Chapter 134 Victoria Has Been Kidnapped

Victoria didn't leave the office until 8 PM and took the elevator to the parking lot.

Halfway to her car, she felt something was off but kept walking.

Suddenly, someone jumped out, covered her nose with a white cloth, and she passed out. A few more people appeared, lifted her into a gray car, and sped off, not noticing her phone on the ground.

In the car, Victoria lay in the back seat, hands tied behind her back. After half an hour, they were out of downtown.

As they neared their destination, a man in the car looked at the unconscious Victoria and said, "She's still out cold. Damn, she's a looker. What if we hand her over a bit later?"

He got scolded immediately, "Shut up! Don't mess around. We can't afford to offend this employer. She must be delivered in one piece. If you screw this up, I'll cut your dick off!"

The man swallowed hard and dropped the idea.

Victoria woke up groggily when the car stopped. Seeing her awake, one of the men retracted his hand and said, "Miss, you woke up just in time. Get out on your own in a bit."

Victoria shrank back, terrified, her voice trembling. "Who are you? What do you want?"

An older man with a beard said, "Cover her eyes!"

Victoria discreetly glanced out the window. They were in the suburbs. She hadn't actually been unconscious; she just wanted to know who was behind this.

Blindfolded, Victoria was led out of the car and had to follow them.

After about ten minutes of walking, she heard an iron door open and close.

Someone pulled off the black cloth covering her eyes.

In front of her was an abandoned factory.

She stood still, scanning the area. The windows were welded shut, and the only entrance was the iron door.

The older man instructed the others, "Keep an eye on her. I'm going to make a call." Then he warned, "Just watch her. Don't do anything. If you dare, I'll kill you first."

The fear Victoria had shown in the car was gone. Now she was calm and composed.

One of the men with a buzz cut, smoking a cigarette, asked curiously, "Beauty, why aren't you scared now?"

Victoria calmly replied, "When in Rome, do as the Romans do."

The buzz-cut man fell silent.

It was the first time they had heard someone say such a thing after being kidnapped.

Suddenly, she asked, "Can I ask how much the employer paid you? I'd like to know my worth before I die."

A blond man answered, "Four hundred grand."

Victoria chuckled, "You're risking your lives for four hundred grand? Seriously, is it worth it?"

She smiled faintly and said, ""I'll double it to eight hundred grand. Just tell me what the employer's planning. Deal?"

The blond man's eyes lit up at the mention of eight hundred grand. He had never seen that much money in his life.

Then he got smacked on the head. "Idiot, she's trying to get information out of you. Can't you see that?"

The bearded man had just returned from making his call and heard this.

He was a man of principles, never greedy, and always left after completing a job.

He glanced at Victoria and then said to the others, "Tie her to the chair. We're leaving. The employer will be here soon."

They were leaving?

Victoria narrowed her eyes slightly, discreetly moving her eyes but said nothing.

They tied her to a chair and left.

Two minutes later, the iron door opened again.

Victoria was indeed surprised to see who had arrived. This was someone she hadn't expected.
