Chapter 305 Will You Stand Up for Me?

Jasmine lunged forward, naturally unwilling to show weakness.

They pulled each other's hair and scratched faces without any regard for their image, fighting fiercely in the mall. The situation only came to a reluctant end when security called the police, and they were taken to the police station.

The people at the station knew Jasmine but were unfamiliar with Elsa, so they called Luke and said, "Mr. Taylor, Ms. Taylor has been assaulted. Both of them are at the police station now. Could you come over?"

Elsa watched the police officer, who seemed eager to bow three times over the phone, and felt nauseated, her face showing a hint of disdain.

By the time Luke arrived, it was already late at night. He had lost some weight recently, likely having just pulled himself away from a busy work schedule. His black suit and white shirt buttoned up to his Adam's apple exuded a cold, stoic aura.

Elsa watched Luke walk into the interrogation room with a cold eye, feeling as if the temperature around her dropped by five degrees.

When Luke saw that the person fighting with Jasmine was Elsa, his pupils slightly trembled.

"Luke! It was really Elsa who bullied me today!" Jasmine, afraid that Luke would get angry, took the initiative to act spoiled.

"Look at the injuries on my hand; they were caused by Elsa!" Jasmine accused first.

"Does it hurt?" Luke asked, but his eyes remained fixed on Elsa, not moving an inch.

She had a wound on her lip, and her face was a bit red from being hit by Jasmine.

"It hurts, Luke. Elsa is so mean." Jasmine cried even harder upon hearing Luke's question, throwing herself into his arms.

Elsa raised an eyebrow disdainfully.

"I'm asking you," Luke continued to stare at her.

Elsa sneered silently, wiping the blood from the corner of her mouth with the back of her hand, full of defiance.

Luke sighed deeply in his heart and softened his tone, trying to negotiate with her, "You hit Jasmine. Just say something nice to me, make me happy, and I'll let it go, okay?"

The police officer was almost shocked. He had intended to please Luke, but seeing this situation, it seemed they knew each other, and Luke seemed to care a lot about this woman.

Elsa glanced mockingly at Jasmine in his arms, "I regret not hitting her harder. Next time Jasmine falls into my hands, if I don't knock out her teeth, it means I'm going easy on her."

Luke had initially wanted to find a way out for himself, but now Elsa had blocked all his exits.

"Luke, you have to stand up for me!" Jasmine, always oblivious to the situation, cried even harder in Luke's arms.

"Aren't you afraid I'll get so angry that I'll have you locked up in the detention center for a few days?" Luke's eyes showed irritation at Elsa's tough attitude.

"Isn't the whole of Maplewood City under Mr. Taylor's control? What difference does it make if I'm afraid or not?" Elsa was equally unyielding.

As they were at a standoff, the door opened.

"Excuse me, I'm here to bail out Elsa." It was Leo's voice. His English had improved rapidly recently, and he could express many things in English.

Leo had his long hair messily tied at the back, wearing a black shirt, a black skirt, and black mid-calf leather boots. His earrings glinted with a metallic sheen under the light. He looked like he had just stepped off a runway at Fashion Week.

But he was not at all effeminate, his demeanor cold and distant.

Elsa looked up in surprise, her tone unconsciously tinged with delight, "Why are you here?"

Leo's expression softened a bit, "My assistant got into a fight at the mall and was taken away. Of course, I had to know about such a big deal."

The a slight thaw in Luke's expression because Elsa quickly refroze.

When Luke and Leo clashed, neither was easy to deal with. The staff trembled, and Jasmine was no better, immediately becoming scared.

Only Elsa remained calm, looking at Leo, "Will you stand up for me?"
