Chapter 430 Did You Hit Him?
This time, Victoria went straight to the entrance of the cave.
The man in black guarding the entrance saw someone appear out of nowhere, with a hat on her head, slightly lowered, covering half of her face.
The man in black immediately raised his gun at Victoria. "Stop, who are you?"
The figure was clearly a woman.
Victoria obediently stopped in her tracks without moving.
She raised her hand and slowly took off the hat on her head, revealing a delicate face, and looked up at them with her eyes.
The man in black paused, taken aback by her striking beauty and the icy sharpness in her eyes.
"I'm here to take your lives!" She gave a wicked smile, and suddenly a dagger appeared in her hand.
The two men's pupils dilated, and just as they were about to shoot, Victoria was already in front of them, swiftly slashing their throats.
The two men fell to the ground with their eyes still open.
The next second, rhythmic applause came from inside the cave.
Victoria looked up and saw a masked man walking towards her.
"As expected of the famous leader of the O Alliance, Carol. Your skills are impressive, and you're quite bold." The man's deep voice carried a hint of mockery as it reached her ears.
Victoria's eyes were lazy but cold, calmly staring at him.
She wasn't afraid because she knew that if he didn't get what he wanted from her, he wouldn't harm her.
Besides, she never did anything she wasn't confident about.
"Why did you lure me here?" she asked directly.
She had no interest in discussing irrelevant matters with him.
The masked man also stared at her, then suddenly chuckled. "Don't you want to know who I am?"
As soon as he asked, he saw Victoria roll her eyes in exasperation.
Her voice was cold and distant. "Not interested!"
The masked man wasn't angry; instead, he laughed heartily.
"This is the second time you've said that to me," he suddenly said.
Victoria puzzled, looking disdainful.
She sarcastically said, "So, you went through all this trouble to bring me to this godforsaken place just to reminisce? Since when did the 103 organization become so unprincipled? Or do you think killing in the rain is romantic?"
The masked man said, "You're still as sharp-tongued as ever."
Victoria remained silent.
Just as she was about to lose her temper, the masked man finally got to the point, "Give me the other half of the K-type experimental data in your hand, and I'll let you go."
She fell silent after hearing his words.
The masked man wasn't in a hurry; he knew she wouldn't easily compromise.
But he had a trump card, though he wouldn't reveal it easily.
"Do you think you have a chance to escape now that you're here?" he said.
Victoria's lips curled slightly. "Why not?"
The masked man laughed. "Do you think you have a chance just because you dealt with the people outside?"
His green eyes flashed with cunning and eeriness.
Victoria frowned slightly, then glanced at him indifferently, pursing her lips without responding.
This action made the masked man think she was scared.
After a moment of silence, he couldn't help but ask, "Do you really not remember who I am?"
Victoria lowered her eyes to look at him, her eyes showing no emotion.
She said, "Stop wasting time. If you want the K-type experimental data in my hand, let's make a deal."
The masked man said, "What deal?"
"I want to see someone." She narrowed her almond eyes and said, "You know who I'm talking about."
The masked man fell silent. After a while, he spoke, "Okay." The masked man snapped his fingers. "Bring the person out."
Victoria heard this and frowned.
George was here?
Then, she saw that familiar face appear in front of her.
However, George had some wounds and bruises on his face.
And his walking posture was a bit strange.
Although he tried to hide it, she still noticed it keenly.
Her hand hanging by her side unconsciously clenched.
She turned her gaze to the masked man, her voice as cold as ice. "Did you hit him?"
The injuries were a mix of old wounds and new bruises.
But she didn't expect them to bring George here as well.
It seemed they had made thorough preparations.
"Vicky, I'm fine; don't worry." George smiled at her as soon as he saw her and comforted her.
In Victoria's impression, George always had a gentle smile for her, even during his most painful times, just to keep her from worrying.
The masked man saw the worry and pain in her previously cold and indifferent eyes, and a trace of displeasure flashed in his eyes.
He said, "You've seen the person. Now, hand over the data."
But she coldly said, "Ronnie, do you think you can hit my people without paying a price?"
The masked man was Ronnie Ford.
In fact, she knew it when she saw those green eyes.
He was the second-in-command of the 103 organization.
And he was once infatuated with her, but unfortunately, they chose different paths in life, and she had no interest in him.
Ronnie was ruthless and had a twisted mind. There was no way she would have conspired with someone like him.
Ronnie was stunned for a moment when she called out his name, then he laughed maniacally. "You finally recognized me? So, you haven't forgotten me. I still hold a place in your heart, don't I?"
