Chapter 88 Make Them Leave
Natalie curled her lips into a mocking smile and watched as Alyssa's fake smile gradually froze and disappeared.
She was extremely satisfied.
"Can’t you hear me? Why aren't you leaving yet? You just want to leech off Natalie's privileges. I advise you to restrain your shameless behavior." Kelly sneered.
The store manager, seeing this, was afraid Natalie would be displeased and immediately clarified his stance.
"Please go downstairs to make your selections. We will arrange for staff to serve you."
Alyssa's expression turned terrible, and Angela became even angrier. ‘It is no different from publicly humiliating me, isn’t it?’
If this got out, she would lose her good reputation among other socialites!
"I'm not going down. I want to see what kind of clothes Natalie wants. I am rich enough; Whatever she wants, I'll take it all!" Angela waved her hand. She certainly wanted to maintain her dignity, especially in front of Natalie.
Natalie was slightly taken aback and raised an eyebrow. "You want them?"
"Yes, I want them!" Angela smiled and looked triumphantly at the store manager. "Now, kick them out."
The store manager almost failed to maintain her smile and looked at her in embarrassment. Angela's actions left her at a loss!
Natalie smiled and looked at the store manager. "Since Angela likes them, wrap up all the clothes I just selected for her."
The store manager was stunned for a moment, seeing that Natalie showed no signs of anger, and nodded in agreement.
"Yes."
The store manager called to fetch the clothes. Natalie, watching Angela from behind, casually spoke, "Angela, you wouldn't find them too expensive and want to return them, would you?"
The store manager froze. If that were the case, she would be in big trouble.
Angela felt that Natalie was starting to get on her last nerve.
"Return them? I would rather throw away what I buy than return it."
She arrogantly lifted her chin. She thought, ‘How dare Natalie, a woman who relied on a man for support, to question me, a true heiress?’
Natalie took out her phone and played the recording she had just made.
"Angela, you wouldn't find them too expensive and want to return them, would you?"
"Return them? I would rather throw away what I buy than return it!"
Angela paused; her expression changed slightly. "What do you mean?"
Natalie smiled at her. "Just taking some evidence for the store manager. If you return them, she can show them to your friends when they come to shop."
Angela was furious and laughed mockingly. "I'm the future heir of the Kensington family. Do you think I can't afford a few clothes? Natalie, do you think everyone is like you?"
She was determined to buy these clothes.
Natalie smiled and sent the recording to the store manager, who looked at her gratefully and was clearly relieved.
Turning to Kelly, she smiled. "Let's go. We probably won't find anything suitable today, thanks to the generous Angela."
Kelly raised an eyebrow, picked up her bag, and stood up. "Let’s go."
They slowly walked downstairs.
The store manager came over with the list of clothes Natalie had just selected. "Angela, the total is nine hundred and forty thousand dollars. Please take a look."
Angela was stunned; her smile instantly disappeared, and her eyes flashed with shock and nervousness. "What?"
She thought it would only be a few thousand dollars, even twenty thousand she could afford.
But she had just had her allowance cut by Blair Kensington because of the emerald ring incident, and she was poor.
"Because Natalie selected the latest high-end custom dresses of the season, which haven't been released in the U.S.A yet, there are no discounts."
The store manager spoke tactfully and looked at Angela pitifully. She had been so arrogant just now, and she was scared.
Angela bit her lip tightly, and her face went pale. No wonder Natalie emphasized she couldn't return them; She was sure Angela couldn't afford them.
Alyssa, frowning, looked at Angela and cautiously suggested, "Why don't you call Gabriel? Should I call?"
Natalie and Kelly, who were walking to the door, heard Alyssa's suggestion. Natalie remained expressionless, but Kelly laughed mockingly. "She can't even afford those clothes and still pretends to be rich?"
Natalie tugged at the corner of her mouth. "Whatever. It's none of our business."
This was no longer her concern!
