Chapter 25 Adding Fuel to the Fire
While Luke knew about Jonny's assertive clarification, it was in the break room of Taylor's group.
He was on the 10th floor inspecting work, and as he passed by the break room, he overheard a few female employees gossiping while waiting in line to make coffee.

The Jones family, the Wind Jones, went to prison for drug trafficking and smuggling prohibited items. So, the Jones family allowed Jonny to return and focused on grooming him.
It was somewhat a happy occasion, and she was genuinely happy for him, but she didn't want him to spend money on her.
"Whether in the past or now, whether tight on money or well-off, I don't really care about money," Jonny said as he chugged his sparkling water. "What I care about is that my parents have never loved me."

Elsa calmly watched and refilled his cup with water.
Seeing Jonny's sad expression and recalling David's actions, strengthened her resolve to retaliate against the Miller family.
Currently, the Miller family valued the engagement with the Taylor family the most, so she needed to speed up to prevent Luke from changing his mind.
