Chapter 431: The House Was Smashed
Isaac only stayed at the villa for five days before leaving.
There were still things at home that needed to be dealt with, and he couldn't stay away for too long, otherwise the Hansen sisters would become suspicious.
If they found out and traced it back to Nora, it would put Nora in unnecessary danger.
He couldn't allow any safety risks for Nora and the children.
"Daddy, when will you come back to be with me?" Knowing that Isaac was leaving, Barrett was very reluctant and held his hand tightly, refusing to let go.
Isaac patted Barrett's hand and replied softly, "I'll come to see you in a few days."
"Be good and listen to your mommy, cooperate with the doctors for treatment, and try to stand up soon. Then Daddy can take you to many places to play, okay?"
Barrett was a bit disappointed but still nodded obediently, "Daddy, I promise I will listen to Mommy and the doctors. Daddy, you must not lie. I'll be waiting for you."
Isaac smiled, "Good boy, Daddy won't lie to you."

Isaac bent down, kissed his cheek, and then reluctantly left.
Barrett watched his back with reluctance.
Isaac then went to see Soren.
Soren still couldn't tolerate loud noises.
Isaac lowered his voice and gently said to her, "Soren, Daddy has to go back to the city for a while. I'll come to see you in a few days. Just be a good girl, listen to your mommy, and also listen to your teachers and doctors, okay?"
Soren directly snuggled into Isaac's arms, wrapping her little hands around his neck.
Isaac felt his heart melt, gently holding her, his reluctance reaching its peak.
"Daddy, can I go back with you?" Soren asked in a sweet childlike voice.
Isaac asked back, "Why do you want to go back with me? Isn't it good here with your mommy?"
Soren's eyes reddened with grievance, "But Mommy rarely comes to see me. Sometimes I don't see her for days."
"And Magnus, I haven't seen him for a long time. Mommy doesn't let me see Magnus."
Soren started crying sadly.
To avoid worrying and scaring Soren, Nora hadn't told her about Magnus's injury.
Soren thought the adults were just keeping her and Magnus apart, making her very upset.
Isaac gently patted Soren's back with a heart full of guilt for Magnus and Soren.
Since their birth, he had spent very little time with them.
Nora also didn't spend much time with them.
Instead, it was Mortimer, that scheming person, who had spent so much time with them.
No wonder Magnus and Soren liked Mortimer so much.
Isaac explained seriously, "Magnus is sick, and Nora has to take care of him. He’ll be better soon. You have to be patient."
Soren's attention shifted instantly, and she asked nervously, "What's wrong with Magnus?"
"I want to see Magnus."
"When we were kidnapped, Magnus drank the medicine for me. Magnus told me stay quiet while he drank it, and afterward, he even threw up blood. I really want to see Magnus.
Isaac felt a wave of shock wash over him. Magnus had drunk the poison to protect Soren, which severely damaged his throat to the point of no recovery?
Isaac felt even more heartbroken and guilty.
It was the they adults' fault that Magnus and Soren had to endure so much.
Previously, Soren didn't talk much because she couldn't hear, and she hadn't mentioned these things.
He didn't know that Magnus had sacrificed so much to protect Soren.
Thinking of his another son still at the Hansen Mansion, Isaac felt deeply pained.
He held Soren, unable to speak.
"Daddy, are Magnus's injuries serious? He seemed fine when we got to the villa. How did he get sick again?" Soren asked in confusion.

So, Isaac had to cruelly prevent them from meeting.
"Okay." Soren was a bit disappointed.
Isaac rubbed her head, "Be good and follow the teachers and servants. I'll talk to your mommy and ask her to see you more often. When Magnus gets better, you can play together."
Soren nodded vigorously, holding him tightly, her little head resting on his shoulder, refusing to let him go.
Isaac couldn't bear to push her away forcefully. He only handed her over to the servants after she fell asleep in his arms, and then he reluctantly left.
Before leaving, he found Nora and asked her to try to spend some time with Soren every day.
Isaac left the villa.
On the way back to the city, his mind was still on the villa.

Even the sofa was new.
Except for the chandelier overhead, almost everything on the ground had been replaced.
Isaac's face darkened, and he looked at Kieran with a cold gaze, "What exactly happened?"
Kieran replied with a mournful face, "The Hansen sisters have been fighting at home every day."
"At first, they were just arguing, but then they started smashing things. Not only did they smash things themselves, but they also had their subordinates join in."
"Except for the locked areas they couldn't get into, almost everything else in the villa was smashed."
