Chapter 352 Please Him

Stepping out of the bathtub, Yvette was dripping wet, standing on a clean disposable towel.

She had soaked in the bath for a long time, making her whole body warm, her cheeks flushed, and she felt a bit dizzy.

Reaching for her clean pajamas, she accidentally dropped them, and they were instantly soaked.

Yvette was a bit annoyed but was too embarrassed to ask Albert to bring her clean clothes while she was naked, so she grabbed a bathrobe hanging nearby and put it on.

Opening the bathroom door, Yvette saw the room was dim, with Albert sitting on the sofa, eyes closed and expressionless, making it hard to read his mood.

He seemed to be resting, but there was no sign of fatigue on his face.

She thought something might happen as soon as she came out, but Albert's current state made Yvette feel a bit complicated.

As she stared at him in a daze, he suddenly opened his eyes, which shone brightly in the dim room.

Yvette, feeling the heat of his gaze, quickly looked away and pretended to ask calmly, "Tired?"

Albert answered, "Not really."

Yvette got into bed, pulling the blanket up to cover the low neckline of her bathrobe.

Albert stood up, striding to the bedside and sitting down.

His tall figure blocked the light coming from the open bathroom, casting a shadow over Yvette.

Yvette was startled. "Aren't you going to take a shower?"

Albert gazed at her, his deep eyes filled with intensity, but his face remained eerily calm.

Albert's thin lips moved slightly. "An immigration agent called, saying you were inquiring about immigrating to Emberlyn."

Yvette was stunned, her heart tightening and skipping a beat.

Her hand hidden under the blanket clenched into a fist, her fingertips digging into her palm.

Albert leaned forward, his presence overwhelmingly oppressive. "Yvette, are you planning to immigrate?"

Although he didn't say anything harsh, Yvette had to struggle to suppress her fear and anxiety.

"Immigrate?" Yvette shook her head, forcing herself to stay calm. "I just wanted to take BoBo and CiCi to Emberlyn for a trip. They're both grown up now, and I haven't taken them on a vacation yet."

Albert's sharp gaze seemed to analyze her every word, and micro-expression, trying to see if she was lying.

Yvette felt a bit panicked inside, but she knew that if she showed any sign of weakness, everything would be over.

Albert clearly didn't believe her, his voice deepening. "You saved the number as 'immigration agent.'"

"I contacted the travel agency directly, I didn't save that person's contact information," Yvette said ambiguously. "Maybe the phone automatically labeled it as an immigration agent? I don't know."

Yvette spoke cautiously, her voice steady, suppressing any tremor, and her expression feigned naturalness.

Albert opened his mouth to say something, but Yvette suddenly got up from the bed. "If you don't believe me, I'll get my phone and show you."

As Yvette got up, her previously covered breast was now close to Albert's face.

Albert raised his hand to grab Yvette, pulling her into his arms.

Smelling the fragrance in the air, Albert's Adam's apple moved slightly. "Yvette, don't lie to me."

Being held in Albert's strong arms, Yvette's guilt was somewhat alleviated.

She turned her head, her eyes moist as she looked at Albert. "Then tell me, how can I prove it?"

The moonlight shone through the large floor-to-ceiling windows, making Yvette's eyes bright as she looked at him with a hint of grievance.

Albert instinctively leaned closer. "What do you think?"

Albert's voice was highly seductive, and Yvette immediately took advantage, pushing Albert down and straddling him.

Her hands pressed against his chest as she leaned down to kiss his lips. "Like this? Is this okay?"

Albert pursed his lips, looking at her with raised eyes but said nothing.

Yvette blinked, reaching to unbutton his shirt. "How about this?"

Growing impatient, Yvette used a bit more force, causing two buttons of Albert's expensive shirt to pop off.

Her soft lips began to attack his prominent Adam's apple, making a muffled sound, "How about this?"

Yvette's rare initiative made Albert's body gradually heat up, his mind following suit.

Yvette was so nervous that her breathing became erratic, but in this passionate moment, her irregular breathing only stirred Albert's heart more.

Feeling Albert becoming more engaged, Yvette's tightly clenched heart finally had a chance to relax.

Knowing Albert's temper, Yvette believed that as long as he was willing to touch her, there was a chance to move past this issue. She worked hard to please him, recalling his every habit and trying to stimulate his every sense.

But she didn't dare open her eyes, afraid he would see the panic and anxiety in them.

The room was filled with heat, and Yvette's initiative surprisingly spared her a lot of trouble.

Even so, Yvette still felt like a fish out of water, gasping for breath and nearly dying of thirst.

Panting heavily, Yvette's mind was so exhausted that she was almost confused, but just before falling asleep, she suddenly woke up.

Swallowing, her voice weak. "I never planned to leave."

Yvette felt Albert's body stiffen as he held her from behind.

She lowered her voice, as if whispering to herself, but just loud enough for Albert to hear. "I never planned to leave, I have nowhere else to go but by your side."

With that, the last thread holding Yvette together snapped, and she fell asleep almost instantly.

Albert remained silent for a long time, until he heard Yvette's even breathing, knowing she was asleep.

She had shown him her most vulnerable side, so she probably wasn't lying, Albert thought.

He tightened his arms, holding Yvette firmly in his embrace.

Albert's lips touched the top of Yvette's head, inhaling the scent of their intimacy.

Albert's voice was hoarse, filled with deep emotion. "Don't leave me again, not in this lifetime."

"I can't lose you again." Albert slowly exhaled, the warm breath making Yvette shrink her neck even in her sleep. "Seeing Violet reminds me of losing you, and I just want to kill her."

The only response to Albert was the room's silence and Yvette's steady breathing as she slept.
