Chapter 366 The Younger Sister is Obedient, Gentle, and a Bit Cute
Orson was about to speak when he heard a disdainful voice from inside. "What's it to you?"
Hearing the hostility in Abigail's tone, Orson raised an eyebrow slightly and asked Bruce, "What did you do?"
Bruce looked a bit frustrated.
Abigail opened the door, peeked her head out, and pointed at Bruce accusingly. "Orson, he bullied me and my friend on the street and even said he wanted to sleep with me!"
Orson's gaze turned sharp as he looked at Bruce. "Is what Abigail said true?"
Bruce pressed his lips together in silence, which was as good as admitting it.
Orson let out a cold laugh and warned, "Abigail is our sister. From now on, control your desires. If it happens again, I won't let you off!"
Bruce, suppressing his emotions, felt rebellious. "What if I refuse?"
Orson said, "If I can't handle you, then I'll let Caius and Darwin do it."
No man could tolerate his daughter being bullied.
Especially since Caius was known for his vengeful nature; no one had ever gotten away unscathed from him.
Thinking of Caius's ruthless methods, Bruce's face stiffened, and he reluctantly glanced at Abigail. "They aren't even related by blood."
She's just an adopted daughter. So what if he slept with her? Would his uncle really kick him out of the Worthington family over that?
Just as he finished speaking, a hard kick from behind sent him sprawling to the ground. Bruce cursed under his breath, turned, and his pupils suddenly shrank.
"When did you get here?"
Looking at Gregory's angry eyes, Bruce couldn't help but recall the humiliation of having a knife pressed to his throat last night.
He instinctively backed away. "What do you want to do?"
Gregory leaned down, grabbed his collar, and punched Bruce in the face. "Looks like last night's lesson wasn't enough? Or do you enjoy getting beaten?"
The man's voice was low and magnetic, but it carried no warmth, making one shiver involuntarily.
Bruce shuddered violently, his face twitching, and he said defiantly, "This is the Worthington family. I dare you to touch me again!"
He couldn't believe Gregory would act so recklessly in Worthington Manor. But in the next second, Gregory slapped him again.
A burning pain spread across his face, and Bruce couldn't help but struggle. "Fuck!"
But before he could make a move, Gregory grabbed his arm, twisted it behind his back, and pinned him to the ground.
"So arrogant? Looks like last night's lesson wasn't enough."
Abigail came out of the bathroom, clapping her hands in approval. "Good job! Keep going, don't stop!"
Orson couldn't help but twitch his lips seeing her so excited.
He was wrong.
Who said Abigail was obedient, sensible, and weak?
What kind of obedient and cute sister got more excited the more she watched a fight?
But indeed, it was kind of cute.
The commotion reached the living room, and Linnea came over, seeing her son being pinned to the ground and beaten, she was instantly furious.
She screamed and rushed over, using all her strength to push Gregory away and hugged Bruce.
"Bruce, what's wrong with you? Why are you getting beaten again? What's going on with you people? Why are you bullying my son? We kindly accepted you as relatives, and this is how you repay us?"
Caius glanced at the crying mother and son on the ground, then walked over to Abigail, looking her up and down.
"What happened?"
Facing his expressionless face, Abigail felt inexplicably guilty.
She extended a fair finger, pointed at Bruce, and unceremoniously revealed, "Dad, a few days ago, this guy bullied me while I was shopping with my friend and even wanted to sleep with me!"
As she spoke, feeling it wasn't enough, she gave him another hard kick in front of everyone.
She thought, 'Bastard! May your genitals be ruined! Let's see how you can harm those young, pretty girls in the future!'
Hearing this, Caius's face instantly darkened.
His eyes narrowed slightly, releasing a dangerous light, scaring Bruce into a shiver, nervously swallowing.
"Uncle Caius, let me explain."
But Caius didn't give him a chance to speak, sternly saying, "Someone, lock Bruce in a room to reflect on his actions."
Hearing this, Bruce's heart sank to the bottom.
The Worthington family had strict rules, and being locked in a room to reflect was a form of punishment.
And it involved being whipped. Thinking of that long whip, Bruce couldn't help but shiver.
However, that wasn't the scariest part.
Caius continued, "After the punishment, send him directly to the training ground. Tell the subordinates that Bruce is there for training, and they shouldn't hold back."
After saying this, Caius ignored Bruce's pleas and Linnea's cries, directly pulling Abigail away.
Gregory followed, glancing at Bruce's crotch before leaving, his eyes filled with bloodthirsty intent.
Bruce felt a cold wind pass through his groin, making him instinctively clamp his legs together.
After leaving the Worthington family, Michelle hugged Abigail tightly, her eyes full of pity.
"Abigail, why didn't you tell Mom and Dad when you were bullied? If something happened to you in Aerilon, Caius and I would be devastated."
Abigail smiled and patted Michelle's back, comforting her, "I'm fine, Mom. It's not that easy to bully me!"
She had practiced Taekwondo when she was young.
But now that she was pregnant, the doctor had advised against strenuous exercise, so she didn't act immediately.
But she could still protect herself.
Michelle was still a bit worried and said to Caius, "Caius, send a few bodyguards to protect Abigail. I really can't rest easy."
Caius agreed and immediately called his subordinates, asking them to send the three most capable bodyguards.
Abigail couldn't help but laugh.
Wouldn't she attract a crowd whenever she went out?
But to reassure her parents, Abigail accepted.
Michelle rubbed Abigail's head and smiled. "Don't worry, your dad won't let Bruce off easily. He won't dare bother you again."
Abigail nodded heavily, snuggling into Michelle's arms. "Thank you, Mom, and thank you, Dad."
Michelle helplessly patted her forehead. "Alright, you've had a long day. Go rest early."
Abigail buried her face in Michelle's shoulder, hugging her tightly. "But what if I miss you at night?"
She couldn't bear to be apart from her mom for even a moment!
