Chapter 115 A Miserable End
It was early morning.
Ava was delusional, thinking Ethan would let her go. Little did she know, she was just being taken to another "execution ground."
Ava was thrown into another cold, damp cell.
Sensing something was wrong, Ava struggled frantically. "Where is this? Let me out!"
"Ava, Ella already gave me the formula for the infertility potion. You used it to harm my wife, so I'll repay you tenfold, a hundredfold!"
Ava's face went pale. "No, what are you going to do? He's going to kill me, please, someone save me!"
But her hands and feet were bound, and two police officers suppressed any struggle.
"Killing is illegal. How could I do something so stupid?"
Ethan sneered and waved his hand. Someone brought over a large iron pot.
Inside was freshly boiled soup, emitting a strong herbal aroma.
Ethan ordered coldly, "Make her drink all of this soup. Not a single drop should be spilled."
"Yes."
"No..."
Ava was a lamb led to the slaughter, utterly at their mercy.
Her struggles were in vain; her mouth was pried open, a container was placed in, and the soup was poured into her mouth.
Ava let out a muffled sound; the liquid flowed too quickly, almost making her choke.
Ethan said coldly, "Remember, not a single drop should be spilled. If she dares to spill even one drop, prick her toes with a silver needle each time!"
"No..."
Ava's eyes filled with tears of humiliation and hatred, helplessly crying out, but it was to no avail. Ethan just looked at her coldly; the more helpless she was, the more satisfaction he got from his revenge.
Not even a third of the large pot of soup had been fed, and Ava was already on the verge of collapse.
She felt like her stomach was going to burst; if she drank any more, she would explode!
"Please, don't make me drink any more. I was wrong, I was wrong!"
Ethan waved his hand. "Take a ten-minute break, then make her continue drinking until it's all gone."
Ava's face was ashen.
She stared at Ethan with eyes full of hatred as if silently accusing him.
Ethan sneered, "Ava, what right do you have to blame me? The Yates family funded your education through college, I provided you with resources for your career, and you repaid us by making my wife infertile and sending my grandparents to the emergency room!"
"Everything I'm doing now is the punishment you deserve."
"This is just the beginning!"
Ethan gave a signal.
The two police officers stepped aside knowingly, and another person came forward to grab Ava.
"What are you going to do!"
Of course, the punishment for Ava couldn't be carried out by the police, so Ethan brought a bodyguard to handle her.
"You pushed my grandma down the stairs once; I'll have someone push you ten times. I'll make sure they break your arms and legs; that's the only way it's fair!"
"No, you're a demon!"
Ethan sneered as Ava was dragged away by the bodyguard to the top of a very high staircase, at least 50 steps high. Falling once would likely shatter her bones.
"No, please, let me go."
Ethan ordered the bodyguard, "Ten times. If you miss even one, break your finger!"
"Yes, Mr. Yates."
The bodyguard unhesitatingly pushed Ava down.
Ava screamed continuously, her body covered in bruises. A nearby police officer couldn't bear to watch and said, "Mr. Yates, that's enough. If this continues, she'll die."
"Don't worry, I won't let her die. This revenge has only just begun!"
