Chapter 69 Who Dares to Humiliate Her
Hollis scanned the room, seeing the same scene on every computer screen within her line of sight.
Seeing this, Hollis trembled with anger.
The employees, noticing her gaze on the screens, became even more cautious, not daring to breathe loudly.
Some were curious about Hollis's reaction, but meeting her furious gaze, they quickly averted their eyes.
Hollis's eyes swept over the faces of the employees, gritting her teeth as she pointed out a few individuals for Beck to immediately dismiss, then turned to berate the tech department staff. "Can't you people do your job? The company's system was easily breached! And how long has it been, and you still can't fix it? I hired you with so much money just to embarrass us? If you can't solve it, then get out!"
The employees were well aware of Hollis's temper and braced themselves for her scolding. Upon hearing her words, they were angry but dared not speak up.
The head of the technology department nervously stepped forward to explain, "CEO Sutton, this virus is really powerful; it's written by top hackers. We need some more time to crack it."
Hollis glared at him furiously. "Resolve it ASAP! Otherwise, the whole lot of you are fired!"
The person quickly nodded and urged the employees in the technology department to speed up.
The employees were all in a difficult situation.
Hollis's face turned pale as she looked at the two figures on the screen, silently clenching her fists.
How dare they humiliate her!
They better not let her find out who did it! Otherwise! She would make them wish they were dead!
Early in the morning, Riley was about to send the two little ones to school when she saw Winston coming out of the room holding his stomach.
"What's wrong?" Riley asked with concern as she approached to check.
Winston held his stomach, his little face twisted in pain. "Mommy, my stomach hurts. Can I not go to school today?"
As soon as Landon also came out of the room, he looked up at Riley and said, "Mommy, my stomach feels a bit uncomfortable, too."
Seeing this, Riley frowned slightly. "You probably ate something bad last night; go rest for now. Mommy will call the teacher."
The two little ones nodded.
As Riley turned around, a hint of mischief flashed in their eyes.
Riley had no suspicion of her two little ones. After all, the two little ones were always sensible and had never shown any resistance to school, so they wouldn't fake being sick to skip school.
After making the call, Riley poured warm water for the two little ones and gave them some digestion aid to take.
The two little ones followed suit.
Riley had planned to go to the research institute, but because the two little ones weren't feeling well, she decided to work from home.
After settling the two little ones, Riley went into the study.
As soon as the study door closed, the two little ones, who had just looked weak, eagerly gathered together.
Winston held a laptop in his arms and saw that his virus had not been cracked yet. He smiled mischievously.
"At this time, that bad woman must already be at the company!" Landon glanced at the time and said confidently.
Winston chuckled smugly, "She must have seen the little animation I made. She's probably furious right now!"
Thinking of the bad woman being furious, the two little ones felt extremely pleased.
