Chapter 502 Invincible

Calvin could sense that although James was a martial artist, his fluctuating energy wasn't strong, indicating that James's strength was below his own.

This made him feel less afraid, as things were still under his control.

Jennifer was a bit confused.

"Who sent you to deal with us?" James asked directly.

"Want to know? Beat me first," Calvin taunted James, beckoning him with a finger, his face full of provocation.

James said, "You're not my match. If you obediently tell me who's behind this, I might spare your life."

Calvin laughed heartily as if he had heard the funniest joke, "James, did I hear you right? You, a loser, think I'm not your match? Who gave you the courage to have such an illusion? Let me guess, you just recently became a martial artist, right? You've left the realm of ordinary people and now have boundless confidence, thinking you're invincible. Well, you probably haven't encountered other martial artists yet and don't know that there's always someone stronger."

As he spoke, he slowly and elegantly took off his suit jacket, exuding confidence and a sense of assured victory.

To those who didn't know them, just by looking at their physiques and appearances, most would think Calvin was the righteous protagonist and James the villain.

Jennifer was a bit worried and softly asked, "Honey, can you beat him?"

James smiled and said, "What do you think?"

Jennifer looked determined and said, "I have faith in you."

"Well, I won't let you down," James said with a smile.

Calvin's mood soured even further. This James was indeed arrogant, a true frog in a well, limited in his perspective. Given the circumstances, Calvin did not mind teaching James a lesson!

After warming up a bit, he snapped his fingers and said to James, "It won't take a minute to defeat you. Dr. Johnson, watch closely. The man you think is so strong is nothing in front of me."

With that, Calvin moved, his actions extremely swift.

Jennifer only saw a blur and couldn't track Calvin's movements. The next moment, Calvin was already in front of James, throwing a punch with such force that it seemed to explode the air.

Jennifer felt a gust of wind from the punch blow against her face.

The speed was completely beyond her expectations. She couldn't understand how a human could move so fast. It defied medical knowledge.

Jennifer instantly became nervous and clutched James's clothes.

Calvin's movements were lightning-fast to Jennifer, but to him, they were very slow.

James was now at the fourth stage of martial arts. In the entire country, at his age, there were very few as powerful as him. So when Saxon learned he had reached the fourth stage, he was not only delighted but also worried. If word got out, it could attract the attention of top experts who might come to eliminate James.

It was clear how formidable James was.

Not to mention Calvin, even Neil and Maurice were no match for him.

Facing Calvin's attack, James remained lazy, still holding Jennifer's waist, not caring about Calvin's attack at all. He casually swatted at Calvin like swatting a fly.

Calvin felt James's arrogance, and his anger grew. He sneered, "Just wait, I'll carry you!"

He was determined to teach James a lesson.

However, before his fist could reach James, James's lazy slap inexplicably landed on Calvin's face, sending him flying.

Calvin was stunned, spitting out a mist of blood in mid-air and crashing heavily onto a table.

The slap hurt him immensely. Even though he was a martial artist with a body far superior to ordinary person, he couldn't withstand it. It felt like half his face was being torn off.

The shock in his heart was even greater. 'Isn't James just a novice? How can he be so powerful? I have no chance to fight back.'

Jennifer was stunned as well; she knew James was formidable, but she hadn't realized he was this powerful!

For a moment, she stared at James in amazement.

"What, don't recognize me?" James said with a smile.

Jennifer blinked and said, "When did you become so powerful? How come I didn't know?"

"Trained since childhood." James responded with a faint smile.

Calvin shook his head hard and spat out a mouthful of blood. His face was now swollen like a pig's head, far from his previous handsome appearance.

He looked at James in horror, "Who are you? How can you be so strong?"

James, holding Jennifer, walked step by step towards Calvin, "Tell me, who sent you?"

Calvin swallowed hard. He realized that although the pressure from James wasn't great and his energy fluctuations weren't strong, he still felt an unfathomable fear. "It was..."

At that moment, the front door was flung open, and the enforcers and bodyguards rushed in. They were momentarily stunned by the scene before them.

Calvin was overjoyed and quickly moved behind them, shouting, "He was pretending to be drunk just now. Get him, together!"

They were all Brent's men, well-trained. Seeing the seriousness of the situation, they immediately charged at James.

Although they weren't martial artists, they had undergone rigorous training and were very strong in close combat. Even a not-so-powerful martial artist would suffer if they all attacked at once.

Moreover, they had guns.

But they underestimated James. James wasn't an ordinary martial artist; he was a king among martial artists.

Facing the onslaught, James smiled and softly said to Jennifer, "Hold on tight. I'll show you some violent aesthetics."

Before Jennifer could nod, she felt a force on her waist, and then she was swiftly moved by James.

Due to the incredible speed, a swift wind hit her face, compelling her to close her eyes as she could barely keep them open. She shut her eyes and heard the sound of fists and feet clashing, accompanied by cries of agony.

In just ten seconds, she felt her body come to a stop, and then she heard James's gentle voice, "Alright, you can open your eyes now."

She opened her eyes and saw a pile of individuals lying on the ground, scattered in all directions.

"You..." Calvin was dumbfounded. He turned to run, but after just a few steps, James caught up with him, grabbed his hair, and violently slammed him to the ground, breaking his spine and causing him to scream in pain.

"I'll ask you one last time, who sent you?" James asked with anger.
