Chapter 362 He Doesn't Pick Up Trash
Clark Group.
Natalie planned to discuss Robert's matter with Victor.
As soon as she entered, she saw a familiar woman sitting in the reception area.
It was Donna.
She also saw Natalie.
Donna's face was ashen and sallow, with a noticeable slap mark on her cheek.
She ran a few steps forward but was stopped by security.
"Stop!"
Donna looked at her anxiously, "I'm not here to cause trouble. I just want to ask if you can give me Rex's contact information. I've thought it over, and I should return the money to him."
Natalie couldn't help but laugh, and Donna's expression stiffened.
"Give it to me, I'll pass it on."
Natalie extended her hand, raising an eyebrow.
If Vincent hadn't switched brides and Donna's facade hadn't shattered, would she be so eager to return the money?
Returning the money was a pretense; she wanted to mess around with SW Group's only son, Rex, and rekindle their relationship, right?
Donna was taken aback. "I want to return it to him personally."
Natalie took a step forward, "You know my relationship with him, yet you ask me for his contact information. Are you that desperate?"
Donna was provoked by her words and looked up at her sharply.
But she didn't dare to make a move against Natalie. "I bet you don't even have those tens of thousands of dollars. Vincent dumped you, and now you're eyeing the next target?"
Natalie was straightforward, and Donna was furious.
"I don't!"
Natalie raised an eyebrow, and Donna gritted her teeth, holding back her anger.
"I just want to apologize to him."
Natalie took out her phone, "Fine, I won't get involved in your mess. Wait here."
Donna's eyes lit up.
Natalie instantly called Rex.
After a few rings, he picked up.
"Natalie, what's up?"
Donna's expression froze, and she glanced at Natalie, then quickly masked her disappointment.
Natalie replied, "Ms. Nelson is at my company, asking for your contact information to return the money. Should I give it to her?"
Rex was silent for a while.
It was clear that his coldness and disgust arose upon hearing Donna's name. Rex slowly spoke, his voice noticeably colder.
"Just give the money to you. Consider it a cleaning fee for dirtying your company's floor."
Donna's bag fell to the ground.
Her voice choked with sobs.
"Rex, I know I was wrong before. I'm sorry. Can you give me a chance? I want to say it to you in person."
Rex's voice was icy, and it was clear he saw through Donna's intentions.
"Do you think I'm running a garbage collection service? I don't pick up trash!"
Donna wanted to say something more, but Rex interrupted her.
"Natalie, I'm busy. I'll contact you later."
The next second, he hung up the phone.
Natalie looked at Donna, her gaze indifferent, and put away her phone.
"Heard that?"
She had no patience for Donna.
"Ms. Clark, can you help me?"
Natalie glanced at her, her tone tinged with faint sarcasm.
"Where do you get the nerve?"
With that, Natalie turned and headed towards the elevator, instructing the security as she went.
"Escort her out, or take her to the police station."
"Yes!"
Natalie went upstairs and found Victor, telling him everything she had learned from Gabriel.
Victor was silent for a full minute before suddenly smiling.
"Gabriel is quite confident."
"Hmm?"
"He's certain you'll lose."
Otherwise, why would he tell her?
Natalie looked at Victor helplessly. Was he just watching the drama unfold?
"This concerns my wealth and fortune. I must win!"
Victor took a letter from his drawer.
"What you mentioned, I just found out before you came back. I have an address here. It's a place Walter often visits when he returns to the country."
Natalie took it and looked, frowning.
"An amusement park?"
