Chapter 265 He Has Never Gone Hungry

The guy chuckled, his laughter echoing through the pitch-black night.

A mischievous glint sparkled in his eyes. "I'm not telling you!"

Natalie stayed quiet.

But his laid-back vibe made her feel a lot better.

She looked at her only companion and felt an unexpected sense of closeness.

She smiled and caught up, touching his bare arm, which was smeared with dirt, rough and sturdy.

"Are you cold? Want my coat?" she asked, starting to take off her tightly wrapped trench coat.

She had no other intention; she was just worried he might freeze.

He stopped her hand and said, "No need. I'm not cold."

Natalie didn't push it because she suddenly remembered she still had Starshadow in her pocket.

"My name's Natalie; what's yours?"

Hearing her name, the guy's back stiffened a bit, and he turned to ask, "Is your brother Yves?"

Natalie's eyes widened in shock.

"You know my brother? You know me?"

The guy nodded, picking one question to answer. "Weren't you trending on social media recently?" Natalie was even more shocked. "Did you just get here?"

After all, the trending topic was a recent event.

The guy laughed, pushing aside branches in front of him, his voice cheerful. "Yeah, I got here just a month before you."

Just arrived, and already so skilled, blending in with the wild?

If it weren't for those shoes, she wouldn't have recognized him at all.

He was truly impressive!

But then, Natalie's heart sank a bit, feeling a heavy weight pressing on her chest.

He had been here for a month without rescue; when would she be able to leave this godforsaken place?

"What's your name?" she asked eagerly.

"Felix Kensington."

Felix sighed and quickened his pace.

"Your last name is Kensington? Are you related to Gabriel?"

Felix was silent for a couple of seconds before answering, "How could I be related to those rich folks? I'm a freelance adventurer, making a living off this."

Natalie nodded, understanding.

After all, among all the rich people she knew, no one would come here to risk their lives.

Just hearing that last name, she couldn't help but think of that person.

What was he doing now?

On a yacht a thousand miles away, countless helicopters hovered and roared overhead, and drones were surveying the underwater materials and life.

They even used military-grade surveying equipment, but there was no result at all.

Yves received a call from Victor.

"Gabriel is back."

"Got it."

At the Kensington Villa, the private doctor came out of Gabriel's room, and Blair hurriedly stepped forward to ask, "How is Gabriel?"

The private doctor sighed, his tone heavy.

"Mr. Kensington has been sleepless and exhausted for days, his body is at its limit. He needs to rest well and replenish his nutrition; that's the most important thing now."

Blair nodded and quickly ordered people to prepare various precious supplements.

Wendy, standing nearby, spoke indignantly, "Natalie only knows how to harm my son. Luckily, she's dead, or I wouldn't have let her off."

Blair glared at her fiercely.

"Shut up. If this gets out, will the Clark family let you off?"

Wendy moved her lips awkwardly. "Aren't we at home?"

Blair, deep in thought, didn't look at her. Wendy seized the moment to speak.

"Dad, now that Natalie is dead, can we bring Angela back?"

Blair didn't even glance at her, finding his brainless daughter-in-law laughable.

"The Clark family just had an incident, and you want to do this? Do you want to tell the Clark family that you're eager to celebrate Natalie's death? If Victor starts targeting the Kensington family, will you handle it?"

Wendy's face turned pale, unable to hide her disappointed look.

"Mr. Kensington is awake."

Everyone was delighted, and Blair quickly entered the room. "Gabriel."
