Chapter 318 Honey, I Miss You So Much!

Although Lillian was angry, she couldn't bear to see him suffer from vomiting and stood by idly. She walked in, bent over, and patted his back softly.

"You've forgotten everything the doctor and I told you!" She couldn't hold back any longer and began to complain, "Are you trying to ruin your health? I told you to quit drinking, or at least cut back. Have you listened to any of that?"

"I didn't drink that much," Alexander straightened himself up, gasping for breath, and emitted two more boozy burps.

Lillian wrinkled her nose at the smell of alcohol, turned her face away, but still scolded him, "You tell me you haven't had much to drink? Look at you, vomiting like this, and yet you still pretend otherwise?" She spoke with rising anger, giving his shoulder a forceful thump.

Weak and unsteady, Alexander staggered from the blow and pleaded, "Honey, I won't drink next time. Please forgive me this time."

Seeing that he had stopped vomiting, Lillian filled a cup with water, squeezed toothpaste onto a toothbrush, and handed it to him, saying, "You won't learn to be afraid without a bit of a harsh lesson!"

"Is this harsh lesson simply to show your disdain for me? Not letting me touch you?" Alexander asked with a deep frown, displeasure evident in his tone as he shoved the toothbrush into his mouth.

"That's right; don't touch me! When you learn to take care of your body and can handle your liquor in any situation, then you can touch me again!" Lillian said sternly.

Alexander, with a long face, tried to bargain with her, "But I still have to do business. You know these deals are best struck over drinks. If I don't drink, won't it mess up the business? If I don't earn, how am I supposed to take care of you?"

"Alexander, even now, you're still lying to me, aren't you?" Seeing the electric toothbrush in his mouth, Lillian got anxious and pushed him to sit on the toilet, then personally brushed his teeth for him. "Look at you, you're so drunk your hands don't even work anymore, can't even brush your teeth. But your mind is still sharp, huh? Haven't missed a word I've said. Are you showing off your drinking capacity or just pretending to be drunk with me?"

"Honey, you're wronging me. I didn't drink that much," Alexander's head was right in front of Lillian's chest, and he felt a surge of desire, his throat moving up and down.

"You get more energetic the more you drink." she handed him the cup to rinse his mouth.

Alexander rinsed his mouth, put the cup down, turned around, and hugged Lillian, saying, "Honey, if you don't let me touch you, how will I live?"

"Stop pretending to be pitiful. I mean what I say!" Lillian glared at him, trying hard to maintain a serious expression.

"I just can't live without you," Alexander hugged her tighter, pressing their bodies together, and playfully rested his head on her neck, saying gently, "Honey, I miss you so much!"

Lillian struggled to get out of his arms, angrily saying, "Alexander, don't play games with me! You’ve had too much to drink and you should face the consequences! Let go of me right now or you'll regret it."

Hearing this, Alexander lifted his head, looked at her teasingly, and jokingly asked, "Honey, what are you going to do to make me regret?"

"Let go of me!" Lillian pushed him with both hands, but his solid chest didn't budge. She wondered, 'How does he become even more unreasonable after drinking?'

Taking advantage of her distraction, Alexander quickly pushed her against the wall, propping himself up with one hand, and gazed at her deeply.

Under normal circumstances, Alexander, dressed in a suit, handsome and tall, would make anyone's heart race with such actions. But now, he was naked, drunkenly grinning, and Lillian couldn't help but roll her eyes, silently cursing him, 'Idiot!'

"Go take a shower. I'm leaving," she said coldly before leaving.

'How could I let her leave just like that?' Thinking of this, Alexander grabbed her arm and pushed her against the wall again, kissing her. Although his actions lacked dominance, his kiss was truly passionate and domineering. He tightly wrapped his arms around her waist, kissing her so deeply that she leaned back slightly.

Since Lillian got pregnant, Alexander hadn't had sex with her. Even during her recovery after giving birth, it was the same. Now, he couldn't wait to make love to her.

Lillian stopped resisting; his kiss was like a tranquilizer, calming her down and making her eagerly respond. She had been holding back long enough. This past year, she had suffered just as much as he did. Then they made their way from the bathroom to the bed, tumbling into the sheets.

The next day, they slept until late morning. Lillian felt sore all over from the previous night's activities.

"Good morning, honey," Alexander kissed her lightly on the top of her head, very satisfied with the previous night.

Thinking about last night, Lillian was annoyed and tried to get up.

"Stay a little longer," Alexander held her in his arms, laughing. "It's okay; I won't laugh at you."

"Don't get cocky," Lillian said through gritted teeth, "Last night, I lost my cool and you had me hooked."

"It's understandable. It's been a year and we haven't hooked up; anyone would find it hard to resist." Alexander said with a mischievous smile.

Lillian's face flushed with embarrassment, unsure of how to respond.

Alexander leaned close to her ear and teased, "Honey, shall we continue tonight?"

"Is it never-ending?" Lillian got up in embarrassment and ran into the bathroom.

Alexander laughed heartily, his laughter echoing into the bathroom, making Lillian both shy and angry. Looking at the hickeys on her neck and chest in the mirror, she gasped softly.

Throughout the weekend, Lillian and Alexander made love tirelessly in the room, as if they were making up for lost time.

On Sunday night, Lillian said, "Honey, Oscar has a hospital appointment tomorrow, so no sex tonight."

"I thought the same; let's not delay the important matters." Alexander nodded in agreement.

Lying in bed, Lillian asked, "Has Dr. Evans arrived in Ridgewood?"

"He arrived this afternoon, and we'll go to the hospital tomorrow," Alexander reassured her, patting her. "Don't worry, Dr. Evans is highly skilled; there won't be any mistakes."

"It's easy to say not to worry, but I can't help it," Lillian closed her eyes and let out a long breath, saying softly, "Leave it to fate and trust that God will take care of it."
