Chapter 360 Don't You Cry

As soon as Natalie finished speaking, Gabriel's expression froze for a moment.

But soon, everything vanished in an instant.

The corners of his mouth lifted slightly, and his well-defined hand just raised, intending to brush away the hair blown by the wind from her ear.

Natalie turned her head to avoid it, and he withdrew his hand.

His voice was hoarse and low, but his eyes were filled with tenderness.

"Is that so? That doesn't stop me from inviting you to dinner."

Natalie took a deep breath. Why was he clinging to her?

She couldn't shake him off.

"But I don't want to have dinner with you, Mr. Kensington. You should take a hint."

Gabriel squinted his eyes, a smile gradually spreading, his voice warm and mellow.

"I don't take hints."

Natalie was so angry that she stormed off without saying another word.

She didn't want to waste another breath on him.

The gloom in Gabriel's eyes dissipated, and he spoke helplessly.

"How about dinner together?"

"Get lost!"

Gabriel continued, "I know the relationship between Billy and Robert!"

Natalie stopped in her tracks and changed her tune without batting an eye.

"Fine."

Gabriel slowly smiled and thought, 'Natalie, who could pick up and let go so easily, is truly adorable!'

Natalie thought it would be a simple meal, but who knew Gabriel would take her across half the city to a famous private kitchen?

This kitchen only served fifteen people a day and required reservations half a month in advance, but the dining experience was absolutely perfect.

As soon as Gabriel entered, he went to the VIP area inside and pulled out a chair for her.

Natalie sat down gracefully, and Gabriel handed her the menu.

"What do you want to eat?"

Natalie pushed it back without looking. "Order the most expensive."

Gabriel nodded without changing his expression, looked at the waiter, and ordered a few dishes.

Natalie looked at the small garden outside. Everything was so exquisite.

"How did you know I was investigating the relationship between Billy and Robert?"

Gabriel's well-defined hand lifted, and he slowly poured her a cup of water.

"It's not a confidential document. As soon as your meeting ended, people started talking about it. It reached my ears in less than half a day."

Natalie was momentarily speechless.

"Is Kensington Group also planning to pursue Robert?"

Gabriel raised an eyebrow. "I'll tell you what I know, but I won't help you, Natalie. If you lose, you'll have to leave the Clark Group. Will you cry?"

Natalie's expression darkened slightly, and she rolled her eyes at him. Was Gabriel that confident?

Did he think she would definitely lose?

"If you lose, will you cry?"

Gabriel's eyes were gentle. "If I lose, it means you win. I'll be happy for you."

"Honestly, if you lose, come to Kensington Group. You can choose any position you want here."

Natalie raised an eyebrow. "What's a position higher than yours?"

"The president's wife."

Natalie stiffened slightly and let out a cold laugh.

"I've been married to you for three years, even your receptionist won't let me in. Do you think I'd believe your words again?"

This didn't sound touching at all; it was utterly ridiculous.

The most ridiculous part was that they never knew Natalie, but they would remember to flatter and fawn over Alyssa.

Alyssa had countless times flaunted herself in front of her, humiliating her.

Wasn't that Gabriel's indulgence towards Alyssa?

Because Natalie wasn't worth mentioning.

Countless trivial matters from the past kept reminding her to stay away from Gabriel.
