stopped her.

"We need to talk."

"About what?" she asked, confused.

"You know exactly what," Gabriel said, staring at her intently.

Natalie smiled, completely sober. "I don't think there's anything we need to talk about. If it's work-related, please contact my assistant."

Natalie's phone rang, indicating that her driver had arrived. She was about to leave when Gabriel said, "You can name your terms, but I must take that ring."

Gabriel was after the emerald ring. Perhaps Blair had found out about it overnight, making Wendy and Angela's night particularly difficult...

"Mr. Kensington, don't you understand?" Natalie smirked. "Since yesterday, no matter what conditions you offer, I have no interest. That means I refuse."
