Chapter 575 James Definitely Can't Beat Mr. Stewart, Right?

Lisa seemed to have figured out his thoughts and reminded him meaningfully, "Don't underestimate James. As far as I know, he has now reached the fourth stage of a martial artist, his skills are unfathomable, and even Delbert was killed by him with just a few punches and kicks."

With Lisa's words, Neil became even more defiant and said disdainfully, "Delbert? He's just an overrated second-rate fighter, all hype and no substance. I could take him down with one hand."

Lisa showed a strange expression and said, "Look at youself."

Actually, she had known Neil for many years, and it was the first time she had seen him so out of sorts. Neil had always been able to remain absolutely calm and strategic no matter what he encountered. This kind of mockery was a bit undignified and not like Neil's usual style.

Neil quickly realized his lapse and adjusted himself, saying, "Delbert's strength is far less than his reputation. Compared to the Sword God, there's still a big gap. But the fact that James could kill Delbert does show that James is quite formidable. I'm actually looking forward to meeting him. Speaking of which, both he and I are geniuses from the City of Mysteries, and we haven't met yet."

He regained his smile, looking comfortable, but there was still a flicker of defiance in his eyes.

Lisa sighed inwardly. It seemed that compared to James, Neil was indeed lacking. This made her even more disinterested in Neil.

"Neil, I'm leaving now. You should stop here," Lisa said.

Neil's eyebrows twitched slightly. He wanted to say something but ultimately didn't. He nodded, "Alright, I'll come to pick you up tomorrow night."

Lisa declined, "No need to pick me up. I'll go by myself."

Neil's expression changed slightly, but he maintained his smile. "Alright."

Lisa gave a response and, surrounded by a group of bodyguards, walked out of the building, got into a Rolls-Royce, and started to leave. During this time, she didn't look back once, showing complete indifference to Neil.

Neil watched her disappear, clenched his fist so tightly that it made a sound, and then released it. In his palm, his phone had been crushed into powder, flowing like sand from his hand. "Lisa, I will prove to you that I am the man most suited for you. James is just a stepping stone for me!"

He then got into a Maybach and said to a middle-aged man in the passenger seat, "Find out where James is. I want to meet him personally."

The middle-aged man quickly swiped on a high-tech tablet and then said, "Mr. Stewart, James is in Lindwood City, Serenity State."

"Alright, arrange a flight for the day after tomorrow. I need to make a trip," Neil said calmly, closing his eyes to rest.

After a while, the middle-aged man reminded, "Mr. Stewart, there's no need to book a flight. He has booked a ticket to the City of Mysteries and should arrive tonight."

With this, Neil's eyes snapped open, incredibly sharp, as if a golden light flashed in his pupils. "He's coming to the City of Mysteries? Is he here to see Lisa or to return to the Smith family?" He muttered, holding a pair of child-sized diamonds in his hand. These pure diamonds were worth a fortune, enough to buy a small company.

The diamonds seemed to come to life, spinning rapidly and beautifully at his fingertips. If this were filmed, it would surely cause a sensation, showing just how dexterous his hands were.

Moreover, the most outrageous part was that the diamonds were covered in scratches, all from rubbing against each other, showing just how strong Neil's grip was.

"If you come to the City of Mysteries, that's even better. Saves me a trip. This way, I can kill you in front of Lisa with my own hands!" Neil's lips curled into a satisfied smile.

Instantly, the two individuals in the car felt his overwhelming killing intent, so cold that their bodies began to tremble.

The driver and assistant exchanged a glance, seeing the shock in each other's eyes. Neil was serious about killing this time. They all thought that James was doomed.

They had been with Neil for many years, witnessing his invincible and flamboyant era in many overseas countries. They knew better than anyone how terrifying Neil's strength was.

Anyone Neil targeted had no chance of survival. Neil was too powerful. They even believed that Neil was the strongest man in the world, and anyone in front of him was an ant. If Neil had enough ambition, conquering the world and ruling it wasn't out of the question.

So when they returned to the City of Mysteries, they didn't take the city's martial artists seriously, believing that Neil would quickly defeat everyone. And indeed, Neil used his iron fists to defeat everyone, securing the title of the top expert in the City of Mysteries.

As forMaurice, he was far inferior to Neil.

James was even less of a concern, just an ant.

They weren't worried about Neil at all. Instead, they were excited to finally see Neil in action again.

"Ms. Savoy, aren't you afraid of hurting Mr. Stewart by treating him so coldly?" Heather asked softly on Lisa's side.

"Whether he's hurt or not has nothing to do with me," Lisa said coldly, sipping her red wine, her eyes wandering as if she was lost in thought.

Heather pouted slightly; she staunchly supported Lisa's marriage to Neil. In her view, Neil far surpassed James in excellence, and moreover, James had already been married, making him wholly unworthy of Lisa.

She continued, "Ms. Savoy, do you think James can beat Mr. Stewart?"

"Who knows?" Lisa smiled, her expression enigmatic, revealing nothing of her thoughts.

Seeing Lisa close her eyes, unwilling to speak further, Heather said, "James definitely can't beat Mr. Stewart. We'll see."

Heather had always favored Neil, who was handsome, deeply affectionate, remarkably talented, and possessed an admirable character. Such a man was truly a gem. In contrast, James fell woefully short; he was not handsome and certainly unworthy of Lisa.
