Chapter 53 The Legendary Card
Natalie had blocked Gabriel long ago and had no way of contacting him, so she was surprised to see Gabriel's name on Charlie's Facebook.
Gabriel commented: [You can only imitate others.]
This comment was extremely insulting!
Charlie got angry and kept scolding him, but Gabriel never replied, so the war ended.
Natalie rolled her eyes speechlessly and said, "Charlie is really boring, right?"
"He likes you, everyone can see that. Why don't you give him a chance? It would be great to piss off Gabriel as well," Kelly suggested.
"If I like him, I would have made a move a long time ago. Stop talking nonsense!"
Natalie frowned, thinking of a way to remove Charlie's idea.
"Well, forget it then. I have my eye on a necklace, want to go check it out with me?" Topics between girls are never-ending.
Natalie nodded.
Shopping always made people happy.
They rushed out and headed straight to the counter.
Kelly had already made a reservation. As soon as the necklace was brought out, it was stunning enough to make anyone gasp.
"This necklace is the grand finale of the famous designer Pire. You have a good eye. Why not give it a try?" The salesperson immediately noticed their extraordinary attire and was very enthusiastic.
Kelly nodded and handed it to Natalie, saying, "You try it first."
They were like sisters and didn't mind who bought it. Although Natalie didn't often go shopping, she had quite a collection of jewelry. Every holiday or birthday, her brothers would give her gifts that could fill a warehouse. The latest jewelry would inevitably appear in front of her on the market.
Just as she picked it up to try it on, she heard someone mocking from behind. "Can she afford it even if she tries it on? Salesperson, be careful not to let the necklace touch her and get that stench on it, or you won't be able to sell it."
Angela and her friends were shopping when they happened to come across this scene and caught a whiff of the lingering smell of food on the two people.
Last time, she had lost to Natalie and was so angry that she couldn't eat for a few days!
Kelly replied with a gloomy expression, "What does it have to do with you?"
Angela walked over with a smug expression and said, "Actually, it does. I want this necklace. Don't let anyone try it on. I'm afraid it'll get dirty!"
She glared at Kelly through gritted teeth and looked at Natalie with a cold smirk, saying, "How much allowance does your sugar daddy give you? Not enough to buy this, right?"
"Wrap it up for me," Natalie put down the necklace and spoke coldly with a hint of warning in her gaze towards Angela.
Angela paused, fearing that the same terror from that day would overwhelm her again.
There were people around, including the security guards at the jewelry store. Natalie didn't have the courage to act!
"I said, I want this necklace." Since Natalie liked this necklace, Angela was determined not to let her have it.
The salesperson hesitated and said, "These two ladies were here first."
"What did you say? I am a VIP customer of your store and entitled to the best treatment. What I have my eyes on must be given to me first!" Angela proudly glanced at Natalie.
The store's rule was that VIP customers had priority in selecting items.
The salesperson glanced apologetically at Kelly and Natalie and tried to take the necklace away.
Natalie lightly pressed her hand on top of it and smiled.
She took out a black and gold card from her bag. It was a limited edition super VIP card recognized by all luxury brand stores around the world. It was said that it was only given to ten socialites in the world, even the royal family of a certain country couldn't obtain it. It was extremely rare and precious.
With this card, one could enjoy the utmost treatment at any luxury brand store in the world.
The salesperson was shocked for a few seconds and said, "Miss, I will package it for you immediately."
She no longer paid attention to Angela and moved quickly.
Angela was still in shock and couldn't accept it. "Is this card fake? Don't let her fool you!"
Although she hadn't personally seen or touched it, the legend of this card had been circulating in the socialite circle, and occasionally exposed photos of it were unforgettable.
Natalie was holding the legendary card in her hand!
Angela thought, 'How does she have it? Why does Natalie have this card?'
The store manager immediately came over and ushered, saying, "Please leave immediately. We need to provide dedicated service to this customer."
Natalie chuckled, and Kelly couldn't help but say, "Get her out of here quickly. I get annoyed just seeing her!"
