Jasmine had always been tough on the outside but weak on the inside. Hearing Luke's voice outside, she knew she was in trouble. Before anyone could use a key card to open the door, she opened it herself from the inside.
"Luke, I won't marry Terry! I want to marry Jonny!" She burst into tears as soon as she opened the door.
Luke frowned deeply.
Elsa noticed that Jasmine had changed into a hotel bathrobe and her hair was still a bit wet, which startled her. She bypassed Jasmine and entered the room to check on Jonny.
Jonny's face was unusually red, he was breathing rapidly, and he was already unconscious.
"Did you drug him?" Jonny's condition didn't look like he was drunk; it seemed more like he had been given an aphrodisiac.
"So what if I did? Didn't you use the same trick to get Luke back then? Elsa, mind your own business!" Jasmine retorted, showing no sign of remorse.
Back then, Elsa had been forced to avenge Leslie and had no other options. She didn't expect that her actions would set an example for these women. Margaret learned from her, Jasmine learned from her, making it seem like she was the one who taught women to be bad.
Elsa's face turned pale, but her voice remained cold, "Luke and I were consensual. What you're doing is endangering Jonny's safety. How can you compare the two?"
"How is it different? Luke didn't even like you back then!" Jasmine shouted.
"Jasmine!" Luke's low voice was filled with barely suppressed anger.
It was true; back then, Luke didn't even know who she was, let alone like her.
Elsa smiled bitterly inside but remained calm on the surface. "Talking about this is pointless. I'll take Jonny to the hospital first. When he wakes up, he'll definitely sue you. Just wait."
She then glanced at the police officers in the room. "I've recorded everything that happened today. I hope none of you will be biased when the time comes."
After all, the Taylor family's power was not comparable to the Jones family, so her words were not unnecessary.
After speaking, Elsa reached out and patted Jonny's face. "Jonny, can you walk? I'll take you to the hospital."
As she spoke, she grabbed Jonny's arm, trying to lift him up.
Jonny barely opened his dazed eyes and smiled at Elsa but couldn't move at all.
Luke's eyes grew colder. Jonny had been drugged with an aphrodisiac, and she wanted to take him to the hospital? How could that be?
"You take him," he ordered the police officers in an unquestionable tone.
"Of course, we'll take Mr. Jones to the hospital right away!" The officers, eager to get out of the situation, felt relieved at Luke's command and immediately helped Jonny out.
Elsa, still worried, gave Luke a meaningful look and followed them.
"Elsa, I won't let you get away with this!" Jasmine, still in tears, lunged at Elsa as she was about to leave.
Elsa turned and slapped her hard. "Jasmine, have I been too lenient with you in the past?"
Jasmine was stunned by the fierce slap, standing there in tears, completely dazed.
"Jasmine, you failed this time. But if you had succeeded, were you planning to drag the entire Taylor family down with you? Jonny might not hold it against you, but do you think he’s easy to bully? Believe it or not, he could broadcast this incident on the electronic screens of the CBD building, causing a huge scandal! Jonny is a man, and being pursued by the Taylor family's daughter isn't shameful. You might not care because you have thick skin, but what about Mrs. Taylor? What about the shareholders of the Taylor Group? And you used such a despicable method. How could you even think of that?"
