Eugene wanted to team up with Elizabeth, but she turned him down, so he let it go.
Kevin saw Eugene was feeling down after getting rejected in front of everyone.
Arnold was just glad he didn't ask Elizabeth to team up, or he'd be embarrassed too.

They told Ronald's group and took a taxi to the restaurant Raymond found.
The others stayed quiet.
Ronald laughed, "Those three are really carefree."
Spending all the money right away wasn't his style.
Nancy laughed too, "That's why they get along."
She asked, "So, should we splurge or save?"
Ronald thought for a bit, "Let's save today. If we earn more later, we can upgrade."
Marlon agreed, "Yeah, let's save."
Knowing the production team's style, if they spent all their money and couldn't earn more, they wouldn't get any help.
Marlon worried about Elizabeth's group; they were strong-willed but also reckless.
Marlon's group found a cheap fast food place nearby and told Eugene's group.
The remaining four were still undecided.
Kevin asked, "What should we do?"
Eugene, not interested, said, "You guys decide."
Arnold suggested, "Let's splurge too."
He didn't want to eat cheap food or walk instead of taking a taxi.
Brenda agreed, "I believe we can make money, so let's have a good meal too."
If Elizabeth's group could do it, so could they.

Elizabeth smiled confidently, "Alright, I'll help. Once we get the money, we'll stay at the best hotel and have dinner at the most famous restaurant."
Since the theme was fun, they had to eat well, stay well, and have fun.
