Chapter 484 Sleep a Little Longer

Abigail sat up in bed, hugged Gregory again, and gently nuzzled him. "Of course, you're the most important."

Unhesitatingly kissing Gregory on the cheek to prove her words, Abigail found herself wrapped in his arms as he pulled her into a dominant embrace that didn't allow her to pull away.

Abigail smiled at him, tilted her head, and kissed him again. "Is that enough now?"

"Not enough." Gregory leaned in and kissed her soft, rosy lips.

Wrapping her arms around Gregory's neck, Abigail tentatively responded. Her initiative seemed to stimulate Gregory's rationality, and the kiss grew more passionate.

Slowly closing her eyes, Abigail felt as if the air inside her was being taken away bit by bit. Almost out of breath, she reached out and pushed against Gregory's firm chest. Sensing this, Gregory backed off a little.

His gaze fell on Abigail's glossy lips, his eyes darker than before. "Do you like it?"

Gregory's voice was low and sexy, with an indescribable huskiness that could make anyone swoon.

Blushing and unable to meet Gregory's intense gaze, Abigail lightly nodded. As their breathing calmed, Gregory laid her down on the bed, holding her with one arm and casually playing with a strand of her long hair with the other.

He confessed, "I like it too, I like you."

Hearing Gregory's unabashed confession, Abigail felt her heart pounding, a warmth filling her as if something had filled her up.

She looked at Gregory and firmly said, "Me too, I really like you."

Abigail's words seemed to ignite a fuse. As soon as she finished speaking, Gregory kissed her again.

Unprepared, Abigail found everything quickly spiraling out of control. Clothes were discarded piece by piece, scattered carelessly on the floor. They held each other tightly, as if trying to become one.

The next morning, Abigail felt like her body was about to fall apart.

Thinking of last night's madness, Abigail's cheeks turned bright red, and she glared fiercely at the culprit beside her.

Waking up the moment Abigail opened her eyes, Gregory met her resentful gaze and felt a pang of guilt. Grabbing her slender waist, he pulled her close, their bodies fitting together perfectly, the heat transferring to her skin.

Thinking of their almost naked bodies under the covers, Abigail's cheeks couldn't help but flush.

She glared at Gregory again, angrily saying, "Didn't we agree to be more restrained? What did you do last night?"

Knowing he was in the wrong, Gregory awkwardly touched his nose and quickly placed his large hand on Abigail's waist, gently massaging and kneading.

Feeling Gregory's massage ease the soreness in her waist, Abigail let out a couple of contented hums as sleepiness overtook her again.

Gregory leaned in and kissed her on the cheek, softly coaxing, "Sleep a little longer."

Abigail responded and soon fell back asleep.

Listening to the gentle breathing beside him, Gregory couldn't help but smile. He continued to massage her for a while before quietly getting out of bed to handle some matters in the study.

As Abigail's pregnancy progressed, Gregory was worried about her going to work every day, so he directly contacted a professional manager to take over.

Fortunately, Gregory used his connections to quickly find a highly qualified professional manager, and today was the online interview.

The professional manager, Luke Jennings, had been an executive at a well-known international company abroad and was now planning to come back.

Offering a high salary, Gregory saw DM gradually moving in a positive direction under Abigail's management, even making this year's annual company list.

The interview process went smoothly, with Luke answering almost every question. Initially shocked that someone as important as Gregory was conducting the interview, he performed very well throughout.

Gregory was quite satisfied with him, so they quickly finalized the decision to sign the contract when he came back.

After hanging up, Gregory opened his computer's search engine to look up details on caring for pregnant women and pregnancy precautions. The information was varied, so he took out a notebook and started jotting down the useful tips.

Halfway through, the phone suddenly rang. It was Henry calling. "Gregory, we're here. Weren't we going to have a barbecue?"

Hearing Henry's excited voice, Gregory frowned and said in a low voice, "Keep it down downstairs. Abigail is still resting. If you wake her up, forget about the barbecue."
