Chapter 522 They Are Ultimately Getting Divorced

The seventh day.

Isaac was still staying in the bar, not wanting to go anywhere.

At ten in the morning, he was still sleeping in the guest room on the second floor, and his phone kept ringing non-stop.

He was woken up from his sleep, impatiently turning off the phone.

But as soon as he hung up, the phone rang again.

The phone rang continuously for more than ten times.

Finally, Isaac impatiently answered the call.

As soon as the call connected, Mark's anxious voice came through the phone, "Mr. Porter, you finally answered the phone!"

"If you don't answer the phone, something bad is going to happen!"

Isaac immediately sat up and asked in a deep voice, "What happened to Magnus?"

Over at the villa, only if something happened to Magnus, it would be considered serious.

Mark was so anxious to find him, could it be that something happened to Magnus?

Mark said, "No, Mr. Magnus Porter is fine, it's Amara!"

Isaac breathed a sigh of relief, a flash of annoyance in his eyes, and asked, "What happened to her?"

Mark said, "She just went to the hospital, she said she was going to the hospital for an abortion."

Isaac's heart suddenly sank.

Amara having an abortion?

No way! The child in her belly cannot be aborted, it must be kept!

Mark said helplessly, "No matter how I tried to persuade her, it was useless. She said it was Mr. Porter who made the choice to give up on the child, tacitly allowing her to abort the child, so she is doing as you wished."

Isaac hung up the phone, immediately got up, quickly washed up, changed his clothes, and went out the door.

"You finally decided to leave? I thought you were going to make this place your home." Harold happened to be downstairs, and seeing Isaac coming down, he couldn't help but tease with a smile.

He was pleased to see Isaac pulling himself together.

Isaac didn't answer him and quickly walked out of the bar.

Still feeling the effects of last night's hangover and unable to drive, he hailed a taxi and headed to the hospital.

He didn't ask Mark which hospital Amara went to, but he knew which hospital she would go to.

The hospital he had taken her to before, the best hospital in Aridonia, with the top medical team and facilities in the country, so she would definitely go there.

At the hospital, he headed straight to the obstetrics and gynecology department.

In the waiting area,  he saw Amara and quickly walked over.

Amara saw Isaac as soon as he appeared, a quick flash of victorious joy in her eyes.

She knew that if she said she was going to the hospital for an abortion, Mark would definitely find a way to contact Isaac.

Isaac would definitely come to the hospital if he heard she was going to have an abortion.

For the past six days, Isaac hadn't come home, and her calls and messages to him were like stones sinking into the sea with no response.

She had asked Mark to help her contact Isaac, but Mark kept finding excuses to avoid it. She was furious.

Now, Isaac finally appeared!

As Isaac walked up to her, she quickly hid her smugness and put on a sad and aggrieved expression.

She looked up at his gloomy face, her eyes reddening, and tears welling up at the corners of her eyes.

"Isaac, you've been avoiding me for so long, and today you finally came to see me. Since you're here, say a proper goodbye to our baby. Soon, they will be gone forever."

As she spoke, tears fell, looking heartbroken.

Isaac suppressed his anger and said in a deep voice, "Come back with me."

Amara said bitterly, "You've already made your choice, I respect your choice, and I won't force you to divorce anymore."

"But, I will also keep my word."

"I said I wouldn't let my child be born in disgrace."

"I gave you seven days to think about it, and you did nothing but avoid me. I know you've given up on me and the child, so I'll do as you wish and abort the child, and I won't bother you anymore."

Isaac's face was very unpleasant, "We'll talk about this at home!"

Amara shook her head, "I don't want to hear your excuses anymore. If you don't give me the answer I want, I'll abort this child today."

"The child is almost five months old. If I keep delaying, the longer I wait, the more harm it will do to my body when I abort."

"Isaac, I like you, but you can't disregard my well-being."

Amara cried sadly. She admitted that she was acting, but the last sentence was genuine.

Isaac pressed his lips tightly, not speaking, his aura cold as ice.

Amara said firmly, "I said seven days ago that I would give you seven days to resolve things with Nora."

"If you divorce her within seven days, I'll keep the child."

"If you don't divorce Nora within seven days, I won't continue this nameless and faceless relationship, and I'll abort the child."

"Now that seven days have passed, and you haven't divorced Nora, which proves that you've chosen to give up on the child in my belly, so I'll do as I said and make him disappear from my belly."

Amara looked at him and said seriously, "Isaac, the court is still open today. If you want me to keep this child, then divorce Nora today and get the divorce decree."

"Otherwise, before midnight tonight, I will definitely make this child disappear from my belly!"

"I mean it! No room for negotiation!"

Isaac's face was terrifyingly dark, his aura cold to the bone.

Amara was so tense from his aura that her whole body was taut, but she held on, not letting herself show weakness.

She kept telling herself that Isaac needed her child to save Magnus, so he couldn't not give in. She was sure to win this round!

Sure enough, soon Isaac reined his aura, and with a grim face, saying, "I'll go divorce Nora, don't think about aborting the child anymore."

Amara's heart raced, and the joy and excitement on her face were uncontrollable.

She was so excited that she trembled, tears uncontrollably streaming down.

Once Isaac divorced Nora, he could marry her!

She excitedly stood up, took his arm, and said excitedly, "Isaac, I'll go with you."

Isaac resisted the urge to push her away and took her out of the hospital.

He called Wesley to come and pick them up.

They went home first to get the materials needed for the divorce.

Isaac held the marriage certificate, his long fingers gently brushing over Nora's name on the certificate.

He and Nora were finally going to divorce.

A suffocating pain came from his heart, making it hard to breathe.

Isaac closed his eyes, took a deep breath, and suppressed the emotions surging in his heart.

Then, he took out his phone and dialed Nora's number.

A divorce required both parties to be present, so he had to call her to go to the court together to handle the divorce procedures.
