Chapter 16 She Is Not Obedient
The car started slowly, and Jonny disappeared from sight.
Elsa then looked at Luke.
"Luke, why tell him about what's going on between us? Are you trying to humiliate me? Now that the goal is achieved, can I leave?"
The noticeable swelling on her left cheek, rather than diminishing her attractiveness, added a layer of dramatic allure to her persona.
Luke didn't answer. Instead, he reached out and pulled Elsa towards him. He suddenly kissed her.
"Let me go!" Elsa was angry and didn't want to comply with his wishes.
"You told me not to bother you anymore, so what are you doing now?" She struggled forcefully with her nails pressed against Luke's skin on his arm.
Max drove without looking back, trying hard to ignore the commotion behind him. It wasn't until Luke lowered the partition inside the car that Max breathed a sigh of relief.
"Don't move." Luke's arm was sore because of Elsa's grip, but he didn't stop. He just freed up one hand and gave her a pat on the butt. "Be obedient."
"No!" Elsa kicked towards Luke's crotch with one leg, but he caught her, rendering her immobile.
The two were so close. Restrained by Luke, Elsa sat awkwardly on his lap.
Luke held the back of her head tightly, their tongues entwining between their lips and teeth.
His cool breath carried a hint of heat, enveloping Elsa tightly.
Elsa thought, ‘This lunatic! I shouldn't have provoked him!’ She was starting to regret it. Elsa felt a sting on her lips as he bit her punitively.
"Hey." He gasped for breath, making a strenuous effort to draw her focus towards him.
Elsa always had ways to annoy him.
Psychologists said not to trust a woman who doesn't close her eyes when kissing, but Elsa not only didn't close her eyes but she was also distracted!
Luke was irritated, intensifying the kiss even more.
During the half-hour drive to Luke's mansion, they made love several times, but Luke managed to control himself with great determination.
When the car stopped at the mansion's courtyard, he finally released Elsa.
"I won't go to your place," she declared. Her lips reddened from fervent kisses, held an enigmatic sheen. Despite her seemingly angry exterior, she appeared more like a woman coyly teasing her lover.
Luke didn't say anything, either. He reached out and pulled her into his arms, walking all the way to the house.
Max had already quickly fled, and Luke placed Elsa on the living room sofa before heading upstairs.
‘Is he crazy? Does he have a grudge against Jonny?’ Elsa watched Luke's back and wondered.
Besides this, Elsa couldn't think of another reason for his acting this way. If she thought he was jealous of Jonny, she was overestimating herself. She was lost in thought, and Luke came down the stairs again.
"Here." He handed Elsa a piece of ice wrapped in a handkerchief and watched her apply it to her face.
He then dipped a cotton swab in iodine and dabbed it on the corner of her lips.
Elsa looked at Luke in confusion, and when she made a sound due to the pain, he even lightened his touch.
"Luke, why did you bring me here?"
It was only after Luke finished that Elsa asked.
Luke suddenly felt a bit awkward.
He thought, ‘Yes, I just wanted to take her away from Jonny, but what after taking her away?’
"When a man brings a woman home, what do you think it's for?" His embarrassment was known only to him. After a moment of hesitation, he enveloped Elsa on the sofa.
Elsa smiled, reached for her phone, and sent her location to Karen through the message.
