Chapter 88 Jonathan Green

"You'd better mind your own business!" the little boy said.

The teenage boy, who was half a head taller than Elsa, stood up and easily snatched the bottle away.

But his hand slipped, and most of the champagne spilled out, drenching Elsa.

Elsa gasped and hurried to grab the tissue box on the table while the people upstairs watched in astonishment.

Looking at her now-soaked dress, Elsa felt like crying. She hadn't even met the host yet, and her dress was already ruined. She had regretted meddling in this.

The little boy also panicked and looked at Elsa in dismay.

"I'll take you to change and buy you a new dress," the boy quickly suggested.

"No, no," Elsa said hastily. She couldn't let a high school student spend money on her. "Don't drink alcohol. You should eat more healthy food, so you can grow taller. I gotta go."

Elsa wanted to go to the restroom to clean up.

Unexpectedly, the boy grabbed her arm.

"I have a lot of money, so I can afford a dress," the boy said, his eyes sparkling.

"No need," Elsa refused.

"Come on. Come on. I'll take you to the fifth floor to change into some clean clothes," the boy insisted, pulling Elsa by the wrist towards the elevator.

"Your wife got taken away by a little boy," Karida teased.

Luke's face darkened again.

The boy took Elsa to the fifth floor, to the nearest Presidential Suite, and randomly grabbed two pieces of clothing.

"These are my T-shirt and new shorts," he said, shoving the clothes into Elsa's hands and pointing to the nearest changing room. "Go ahead."

Elsa, who was speechless, held the men's clothes and was pushed into the changing room.

She thought, 'Fine, I'll change, clean and dry the dress, and then change back.' Elsa resigned herself to the situation.

When Elsa came out of the changing room, she saw the boy leaning against the wall, being scolded by a tall man in a charcoal gray suit, "How old are you? So reckless. And you dare to sneak a drink. You'll write a self-reflection piece tonight."

"Okay, Father," the boy replied.  He was ten times more obedient now.

'His father looks quite young,' Elsa thought.

As the boy's father turned around, Elsa realized he looked familiar, but she couldn't recall where she had seen him before. He was lean, handsome, with sharp features and clear eyes, only the slight weariness in his eyes betraying his age.

Jonathan Green looked at Elsa with a similar sense of familiarity.

"Hello, Jonathan Green," he said, extending his hand to Elsa.

"Hello, I'm Elsa Miller," Elsa replied, shaking his hand.

For some reason, Jonathan gave Elsa an inexplicable sense of warmth.

"Ms. Miller, you look very much like someone I used to know," Jonathan said.

"You do, too, but I can't remember where I've seen you," Elsa said honestly.

After a brief conversation, Elsa, who was eager to find the host of the night, prepared to go downstairs.

"Could you leave something to keep in touch with you? I'd like my son, Eric Green, to apologize in person," Jonathan said as Elsa was about to leave.

"Of course, but there's no need for an apology. It's not a big deal," Elsa said, taking out her phone and adding Jonathan on Facebook before heading downstairs with her dress.

The boy's name was Eric Green, quite a unique name.

Elsa thought Eric and Jonathan probably lived in the hotel, but she didn't know their connection to the event organizers. Wearing Eric's T-shirt and shorts, she quickly found a restroom to clean her dress.
