Chapter 643 James Takes Action

"Elton, no!"

Sidney screamed as he saw Elton's blood-stained hand coming at him. He gathered all his energy and threw a powerful punch. In the next moment, Sidney spat out a mouthful of blood and was sent flying by Elton's strike.

In mid-air, Sidney felt like his internal organs had been rearranged by Elton's blow. Even if he survived, he would be as good as crippled.

"James, I'm sorry, I did my best!"

Sidney muttered, but the next moment, someone caught him. A calm voice followed, "You've done well. Leave the rest to me."

Sidney was startled and turned his head to see James had caught him. He was both delighted and surprised because something about James seemed different. He couldn't put his finger on it, but he trusted his instincts.

James, however, paid no mind to Sidney's shock. He placed Sidney on the ground and said, "The medicine we left behind will help you now. You'll be glad you got hurt this time."

With that, James patted Sidney's shoulder, stood up, and faced Elton. "Elton, hey! I'm James, the current chief instructor of the National Security Agency. Let's see what you've got."

Elton grinned, "James? I've heard a lot about you lately. You're good, but just good."

As soon as he finished speaking, Elton charged at James with murderous intent. James took a single step forward, and in that instant, his aura changed dramatically. It was as if he had transformed from an ordinary person into someone ethereal and elusive.

Elton was also shocked by James' transformation, but he had no choice but to attack. With a roar, he launched a series of ferocious attacks at James.

"James, watch out!" Sidney shouted, but James extended one hand, gathered his energy in his palm, and pushed forward. With a thunderous sound, Elton's attack was instantly dispersed.

"Impressive!" Elton exclaimed, closing in on James and raising his fist. James, however, closed his eyes, twisted his body slightly, and narrowly avoided Elton's punch. The force of Elton's punch made James' clothes flutter, but he remained unfazed and grabbed Elton's wrist.

Elton was alarmed and tried to use his energy to repel James, but James released his grip, rotated his wrist, and struck Elton's chest with his palm.

With a dull thud, Elton staggered back several steps, clutching his chest and staring at James in shock. "You! Have you reached the fifth level of mastery?"

James shook his head, "No, if I had, you'd be dead from that strike."

James took a step towards Elton, and to everyone's astonishment, he was suddenly right in front of him.

"Impossible! Die!" Elton roared, throwing a punch at James, but it passed right through him. Sidney almost cried out, but before he could, he saw that Elton's punch had missed, and Elton nearly lost his balance.

When Sidney saw James again, he was behind Elton, ready to strike.

In a panic, Elton turned and retreated, countering with a palm strike.

A deafening sound echoed through the forest, causing everyone to pause. Both sides retreated and watched the battle between James and Elton.

Even the top fighters from the western division and the National Security Agency stopped, and Ron was brought to Sidney's side. The two injured men watched James' fight.

Dust and leaves filled the air as James and Elton clashed. Elton, now furious, unleashed a relentless barrage of attacks on James.

The others couldn't follow their movements, but the experts could see that both were incredibly fast, and their clashes were brief but intense.

Despite this, the shockwaves from their battle grew stronger, clearing the area within 100 feet of any leaves or dirt.

"You're no match for me. Surrender!" James' calm voice rang out. Elton roared back, "Dream on! I'll never surrender unless I'm dead!"

James smirked, knowing Elton had surrendered before. But then, James' expression changed as he considered a possibility. He lightened his strike, and with a loud crash, Elton was sent flying, spitting blood and weakening.

The National Security Agency cheered, "Chief Instructor, you're amazing! Finish him off!"

But James didn't pursue Elton. Instead, he watched him closely, noting his expressions and subtle reactions.

Even Sidney was puzzled, whispering to the nearby experts, "What's going on? Is Mr. Smith hurt too?"

They shook their heads, unsure of James' intentions.

Elton crashed to the ground, and the western division's fighters rushed to protect him.

"James, you got me today. But I'll have my revenge someday!"

With that, Elton waved his hand, "Retreat to headquarters. Let's see if they dare to follow!"
