Chapter 138 Ashley's Design
Thomas hesitated, not wanting to give out Ethan's villa address. But then Ivy showed up and said, "I know where it is."
"Aunt, why are you still up?" Felicity asked.
Ivy replied, "You two haven't sorted things out yet. Plus, Ethan's at his villa. You should go take care of him."
Felicity, acting shy, said, "Thanks, Aunt."
"Mrs. Ivy Yates, this isn't right. Mr. Yates doesn't like having people at his villa," Thomas protested.
Ivy shot him a glare. " Felicity'll be the mistress of that villa soon. This isn't your concern. Leave. I'll also arrange for Ashley to be brought to the villa."
Thomas wanted to argue but backed down after Ivy's warning look.
Ivy wrote down the villa's address and handed it to Felicity. "If you want Ethan's heart, you have to work for it. Here's the key. This is all I can do."
Felicity took the note, her eyes unreadable, but she smiled sweetly. "Thanks. I'll go now."
"Go ahead."
Following Ivy's directions, Felicity found the villa, used the key, and let herself in.
A bit later, Ethan arrived, smelling of alcohol but still looking dignified. He didn't like having servants around, so he ordered them to stay out of sight.
Ethan went to his bedroom, grabbed a towel, and headed to the bathroom for a bath, waiting for Ashley to be brought over.
While he was bathing, a woman quietly entered his bedroom, undressed, and lay on his bed, turning off the lights.
Thomas was uneasy, worried about Felicity at Ethan's villa. He muttered, "Mr. Yates and Mrs. Ashley Yates are so in love; how can Mrs. Ivy Yates break them up? I must help them..."
Determined, Thomas sent someone to bring Ashley to the villa.
At Maple Grove Estate, Ashley was in a bad mood. Her friends made some food to cheer her up.
"Ashley, have some food," Samantha offered.
Ashley took a bite. "It's good. I don't know when my hands and feet will get better. It's so inconvenient."
"You'll get used to it. It will take at least six months to heal," Samantha said. "By the way, the Yates Group asked for a design draft, but I'm stuck. Can you help? Otherwise, your cover will be blown."
Ashley nodded. "Let's work on it after we eat."
Samantha put down her utensils. "I'm full. Let's get to work."
"Okay."
Samantha brought the draft, and Ashley guided her. May watched, enjoying the food and drinks. "Ashley, Samantha's drawing skills are great. Why not take her as your student?"
"If Ashley could mentor me, I'd be thrilled," Samantha said.
Ashley laughed at their banter.
The doorbell rang, and May saw Sienna and Nathan through the monitor.
May opened the door. "Sienna, you're here."
Sienna walked in and turned to Nathan. "I'll stay here tonight. You can go back."
Nathan nodded and left.
After he left, May linked arms with Sienna. "Did you and Nathan make up?"
Sienna blushed. "Stop gossiping."
She looked at Ashley. "Ashley, are you teaching Samantha to draw design drafts? When did you take on a student again?"
Her eyes fell on the drafts, which were already two complete pieces. The designs were stunning.
The White Group had a jewelry design order, and Sienna, as a designer, was lacking inspiration. Seeing Ashley's drafts, she suddenly...
