Chapter 435: Willing to Kill for Him
Liora walked out of the study, her mind heavy with thoughts.
She never had much affection for Amara to begin with.
Adding to that was Sylvie's constant favoritism and now Amara's interference between her and Isaac, which made her hate Amara even more.
She had murderous intent towards Amara.
However, she was worried that if she killed Amara, she would definitely be found out and end up in prison.
But if Amara died, she would be Sylvie's only daughter.
Sylvie would do everything to protect her!
If Amara died, she would have a greater advantage both in the Hansen family and in front of Isaac!
With this thought, Liora's worries and fears vanished, and her resolve to make Amara disappear grew stronger.
After Liora left, Isaac contacted Wesley, asking him to arrange for someone to monitor Liora's every move.
In less than half an hour, Wesley sent a message: [Mr. Porter, I found that Liora's people are secretly following and monitoring Amara.]
[And Liora's people have entered her room several times, even secretly bringing a knife in for her.]
Isaac saw the message and sneered coldly.
Their sisterly bond was truly fake; Liora was already planning to kill her own sister Amara so quickly.
Isaac picked up his phone and called Amara.
"Isaac? Is it really you? You actually take the initiative to contact me? Oh my God, am I dreaming?"
Amara answered the phone, her face full of disbelief, her voice trembling with excitement.
Isaac said calmly, "Come to my study, I have something important to tell you."
Amara said excitedly, "Okay, I'll be right there!"
Isaac hung up the phone.
He then sent another message to Wesley: [I'm having Amara come to my room, cover for her so Liora's people don't notice.]
Wesley: [Got it!]
A few minutes later, there was a knock on the door, and Amara's high-pitched voice came from outside: "Isaac, I'm here, can I come in?"
Isaac pressed a button to unlock the electronic lock, "Come in."
Amara pushed the door open, walked in with a sweet smile, and closed the door behind her.
"Isaac, you specifically called me over, what do you want to say?"
Amara asked as she walked towards Isaac.
Isaac had already stopped his work, his expression serious and his eyes downcast.
Seeing him like this, Amara felt inexplicably nervous and asked cautiously, "Isaac, what's wrong? Did you run into something tough to figure out?"
"You can tell me, if I can help, I will do my best to help!"
Isaac looked up, staring at her seriously.
Amara felt a chill down her spine under his gaze, a suffocating feeling of being unable to breathe.
His aura was too strong.
"Isaac, what's wrong with you?" she asked fearfully, trying to act cute and weak, hoping Isaac would tone down his aura and not look at her so seriously, as it scared her.
Isaac replied, "Someone in the villa just reported that your sister secretly had someone bring a knife to her room. You two just had a conflict, and I'm worried she might hurt you."
Isaac paused here.
Amara's pupils contracted, and anger instantly filled her eyes, "That bitch Liora, she actually wants to kill me?"
Isaac shook his head, "Maybe I'm overthinking it. Your sister doesn't seem like a bad person. Maybe she just brought the knife to cut fruit. I'm probably being too suspicious."
Amara's face darkened, and she gritted her teeth, "Isaac, don't be fooled by her. She's more vicious and dark-hearted than anyone! When we were kids, I almost died at her hands several times!"
"All the pets I raised from childhood were tortured to death by her. She even skinned my pets and brought them to me!"
"She would secretly make them into food for me, then tell me the truth just to see me in pain and fear!"
"She acts all aloof and indifferent, but her heart is more twisted and perverted than anyone's!"
Thinking of her childhood, Amara trembled with anger.
She was both furious and scared.
The reason she became a spoiled, uneducated person who didn't learn business or join the company was to avoid Liora's schemes.
If she focused on the company like Liora, Liora would never let her go!
Amara uttered darkly, "Isaac, I'll tell you a secret."
"Your son Magnus, the reason he suddenly got hurt, was all because of that vicious woman Liora!"
"She was jealous that I moved in with you, jealous of me, so she wanted to kill Magnus, destroy the contract, and prevent me from marrying you!"
"She's always been selfish and malicious. If she can't have something she likes, she'd rather destroy it than let anyone else have it!"
Amara was so angry that she decided to tell Isaac about Liora's plot against Magnus.
Isaac looked shocked, "How is that possible? Magnus's injury was an accident, right? Your mom said he ran around and hit the electric fence."
Amara sneered, "Do you believe such a flimsy excuse?"
"Magnus is my mom's bargaining chip. She always has people following him around the clock. There's no way he'd have the chance to run around!"
"Even if he could get out, someone would be following him. Those people wouldn't just stand by and watch him get electrocuted!"
"And after Magnus's accident, my mom deleted all the surveillance footage from that night and put Liora under house arrest. If Liora didn't do it, why would my mom punish her?"
"Isaac, you don't know Liora like I do. I grew up with her and know how vicious she is. She's fully capable of doing such a thing!"
Isaac's face darkened, and a cold, bone-chilling killing intent emanated from him.
After a moment, Isaac covered his face with his hand, saying painfully, "But I can't kill her. If I do, I won't be able to protect my son."
Amara felt a pang of sympathy seeing Isaac in pain.
She bit her lip and said resolutely, "Isaac, let me kill Liora for you!"
Isaac was stunned, then shook his head decisively, "No, she's your sister. How can I let you do such a thing to your own sister?"
Amara clenched her fists, her eyes full of anger, "She wants to kill me, so why can't I kill her? We have no sisterly bond. She's always seen me as an enemy and wants to kill me!"
"If I don'kill her, one day I'll die at her hands!"
Isaac still shook his head, "No, you can't do that. I can't let you bear the burden of murder for me. I can't take on such a responsibility."
Amara replied, "I don't need you to take responsibility!"
"And it's my own decision to kill her. Even if it's not for you, I want to kill her. You don't need to feel guilty!"
Isaac continued, "If it's for yourself, if it's something you want to do, then I have nothing to say. But I won't let you do something illegal for me."
Amara nodded seriously.
A warmth filled her heart, and she looked at Isaac with admiration.
Isaac was truly righteous. He would rather not avenge his son than let her bear the burden of murder.
A man like Isaac was worth entrusting her life to.
Amara's resolve to help Isaac get revenge grew stronger.
Amara said gently, "Isaac, don't feel any guilt. Even if I want to kill Liora, it's because she wants to kill me. It's not because of you."
