Chapter 566 Seeing a Woman Who Looks Very Much Like Her
Nora and Isaac both looked puzzled.
Kenneth didn't beat around the bush and said directly, "There are some special kinds of shamanism that can compensate for those parts, when the body has defects, making the body even better than the original."
"Some people who are blind can use shamanism to restore their vision. The vision restored by shamanism won't have issues like nearsightedness or presbyopia."
"Like him being deaf and mute, it's possible to hear and speak again through shamanism."
Nora's eyes lit up, full of disbelief.

Kenneth said proudly, "That's not even the most powerful part; there's even more powerful shamanism."

To be honest, Nora was tempted.
Magnus's injury was something even Rhys couldn't fix.

Nora asked again, "We can decide for him now, but if he grows up and doesn't want to learn, can he stop?"
Kenneth said, "Yes, if he doesn't want to learn, I can't force him. I'm not a bandit."
Nora didn't expected Kenneth to be so open-minded.
Kenneth was someone who thought about building roads to let his people go out and learn; how could he be old-fashioned?
Nora said, "Alright, I'll agree on his behalf for now. Can you make him hear and speak immediately?"
Kenneth said helplessly, "It's not that simple. He has to learn the shamanism himself to better treat himself."
Nora was a bit disappointed, but thinking that Magnus could recover still made her happy. She agreed with Kenneth to bring Magnus over in two or three months.
During this time, she and Isaac would find a way to communicate with Magnus and seek his opinion. If he didn't want to come here, they wouldn't force him.

Toby told the villagers about Isaac agreeing to fund the road construction, and when they left, the whole village came to see them off.
The children, hearing that they could go to school outside once the road was built, were jumping up and down with excitement.
After watching Isaac and his family leave, Toby quietly said to Kenneth, "Mr. Kenneth Zuniga, the poison on Mr. Porter was a basic and simple one that could be cured in less than a minute, but we asked for so much money to build the road. Isn't that a bit dishonest?"
Kenneth sighed, "I acted for an hour just to help him detoxify, so he wouldn't feel cheated. It's not easy for me either."
Toby felt speechless.
Kenneth continued, "Besides, I did say I would help his little son with his ears and throat, didn't I?"
"People like them, with money, care more about their children's health than the money for road construction."
Toby asked, "Are you sure the money for the road can be justified by health?"
Kenneth said honestly, "That money is astronomical for us. Our whole village couldn't earn that much in ten lifetimes, but for them, it shouldn't be too difficult."
Nora and Isaac took their three children on a world tour.
Barrett's health deteriorated day by day.

Nora and Isaac had to take them back home.

"Mr. Radcliffe, do you need something?"

She wanted to spend more time with Barrett at home.

Nora glanced at Lora and then at Elder, "Mr. Radcliffe, who is she? What's going on?"
Elder said with a serious face, "I don't know either, but it's probably something Mortimer did. Let her explain it to you."
