Chapter 525 Intentionally Ruining Her Reputation

Isaac held Magnus, his heart filled with guilt.

Nora didn't want to see Isaac and ran into the study.

It took half an hour for the nanny to arrive.

Nora briefly explained a few things to the nanny and then left with Isaac.

"Let's take my car together," Isaac said when they reached downstairs and saw Nora heading to the parking lot to get her car.

Nora calmly refused, "No, I'll drive myself. I'll come back on my own later. You don't need to bring me back."

Isaac looked at her with intense, pained eyes, but in the end, he didn't continue to stop her.

Nora drove out, and she and Isaac headed to the courthouse one after the other.

When they arrived at the courthouse entrance, Nora saw Amara, and her expression darkened a bit. He brought Amara along.

"Isaac, why did it take you so long? Is she refusing to divorce and deliberately stalling? She's so shameless, trying to drag out the divorce. But unfortunately, it's not up to her to decide whether this marriage ends or not," Amara quickly ran to Isaac's side, giving Nora a pointed look.

Isaac said in a deep voice, "It's not her, I was delayed by something."

Amara wanted to say more, but Nora didn't give her the chance, sarcastically saying, "Do you know what you look like right now?"

"What?" Amara frowned, looking at Nora with displeasure.

Nora had embarrassed her, and now she was full of hostility towards Nora.

Nora smirked, "You look like a petty person in power and a shameless one at that. No matter what, as long as Isaac and I are not divorced, you're just an adulterer. How can an adulterer be so arrogant? Don't you feel ashamed?"

""

At the courthouse entrance, the people turned to look after hearing Nora's words.

Their eyes were filled with disdain as they looked at Amara and Isaac.

"So that's the adulterer? An adulterer coming to the courthouse to force the wife to divorce? That's really arrogant."

"This adulterer isn't even as good-looking as the wife. What does this guy see in her?"

"The wife is really pitiful."

"But the wife looks quite young. It's better for her to get rid of the scumbag early. It won't stop her from finding a second husband. Such a beautiful lady won't have trouble finding a man even if she's divorced."

There was a lot of discussion around them.

Most people were either directly or indirectly cursing Amara and Isaac.

Some people were surprised by Isaac's handsomeness.

But those faint voices were drowned out by the majority of the cursing.

No matter how handsome Isaac was, his bad character greatly diminished his looks.

"Nora, how can you be so vicious?" Amara cursed angrily.

Nora sneered, "How am I vicious?"

Amara shouted angrily, "You deliberately said those things to make others curse us. You have such a vicious heart!"

Nora said, "I was just telling the truth. Not a single word was exaggerated. I even helped you hide the fact that you came to me privately, falsely accused me of being the adulterer, forced me to divorce, and threatened my child, saying that if I didn't do as you said, you would go after my child."

Amara panicked immediately, "Stop talking!"

Nora sneered, "So you do know that the things you've done are shameful?

"I thought you were naturally naive and didn't know right from wrong, which is why you did those things."

"Now it seems you did it knowingly. You brought this on yourself."

Amara was so angry that her chest heaved violently, and her face turned red.

The looks from the people around them became even more hostile.

"This adulterer is too despicable. She not only became an adulterer but also falsely accused the wife of being the adulterer? This really blows my mind!"

"She slandered the wife as the adulterer, which means she knows being an adulterer is wrong and will be despised, but she still did it. That's really low."

"I've never seen such a despicable and evil woman!"

"She even threatened the wife's child. She won't even spare a child. Is she even human?"

"The adulterer is despicable, and the scumbag is no better. It's all the scumbag's fault for not controlling himself, which made the adulterer so arrogant!"

"The most pitiful ones are the wife and the child."

"Hope all adulterers and cheating scumbags get struck by lightning!"

Amara had never been cursed like this before. She was both ashamed and angry, looking at Isaac with grievance.

"Isaac, Nora is deliberately humiliating us. She's about to divorce you, but she's still trying to ruin our reputation. She's so evil!"

"Feelings don't follow a first-come, first-served rule. The one abandoned is the adulterer. She's just twisted because she was abandoned and is trying to ruin us!"

"She's so vicious, Isaac. You need to see her true colors!"

Isaac's face was terrifyingly dark, exuding a dangerous aura as he coldly looked at Amara.

"You threatened Nora with the child?"

Amara was so scared she was trembling, her voice uncontrollably shaking, "I didn't. I was just saying it casually."

Isaac's warning voice was filled with murderous intent, "I'm warning you, if you dare to harm her or the child, I will not spare you!"

Amara's eyes reddened with grievance, lightly biting her lip, looking pitiful, but Isaac didn't soften at all.

He was still full of anger and hostility.

That day, Amara only said she had gone to see Nora. He didn't expect she had also threatened Nora with the child.

People around them whispered.

"This scumbag still has a bit of conscience, knowing to care about the child. He's not the kind of bastard who would want to kill his kids just to be with the adulterer."

"What kind of conscience is that? That's just basic human decency. Don't set the bar too low for men!"

"Blaming the wife for speaking the truth, that's really shameless. If you don't want people to talk, don't do it. If you did it, don't be afraid of people talking!"

"Feel sorry for the wife."

"Doesn't this wife look familiar? Wasn't she in the news before?"

Isaac walked up to Nora, apologetically saying, "I'm sorry, I didn't know she threatened you with the child."

"Don't worry, I won't let her get near the kids. If she dares to harm the them, I'll avenge them tenfold!"
