Chapter 313 Divorce or Call the Police
"Victim?" Gregory looked at Elaine as if he had heard the biggest joke in the world, staring at her with sarcasm. "You think you deserve that title?"
Elaine was intimidated by the powerful and chilling aura emanating from Gregory, and she suddenly felt short of breath.
She nervously swallowed and said, "What, am I wrong? Ever since Stephen met Michelle, he's been spending less and less time at home. Do you know how much I suffered during that time?"
Gregory's face darkened, and a thin veil of anger flickered in his deep-set eyes.
He took a document from a nearby drawer and threw it directly in front of Elaine. "Take a good look at it yourself. Michelle has never had any inappropriate behavior with Stephen!"
"How is that possible?" Elaine picked up the document and glanced through it.
Because the matter involved events from 20 years ago, the information might not be complete.
But what could be proven was that almost every time Michelle and Stephen were together, there were other people present.
Even when Stephen wanted to drive Michelle home, Michelle refused. Let alone anything else.
So, nothing ever happened between Stephen and Michelle.
Or rather, Stephen liked Michelle unilaterally but never had the chance to confess.
"No, this is absolutely impossible. Michelle must be like a parasite, seducing Stephen and not letting him go. This can't be true!" Elaine threw the document in her hand away forcefully, her eyes full of disbelief.
Gregory looked at her indifferently and said word by word, "The evidence is right in front of you, and you still want to deceive yourself?"
Elaine bit her lip hard and said, "I don't believe it. Back then, Stephen introduced a lot of business partners to Michelle. Wasn't that because Michelle used her body to get them?"
Gregory laughed mockingly.
The look in his eyes toward Elaine was filled with deep disappointment. It seemed he had overestimated Elaine.
Elaine was a complete lunatic. A selfish, venomous lunatic!
Gregory spoke up. "You're being stubborn now just because you don't want to admit the mistakes you made. Wasn't it you who set up Michelle to be with other men?"
Elaine's face turned pale with fear, and she couldn't help but take several steps back. "I don't know what you're talking about."
Gregory took a deep breath, slowly clenched his fists, and his knuckles cracked. His deep eyes were filled with murderous intent.
"Because of your jealousy and selfishness, you caused Michelle to spend a night with a stranger, which David then used against her, wasting half of her life. You are truly despicable!"
Elaine's heart was instantly thrown into turmoil, and she shook her head in a daze. "No, stop it! I did nothing wrong, I did nothing wrong!"
How could she have wronged Michelle? Impossible!
Michelle was a promiscuous woman, a woman who seduced other people's husbands! Everything she did was for justice! She did nothing wrong!
Gregory took a deep breath and said, "Are you going to divorce Stephen yourself, or do you want me to call the police?"
Elaine suddenly raised her head, her eyes bloodshot as she stared at Gregory. "What did you say? Gregory, I am Mrs. Elaine White of the White family!"
Gregory sneered, "But you don't deserve to be Mrs. Elaine White of the White family. I'll give you three minutes to decide."
Elaine felt like all the blood in her body was freezing, and she couldn't stop trembling.
At this moment, she finally understood what true panic was.
