Chapter 357 From beginning to end, I've only ever loved Albert!

Back in Luken, Albert went straight from the airport to the company.

The family driver brought the maid and the two children to pick up Yvette. Along the way, BoBo and CiCi were extremely excited, chattering non-stop about what had happened in the past few days.

CiCi clung to Yvette's arm and wouldn't let go. "Mommy, mommy, I missed you so, so, so much! I almost cried several times!"

BoBo glanced sideways at CiCi. "You cried really loudly several times, and you couldn't stop. I couldn't even cover your mouth, it was so noisy."

CiCi immediately felt a bit embarrassed, her little face turning red as she glared at BoBo. "BoBo! Stop talking!"

Yvette felt a deep sense of guilt. CiCi missed her so much she cried but didn't call to disturb her. Meanwhile, BoBo, though also missing her, cared for and comforted CiCi. But they were only three-year-olds.

Yvette felt a pang of sadness and hugged the two children, kissing them. "It's mommy's fault for not spending enough time with you. From now on, mommy will spend more time with you."

BoBo hugged Yvette, wanting to say something but hesitating.

Yvette saw BoBo's thoughts and knew he was worried because he hadn't seen Albert. She raised her hand to touch his head. "Only mommy will be with you, okay?"

BoBo instantly seemed relieved. "Okay, mommy."

The two children woke up early, excited to pick her up, but the long journey tired them out. With Yvette by their side, they quickly fell asleep, clinging to her even in their sleep.

Yvette's heart softened. Even though her arms were sore, she was still willing to hold them.

Back home, Yvette and the maid carried the two children to bed. She finally let out a long sigh of relief.

Without Albert around, Yvette felt much more relaxed, not having to constantly guard against saying the wrong thing and exposing herself.

But she was still confused about her and the children's future.

Touching the two children, Yvette turned to leave the room. Stepping out, she saw Cheryl on the sofa, whose gaze immediately landed on the noticeable marks on Yvette's neck.

Yvette's breath caught, feeling extremely embarrassed. She realized that when she bent down to put the children to bed, her collar had slipped, revealing those marks.

She reached up to pull her collar, covering the hickeys on her neck and chest.

Yvette walked up to Cheryl. "Grandma."

Cheryl's gaze was knowing, her eyes fixed on Yvette's, not missing any of her expressions. "David has had surgery and is still in a critical period."

Yvette's face stiffened. Thinking of everything David had done to her, for the first time, she didn't follow Cheryl's words and ask concerned questions.

Yvette was indifferent. "Oh, really?"

Yvette's reaction made Cheryl a bit dissatisfied. She frowned and asked, "Yvette, I want to ask you a question and I hope to hear your honest answer."

"What?" said Yvette.

Cheryl's tone was serious. "Who do you really love? Are you really planning to toy with the Valdemar family's two best grandsons? Is your goal to see my family fall apart?"

"Of course not." Yvette's tone also turned cold.

"Then what about the banquet?" Cheryl was a bit anxious. "As far as I know, the banquet is almost ready, and Albert is going to let the whole world know that you are Yvette! But when you returned to Luken, everyone knew you as Jessica, David's wife, and the mother of his twin children! After this ridiculous banquet, how do you plan to handle yourself?"

Cheryl's words were full of accusations against Yvette, but how innocent was Yvette herself? After being kidnapped and rescued by David, she would never have married him if she remembered everything. David had deceived her, making her believe she was Jessica and that the children were his.

She wanted to continue being Jessica, but David deceived her again and again, even drugging her.

How could she care about David? How could she continue living with him?

Emotions surged, and Yvette's tears welled up in her eyes. She finally couldn't hold back, "Grandma, don't you know who I love? From beginning to end, I've only ever loved Albert! I've given everything for him!"

She gave up being a doctor to join Luken Airlines as a flight doctor, just to be closer to him.

But Albert not only forgot their feelings from the countryside, he even developed a real love with Violet. Despite being married to her, he was willing to divorce her to marry Violet.

Yvette's body trembled uncontrollably. "It was because he didn't love me that things turned out this way!"

If Albert had been willing to live a good life with her and not thought of divorce.

If he had paid to rescue her and the children after they were kidnapped.

If he had believed that BoBo and CiCi were really his children.

They had countless possibilities to live a good life together, but it all turned out this way because he didn't love her.

Yvette felt acutely that Albert's so-called love was nothing but possessiveness.

Cheryl retorted, "But you are now Jessica, and you have David's two children!"

Yvette clenched her fists tightly. How she wished she could tell the world that BoBo and CiCi were Albert's children!

The door was wide open, and Albert, who had just finished work and returned, heard Yvette's last words.

Joy overwhelmed him instantly, but Cheryl's words were like a bucket of cold water poured over him.

Albert's gaze turned cold as he strode in, standing in front of Yvette to shield her. Though his eyes were on Cheryl, he addressed the maid and bodyguards.

"I've said it before, no one is allowed to enter this house except me. How could this happen?" Albert said coldly. "What? My words don't matter?"

The maid and bodyguards were silent, not daring to refute either Albert or Cheryl.

Cheryl knew he was being sarcastic and asked, "What do you mean?"

"Nothing else." Albert smirked. "Just asking Grandma to go home."
