Chapter 212 Jonny Confesses Again

Luke just couldn't accept it. His possessiveness over Elsa was so intense that he couldn't stand any other guy talking to her.

Seeing him stay quiet, Elsa let out a cold laugh.

"Alright, Karida said I need to stay in the hospital for a few days. If there's nothing urgent, you don't need to visit me. We both need some time to cool off," Elsa said.

She didn't wait for Luke's reaction and closed her eyes.

Her neck injury made her dizzy, and she actually fell asleep in a daze. She didn't even know when Luke left.

When she woke up again, it was already evening.

"How are you feeling? Want some water?" Jonny's voice came from beside her.

"Jonny, why are you here?" After a nap, Elsa felt much better. She sat up slightly and greeted Jonny.

On the bedside table was a huge bouquet of sunflowers, and the floor was piled with dozens of boxes of fruits and snacks. She was sure they were all from Jonny.

Elsa couldn't help but click her tongue. "You're so over the top!"

But Jonny couldn't smile, his face full of concern. "Jasmine used my car accident to trick you, but I didn't expect you to get into an accident first."

"It's no big deal," Elsa deliberately smiled to comfort him, "If you keep that expression, I'll think I'm seriously injured and about to die."

"Don't talk nonsense!" Jonny quickly interrupted her.

Since they reminisced about their childhood together at Chloe's club, Jonny and Elsa hadn't seen each other for a long time.

Jonny sat by the bed, gazing at Elsa for a long time, and suddenly said, "I actually never wavered."

"What?" Elsa didn't understand this sentence.

"From the past to now, I have never changed. Elsa, if Luke treats you badly, you should get a divorce. Whatever he can give you, I can too," Jonny said.

Jonny's gaze was too intense, making Elsa turn her head uncomfortably.

When Luke and Karida reached the door, they heard this sentence.

Karida looked at Luke gloatingly. "Jonny really came over this time."

Luke's expression was tense, remaining silent.

"Jonny, don't be like this. Even if I get a divorce, I have no intention of being with you," Elsa said.

Elsa's voice wasn't loud, but it was enough for Luke and Karida to hear.

"Is it because you need Luke to deal with the Miller family? Elsa, the Jones family is mine now, and I can do it too," Jonny was a bit agitated.

"No, I never thought of relying on Luke to bring down the Miller family. The Miller family must be dealt with by me personally," Elsa's tone was calm, revealing no emotion.

"Then Elsa, have you fallen in love with Luke?" Jonny raised his voice, his tone full of disbelief.

Elsa didn't respond, or maybe her voice was too low for Luke and Karida to hear.

"I always thought it would be very difficult for you to fall in love with someone, so all these years I only dared to watch you from afar. Elsa, is it because I wasn't brave and decisive enough that I missed out on you?" Jonny said, his voice low and tinged with helplessness.

"Fate is strange, isn't it?" Elsa suddenly said.

"I always thought I was calm and rational enough to control my own life, even my feelings for Luke, but actually, I can't." Her voice carried a hint of bitterness.

"Trust me, you can move on!" Jonny was getting anxious.

"Men always seem to get over relationships faster than women." Elsa smiled.

Maybe Elsa's tone was too sorrowful, Karida sneaked a glance at Luke's reaction.

Luke maintained his stance at the door, motionless, but he slightly clenched his fists and his eyes betrayed deep pain.
