Chapter 506 Drama King Andy

After rushing to the hospital, Ethan waited anxiously as the doctor examined Andy and Nate.

"Your Highness," the doctor finally announced, "there's nothing serious to worry about. One fainted from motion sickness, and the other suffered a minor concussion with no internal bruising. They just need rest and observation after they wake up."

Ethan exhaled with relief. "Thank you, doctor."

As the physician turned to leave, Liam caught his sleeve. "Doctor, before you go—why don't you run a paternity test on them?"

The doctor glanced between Ethan and the children with surprise, noting how remarkably similar they looked.  He thought, 'His Highness Prince Totti with children out of wedlock? Could these be his secret offspring?'

Though irritated by Liam's interference, Ethan maintained his composure. He had nothing to hide. "Go ahead," he said coolly. "Do the test now."

"Very well, Your Highness." The doctor collected blood samples and hair follicles from each of them. "The results will be available in seven business days."

After the doctor left, Ethan shot Liam a cold stare. "Happy now? I've told you repeatedly—there's no biological connection between us. You refuse to believe me."

"We'll see what the report says," Liam replied with a smirk.

The tension between them was palpable as they locked eyes in silent confrontation, which Liam eventually broke.

"Did you see the kidnapper's face?" Ethan asked.

Liam shook his head. "He wore a mask."

"And you just happened to be passing by?" Ethan's tone carried unmistakable suspicion.

"What are you implying?" Liam laughed bitterly. "Regardless of my feelings toward you, I would never harm innocent children."

"Then why were you there? Fate?"

"I was heading to Muse Fresh Dairy Company when Andy flagged me down and nearly got hit."

"Muse Fresh Dairy Company?" Ethan's brow furrowed. "Why were you going there?"

"To see Atticus, of course. He's the one who..."

Before Liam could finish, Andy stirred and coughed.

"Andy!" Ethan rushed to his side. "You're awake. How do you feel?"

Still dizzy, Andy focused on Ethan's face and burst into tears. "Daddy! Someone tried to take my brother!"

Ethan quickly brought Nate closer, comforting Andy gently. "It's alright, brave boy. You protected your brother—Nate is safe."

Hearing Andy call him "Daddy" filled Ethan with warmth, though the child's tears broke his heart.

Andy wiped his eyes. "Daddy, where's Nate?"

"Right here beside you."

Seeing his brother unharmed, Andy sighed with profound relief. "Thank goodness I rescued him!" He then noticed Liam standing nearby. "Oh, sir, you're here too! Daddy, this is the man who helped me—I stopped his car and he drove us to catch Nate."

Liam remained stunned. Ethan had insisted the children weren't his, yet they called him "Daddy." His expression darkened with frustration.

"I apologize for the misunderstanding," Ethan told Liam. "Thank you for saving them."

Liam grunted. "Since they're fine now, I'll be going."

"Sir!" Andy called after him. "Mommy always says we should show gratitude. Could I have your number to thank you properly later?"

Hearing mentions of both "Mommy" and "Daddy" only soured Liam's mood further.

"No need," he replied coldly before walking out.

Andy looked puzzled. "Daddy, why is he upset? Did I do something wrong?"

Ethan stroked his head affectionately. "Don't worry about him—he's just being difficult. It has nothing to do with you."

If Liam had heard himself described as "difficult," he would have been furious.

"Really?" Andy shifted his attention back to his brother. "Daddy, why isn't Nate waking up?"

"He hit his head and lost consciousness. He'll wake up soon enough."

Andy relaxed, then suddenly remembered their plan. His eyes glistened with fresh tears. "Daddy," he sobbed dramatically, "thinking about what happened today scares me so much! I miss Mommy. Please, can we see her? Please?"
