Chapter 393 Mrs. Kensington is Back

Natalie was going back to pack her things and, in the meantime, inform Ulysses and the others about the situation.

Gabriel immediately had Brad handle the paperwork, claiming he needed to go home to recuperate.

He was more excited about getting injured than usual!

Brad bustled around, completing the paperwork and having the house thoroughly cleaned.

Gabriel returned in a wheelchair, inspecting the cleanliness of the house meticulously.

He didn't even spare the corners.

The housekeeper, Julia Simmons, had been with them since before the divorce. Gabriel thought she was someone Natalie was used to, so he never replaced her.

She stood there nervously, enduring Gabriel's critical and cold gaze.

"All of Natalie's things are still here, right?"

Julia stammered, "Yes, everything is here. You instructed that none of Mrs. Kensington's things should be thrown away."

Gabriel nodded in satisfaction and turned to instruct Brad.

"Have the major brands send over some clothes. Replace all the out-of-season clothes, shoes, and bags in the walk-in closet so she won't be upset when she sees them."

Brad thought: It's you who gets upset when you see them, right?

He didn't dare say it out loud and nodded nervously, "Yes."

The Clark Villa.

When Natalie mentioned the situation, Yves almost jumped up in anger.

"No way, I object!"

To Yves, it was clear that Gabriel had ulterior motives!

Victor looked at Natalie, "Have you made up your mind?"

Natalie nodded solemnly.

Ulysses remained silent. He knew Natalie's character well; once she decided on something, no one could change her mind.

"Dad, Victor, are you agreeing to this? Have some backbone!"

Yves looked at Ulysses and Victor in disbelief.

Victor's gaze swept over him indifferently, his voice cold, "Why don't you take care of Gabriel for Natalie then?"

"In his dreams! If I go, I'll throw him off the balcony and break his other leg!"

Yves was fuming!

Natalie couldn't help but laugh, "Don't overthink it. I'm not going there to be a servant. Besides, Elijah is coming with me."

They all looked at her, their eyes filled with surprise and admiration, giving her a thumbs up.

They had overthought it.

Natalie shrugged casually.

Gabriel never said she couldn't bring a bodyguard!

She packed a small suitcase simply, thinking she could come back if she felt uncomfortable. She wasn't going to serve him!

Elijah, on the other hand, carried a large suitcase, standing at the door with a stern demeanor, waiting for her.

Natalie was surprised and opened her mouth to say something, but held back.

Maybe his suitcase was full of weapons?

Elijah didn't want to explain. He had a gut feeling that this wasn't a short stay and prepared for a long-term deployment, bringing all his things.

Natalie wore a simple light-colored dress, looking calm and radiant, with an outstanding presence.

Behind her, Elijah exuded a fierce aura, effortlessly carrying two suitcases, walking with a forbidding stride.

She originally thought she would hate this place, but standing at the door, she felt calm, as if it were a lifetime ago.

Everything was in the past!

Elijah knocked on the door, and soon, someone opened it.

Before Natalie could step inside, Julia ran over excitedly and grabbed her hand.

"Mrs. Kensington, you're finally back. I've missed you so much."

A flash of disgust crossed Natalie's brow, and she immediately pulled her hand back. The next second, Elijah stepped forward.

His tall and broad body blocked Natalie, his expression fierce and stern.

"Step aside. There's no Mrs. Kensington here."
