Chapter 286 Megan was kidnapped too?
"Megan! How the hell did you get caught, too?" Brooklyn and Kelly whipped around to see Megan, looking like a hot mess with bloodstains all over her clothes.
She got kidnapped, too!
'She got kidnapped, too! What the heck? Was my earlier guess totally off?' Brooklyn thought.
Megan, pale and pitiful, was tossed onto the couch across from Brooklyn.
Kelly's jaw dropped as she stared at Megan, "Megan, what the heck happened? You got kidnapped too?"
Megan shot Kelly a terrified look, "Why are you here? They said they were gonna kill me." Tears streamed down her face as she spoke.
Brooklyn was baffled, thinking, 'Valerie has no reason to kidnap Megan. Valerie would kiss up to Megan to get a shot at being a top star. Why would she kidnap Megan? This makes zero sense.'
Megan sobbed, "Brooklyn, are we gonna die? I don't wanna die. I have Sebastian's baby in me. I wanna have this baby."
As Megan cried, Kelly's mouth twitched. She found Megan's crying super annoying.
"Yeah, we're probably toast." Brooklyn said, not sugarcoating it. Given the situation, the odds of them getting killed were pretty high.
"Sebastian, where are you? The baby and I need you. Where are you?" Kelly shouted.
Kelly couldn't stand hearing her cry like that, it was just gross.
Kelly rolled her eyes, "Megan, shut up. Your crying is killing my appetite for my last meal. Just sit tight and wait to die, okay?"
Ryan, dressed in black, walked up to Megan and slapped her, "Shut up, bitch!"
The slap made Kelly and Brooklyn flinch, feeling the searing sting.
Megan cried even harder, clutching her belly and sobbing, "Sebastian, I wanna tell you before I die, I really love you. Even if you don't love me or wanna marry me, I still love you!"
Brooklyn felt a mix of emotions, thinking Megan's current state showed how deep her feelings for Sebastian were.
"If you keep crying, I'll beat you to death!" Ryan raised his hand to slap her again, but Brooklyn shouted angrily, "Stop! Look at who she is. She's the heiress of the Turner Group, and Sebastian's lover!"
Brooklyn didn't even know why she said that. At this moment, she couldn't bear to let Megan die.
Maybe it was because she felt that being alive was a great fortune when facing death herself.
Brooklyn wiped the tears from Megan's eyes, "Megan, if you make it out of this, take good care of Sebastian. I wish you both a long and happy life together."
Kelly, annoyed, said, "What are you saying! We die together, or we live together. Besides, Sebastian already rejected Megan. They can't be together! Sebastian is your husband, and the position of the hostess of the Kingsley family is yours!"
Kelly didn't even know what she was saying. She thought, 'Do I really want Brooklyn to be with Sebastian? Zach is great, but...'
Megan pitifully asked Brooklyn, "Are you really willing to give up Sebastian, to let us be together?"
"Let's talk about it if we get out alive!" Brooklyn coldly replied, glancing at the time. "There's only twenty minutes left until we die. Megan, shouldn't you apologize to me before you die?"
"Why should I apologize to you?" Megan asked.
"Why? For stealing my husband, trashing my reputation, and constantly pushing my buttons. You owe my an apology. Aren't you afraid of going to hell?" Brooklyn said.
"I did nothing wrong. I love Sebastian. What's wrong with loving someone? For him, I'm willing to die. I can give up everything. Brooklyn, drop your act. You're just a bitch, too!" Megan snapped.
Kelly's eyes darted back and forth, "Alright! Enough. We're all gonna die. Cursing is pointless!"
Suddenly, Brooklyn's sensitive nose sensed something wrong, "It smells like something's burning."
A burst of fire outside the villa shot up, rushing into the villa's hall!
"They're gonna burn us alive!" Kelly shouted.
The red flames rolled and surged, rushing in from the front door with destructive force. The fire and smoke quickly consumed the air, the acrid smell making them cough uncontrollably.
Kelly was horrified, "Brooklyn, what do we do?"
'They're actually gonna burn us to death? These bastards!' Kelly thought.
