Chapter 400: What Exactly Are You Thinking?
The next day, Liora went to Aridonia with Isaac.
However, because Liora had a lot of luggage, she had to drive herself with her luggage and couldn't ride in the same car as Isaac.
Rhys also returned with Isaac.
Along the way, Rhys kept sneaking glances at Isaac, clearly holding back something he wanted to say.
Isaac spoke up, "If you have something to say, just say it. Stop sneaking looks at me."
Rhys hesitated for a moment before asking, "What exactly are you trying to do?"
Isaac retorted, "What do you mean, what am I trying to do?"
Rhys pressed on. "First, you brought Amara back to Aridonia and let her stay in your villa. Now you're bringing Liora back too. What exactly are you planning?"
Isaac replied calmly, "You already know, don't you? I signed a contract with Sylvie to marry one of her two daughters."
Rhys frowned, "I know, but she only asked you to marry one of her daughters. Now you're bringing both of them back to Aridonia."
"Are you really planning to interact with both women and then choose one?"
Isaac didn't answer.
Rhys got a bit anxious, "Could it be that I guessed right?"
"I thought you were just pretending to agree to Sylvie's request and looking for an opportunity to rescue Magnus. I didn't expect you to actually plan to choose one to marry."
Isaac neither confirmed nor denied it.
Some plans were better kept to as few people as possible.
Rhys looked worried, "If you really marry into the Hansen family, what about Nora?"
"She doesn't know yet, right? If she finds out, how will you explain it to her?"
"Are you really going to end things with Nora and marry into the Hansen family?"
Isaac still didn't speak.
Rhys uttered urgently, "Isaac, I know you want to save your son, but I think if you think it through, there must be a way to save him without following Sylvie's agreement. You don't really have to marry into the Hansen family."
"If your grandfather found out you were going to do that, he would be furious."
"You're the heir to the Porter family, and you're going to marry into another family? That's a massive disgrace!"
"Not only would your grandfather be furious, but the ancestors of the Porter family would be ashamed!"
Rhys got more and more agitated as he spoke.
But what he was most worried about was Nora.
"If Nora finds out about this, she will definitely be very angry."
Isaac's eyes darkened, "Keep this matter a secret for me. Don't let Nora know, and don't talk about it with anyone else. I have my own plans."
The reason Isaac sent Nora to the estate was to keep this matter from her.
Rhys was furious.
What exactly was Isaac planning that he couldn't know?
Seeing that Isaac was unwilling to say more, Rhys snorted angrily and turned to look out the window, saying no more.
After returning to Aridonia, Isaac first dropped Rhys off at his lab.
Then he drove back to his villa.
Liora followed him in her car.
At the villa entrance, Liora wanted to ask Isaac to help her with her luggage, but before she could get out of the car, Isaac had already walked into the villa.
Liora felt a bit disappointed and had to ask the bodyguards and assistants who came with her to help with her luggage.
Sylvie was wary of Isaac, so when her two daughters came over, she arranged for reliable bodyguards to accompany them to ensure their safety.
At the same time, they were also there to keep an eye on Isaac to see if he was acting.
Liora walked into the villa.
As soon as she entered the living room, she saw Amara standing shyly in front of Isaac, looking at him with adoration and tenderness.
"Isaac, you're back! You must be tired from the journey. Sit down, and I'll give you a massage. I recently learned a massage technique that can effectively relieve shoulder and neck fatigue. I learned it especially for you. From now on, whenever you're tired from work, I can give you a massage every day!"
As she spoke, she reached out to hold Isaac's arm.
Liora's face darkened, and she quickly walked over and pushed Amara away forcefully.
Amara, wearing high heels, lost her balance and fell to the ground.
Amara looked at Liora angrily and demanded, "Liora, why did you push me? What do you mean by this?"
Before Liora could answer, Amara immediately looked at Isaac with tears in her eyes, sobbing, "Isaac, look at how vicious Liora is. She even hurt her own sister! You should stay away from her. She's so crazy that she doesn't even recognize her own family. Keeping someone like her around is way too risky. For your safety, you should send Liora back and not give her a chance to hurt you!"
Liora's face twisted in anger as she shot back, "Stop slandering me!"
Amara replied, "How am I slandering you? You pushed me for no reason, and that's a fact."
"Isaac saw it happen. Are you saying he’s mistaken?"
Liora spoke angrily, "I pushed you because I saw you trying to hold Isaac's arm!"
Amara uttered, "Even if I wanted to hold Isaac's arm, it's none of your business. What right do you have to push me?"
Liora answered confidently, "I have every right to push you because he is my future husband. You shouldn't be so close to him!"
She wasn't afraid to say such straightforward words in front of Isaac.
Because Isaac had already said he didn't like Amara and had a better impression of her.
And he had to choose one of them to marry.
Since he had said that, his marriage partner would naturally be her.
So Liora wasn't wrong in saying Isaac was her future husband.
Amara's face instantly turned very ugly.
She remembered the chat screenshot Liora had shown her last night.
In the chat screenshot, Isaac said he didn't like Amara's being noisy and had a good impression of Liora.
Today, Isaac brought Liora home, clearly having made his choice.
Last night, she thought the chat screenshot might be fake, forged by Liora.
But now, Isaac bringing Liora back proved the screenshot was real.
Isaac really liked Liora more!
Thinking of this, Amara felt very angry and unwilling.
She was young and beautiful, with a lively and likable personality, much better than Liora's stiff personality.
Why would Isaac like Liora more?
She couldn't figure it out!
Could it be that Liora had secretly seduced Isaac without her knowing?
Seeing Amara's ugly expression, Liora smirked and suggested coldly, "Pack your things and go back to Aridonia today. Stop clinging here and embarrassing yourself!"
