Chapter 486 Ethan is the Ultimate Super Dad
"These medicines you've mentioned—they're all from Aivalia, aren't they? You must have medical training to know so many drug names," the maid remarked.
"I don't know how I know them," Ashley replied. "These names just appeared in my mind. Please give the prescription to the doctor and have him prepare it quickly. The infection is spreading and needs to be stopped immediately."
"Of course, miss. I'll find the doctor right away."
As the maid hurried off to get the medication, Ashley examined her worsening wounds. Unable to simply wait for help, she asked the maid to disinfect the area as a temporary measure.
The Amusement Park
Ethan brought the children to Gold Valley District's most famous amusement park—a wonderland featuring mechanical rides, a zoo, and a water park that was absolute paradise for kids.
The moment they stepped out of the car, Angela and Nate rushed ahead excitedly, holding hands and pointing at everything around them.
Ethan followed behind with Andy, watching the older children with affection. Their group attracted numerous glances from passersby—three beautiful children alongside a strikingly handsome man created quite the picturesque family scene.
"Nate, Angela, slow down!" Ethan called out.
"Uncle, can we ride the roller coaster?" Nate shouted back.
"Come quick!" Angela beckoned to Ethan.
As they approached the roller coaster, Ethan knelt beside Andy. "Do you want to ride too?"
Andy nodded shyly. "Yes, I want to sit with you, Uncle."
"Then I'll accompany all of you," Ethan smiled, catching Ian's eye with a subtle nod. Understanding immediately, Ian went to purchase tickets.
On the roller coaster, Ethan sat with Nate to his left and Andy to his right, with Angela beside Andy. As the ride began, the initial gentle slopes were manageable for the children, but when the coaster picked up speed with dramatic drops, Angela began screaming in fear.
Andy, showing remarkable maturity, covered her eyes with his small hand. "Angela, just close your eyes if you're scared."
"Thank you, Andy," she whispered, finding courage with her eyes shut.
After the ride ended, the boys were still exhilarated. Nate pleaded, "Uncle, can we go again?"
Angela's face had turned pale with fear.
Noticing her distress, Andy intervened. "Maybe next time, Nate. Angela was really scared."
Though disappointed, Nate nodded in agreement.
Ethan observed the interaction with interest, impressed by Andy's emotional intelligence.
"Nate, you should learn from your brother," Ethan commented. "You're about the same age, but look how attentive he is to girls' feelings."
Andy blushed deeply at the compliment.
"But Uncle," Nate protested, "I'm the one who cooks for Mommy at home! I'd gladly make food for Angela too if she wanted. I can take care of her in my own way."
"Knowing how to cook is certainly a wonderful quality," Ethan acknowledged. "But understanding a girl's emotions is important too. You'll learn more as you grow up. Now, let's explore other attractions."
They continued through the park until they reached a shooting gallery where prizes could be won based on accuracy. Andy spotted a robot toy and pointed excitedly. "Uncle, I'd like that robot. You have to hit thirty bullseyes to win it."
"I'll buy some darts for you," Ethan offered.
With forty darts purchased, Andy took his first shot, which landed far from the center.
Nate chuckled. "So there are things you can't do perfectly, Andy!"
Andy looked embarrassed.
"You can do it, Andy!" Angela cheered.
Nate joined in. "Go, Andy! I believe in you!"
"You still have thirty-nine darts left, Andy," Ethan reassured him. "Take your time."
Andy confessed, "I actually love shooting games, but I'm not very good at them."
Ethan stepped forward, his tall frame enveloping Andy from behind like a protective mountain. He placed his hands over Andy's, helping him position the dart correctly, and bent down to speak softly near his ear.
"When shooting, Andy, first establish the proper stance. Then focus completely on your target. And when you're ready... release."
This was the closest physical contact Andy had experienced with Ethan, and he felt an unfamiliar warmth—something that felt remarkably like paternal affection. His cheeks flushed.
"Ready?" Ethan asked.
Andy pulled his thoughts back to the target. "Yes, ready."
"Release."
Andy let the dart fly.
"Andy, amazing! You hit the eighth ring!" Nate exclaimed.
"Andy, that was awesome!" Angela clapped.
Andy looked up at Ethan with hopeful eyes. Ethan smiled warmly and ruffled his hair. "Excellent job, Andy. You have natural talent. Keep practicing, and you'll hit the bullseye soon."
None of them noticed Marc lurking in the shadows, watching their every move.
"Well, well," he muttered to herself. "His Highness Prince Totti definitely has a love child. The audacity to parade around an amusement park with them... He'll regret this!"
