Chapter 94 Seeking Forgiveness

At Sinclair Villa.

Beatrice brought Blake and Rena back. Ethan didn't want to see Blake, so he went upstairs and shut himself in. Blake, undeterred, went upstairs to knock on the door, kneeling outside and crying bitterly.

"Beatrice, Once Ethan is discharged from the hospital, you bring Blake to cause trouble. What are you thinking?" Samantha angrily questioned in the living room downstairs.

Beatrice, now in a precarious situation, couldn't afford to be arrogant in front of Samantha. She said humbly, "Samantha, Blake is also Ethan's son. They are father and son. How can there be a conflict that can't be resolved? We came here to resolve the conflict quickly so that everyone can be well."

"You make it sound so easy! Isn't Alexander also Ethan's son? He fell into Blake's trap. If Ethan hadn't arrived in time, the consequences would have been unimaginable!" Samantha said angrily.

Rena also tried to persuade, "Samantha, Blake was momentarily misguided. He didn't really want to harm Alexander. He just wanted to scare him. He was blinded by greed. I'll make him apologize to Alexander right away!"

"Shut up!" Samantha scolded angrily. "Do you think we're all fools? He just wanted to scare him? How could you even think of that!"

"I don't have such a bastard son!" Ethan's angry voice came from upstairs. He said emotionally, "Do you still not realize your mistake? You come to seek my forgiveness? You've hurt more than just me! You haven't truly repented even now!"

He sighed deeply, "Starting tomorrow, you don't need to go to the company anymore. We don't need you. Reflect on your actions at home!"

"Dad, no, I know it was wrong to hurt my brother. I wanted to seek your forgiveness first before going to find Alexander." Blake crawled forward on his knees, crying bitterly.

Ethan signaled to the butler, "Don't let him in again if he comes. I'm tired."

The butler helped Blake up by his arm and said, "Blake, Ethan is angry right now. He won't listen to anything you say. Come back when he's calmed down."

The butler's words made sense. Blake wiped the tears from his face and dejectedly went downstairs.

Seeing him come down, Beatrice hurried over and asked worriedly, "Were you kicked out?"

Blake nodded silently.

Samantha watched coldly, "Alright, you all should leave now. Butler, please see them out!"

Blake looked at Samantha, made up his mind, knelt before her, and hugged her leg, crying bitterly, "Samantha, please help me speak to Dad. Only you can help me now!"

"Let go!" Samantha didn't expect Blake to be so spineless, kneeling to everyone, even to her.

"Blake, you're an adult. You know what to do and what not to do! This time you tried to harm Alexander intentionally. Do you think I can speak well of you? Not calling the police to arrest you is already our mercy! You need to learn a lesson, or you won't know your place!" Samantha said bluntly, hitting them where it hurt and making them feel humiliated.

"Blake!" Beatrice was also angry with him, thinking he was useless. She said angrily, "Get up! Are you begging the enemy? Are you stupid?" She wasn't holding back either. She spoke harshly, so she wouldn't tolerate it either.

"Beatrice, if you put it that way, you're standing in your enemy's house right now!" Samantha mocked and said to the butler, "Send my enemies out!"

"Yes, madam." The butler cooperated and said to Beatrice, "Please leave."

Blake was "invited" out. Standing in front of the car, Beatrice slapped him hard, saying angrily, "Do you have any dignity left? Kneeling to Samantha? I've competed with her all my life. In the end, my son kneels to her. You've disgraced me!"

"Mom!" Blake felt wronged, "I had no choice! Do you think I wanted to? I begged her, hoping she might change her mind. You never know!"

Beatrice slapped him again on the other cheek.

"Did you even think before you spoke? She's Alexander's biological mother, wishing us dead. Would she change her mind? She's the most vicious!" Beatrice said angrily and helplessly, "You were too desperate and lost your mind. You didn't know who to beg, did you? This time, you were played by Alexander. I won't blame you. But begging Samantha humiliated me!"

Beatrice's chest heaved with anger, her lips turning purple.

Rena tried to calm her, "Mom, don't be angry. Blake was desperate and had no other choice."

"Get away from me!" Beatrice vented her anger on her, "Your family's influence is of no help to us! I'm telling you, if the baby in your belly is a boy, fine. If it's a girl, you can divorce Blake!"

Rena's face darkened, "Mom, that's too much!"

Blake was also angry and shouted at Beatrice, "Yes, I've disgraced you. I'm a loser. I can't compete with Alexander! We're just their defeated opponents! You've blamed me for all your grudges over the years. Have I ever complained? Have I ever blamed you? Why did I kneel to Samantha? So, we wouldn't be bullied by them and kicked out by Dad! You just vent your emotions, not caring about my feelings at all!"

"Honey, forget about it." Rena, pregnant, tried to calm both Blake and Beatrice, but they didn't listen.

Blake angrily got into the car, stepped on the gas, and drove off, leaving Beatrice and Rena behind.

"Can't I even scold him? Is he angry?" Beatrice said angrily, hands on her hips, shouting at Rena.

Rena was also angry. Blake drove off, leaving them standing in the cold.

"I'll call a cab." Rena said.

Beatrice, angrily and coldly looked at her, "Hurry up, I'm freezing!"

Blake drove toward Yonker Villa. He had already called ahead, and Kelly answered, saying Alexander was home. He made up his mind that no matter how Alexander humiliated him, he would endure it. To regain his footing in the family, to return to the company and reach the top, he had to endure everything.

"Alexander, Blake called earlier asking if you were home. I told him you were. He seems to be coming over." Kelly reported.

Alexander, playing chess with Lucas, sneered, "It's fine. Let him come. After being turned away by Dad, he's coming to seek my forgiveness."

"Is Harry coming?" Lucas asked curiously.

"Yes, go play with Lillian." Alexander said, then went upstairs to the study.
