Chapter 296 Sending Oscar Abroad
This provocation was unprecedented for Sidney, who had never spoken before. Nick stared, dumbfounded.
Another kid beside them realized what happened and chuckled. "Nick, Sidney insulted you!"
Nick was furious and immediately shouted, rushing towards Sidney. "Sidney, you bastard who nobody loves or cares for, you're looking for trouble. Watch as I turn you into a punching bag, just you wait!"
A group of children gathered around.
Oscar remained calm in the face of danger, his cunning eyes flickering as he pulled out a few small candy-shaped objects from his pocket.
Snap, he threw them to the ground, startling everyone with the sound of firecrackers.
Casually, he took a puff of his inhaler, just in case, then swung his small fist and said, "I learned judo from Mommy, let me show you!"
After a while, five or six kids fell to the ground, unable to get up.
Nick was the worst off, blood streaming from his nose. Feeling dizzy, he held his nose and ran like a chubby pig, crying, "Teacher, teacher, Sidney went crazy and started hitting people!"
Oscar made no attempt to stop him, he smiled and crossed his arms behind his back.
It would be best to go and file a complaint, even better if it escalated to the point of involving their parents.
Darcy had set this trap for him, how could he not set a counter trap?
Oscar didn't miss the fact that when Darcy left the class, she walked with Nick's mom...
Some truths needed to be seen by that bastard father, otherwise, he wouldn't have a clue about what his son was going through!
-
Oscar put on a smile and walked behind the staircase, quickly typing a message on his phone bracelet.
In less than a second, Sidney called back.
"Is Mommy still not home?"
Sidney replied, "I quickly sneaked out of the villa estate and sent a message to Mommy right on time. She should be on her way back now. What's going on, Oscar?"
Oscar then recounted the events of the morning, about Mommy and the bastard father being caught by each other.
Sidney gasped, "So we exposed ourselves in the process?"
"That's why I immediately sent you to the apartment, to comfort Mommy and make sure the bastard father doesn't find out about the two of us. Otherwise, he'll take everything away, and Mommy won't be able to compete with his wealth and power!"
Sidney was speechless for a moment. Were he and Oscar just some merchandise to be fought over?
The little guy let out a sigh, "Why do Mommy and Daddy have to fight over us? Can't they peacefully build a family together? We're two adorable little babies, aren't we the luckiest treasures in the universe once they have us?"
"..." Oscar deeply felt that Sidney inherited his bastard father's cockiness and inexplicable self-love.
"I dream of having a complete family, not being laughed at by kindergarten kids, and not being called a stepchild who doesn't resemble her." Sidney said sadly.
Oscar fell silent for a moment and gently comforted Sidney, "Don't be sad, Sidney! Through my keen investigation, I've discovered that the bastard father must have loved Mommy at some point. And Mommy, even though she never mentioned the father in the past three years, sometimes I wake up from a dream and find her tears on my pillow. Mommy often feels sad... Today's argument between them was fueled by their mutual hatred and only led to a blame game. They never explained to each other what misunderstanding happened all those years ago. How can two people reconcile without clarifying that? That's where you and I come in to find a solution."
Sidney couldn't help but feel a flicker of hope, "Oscar..."
"Finally, you agreed with me. Should I tell Dad to reconcile with Mommy?" Oscar's cold lips curled slightly as he awkwardly said, "I feel sorry for that bastard of a father today. I don't know what misconception he had about Mommy back then for him to hate her so much. Besides, he genuinely loves you, and I thought maybe we could help him out. If Dad and Mommy misunderstood each other, then I guess it must have been some wicked woman who played tricks on them and drove them apart. Now, since Dad and Mommy cannot resolve their misunderstandings, and that wicked woman is making things worse, we have to help Dad and Mommy eliminate her. Once she's out of the picture, Dad and Mommy can sit down and clarify their misunderstandings."
Oscar remained optimistic with his analysis.
Sidney rarely praised others, but about his little brother, he couldn't resist complimenting him. He felt ashamed as he said, "Oscar, I also feel the same way, but I can never beat Darcy in a fight. She's too good at acting, and Dad believes her. It always makes me angry, and when I get angry, I shut myself off."
Oscar chuckled, "Sidney, you're so adorable. That's not shutting yourself off; it's because you're too upright. Wait for me; I'll deal with that wicked woman today. By the way, that Nick who bullies you? I punched him and sent him flying."
"Oscar, you're so amazing..."
Just as the two little ones were complimenting each other, the lock on the apartment door turned, and Winnie rushed in anxiously, calling out, "Oscar?"
"Sidney, remember to comfort Mommy like I do!" Oscar heard the sound of Mommy's heartbreak and his heart ached. He quickly hung up the phone.
Sidney also immediately covered his wristband with his sleeve and stood up with his short legs, running out. "Mommy, I'm here!"
"You really are home, you little rascal." Winnie was almost in tears, her heart that had been lost and regained pounding in her chest.
She ran over, crouched down, and hugged her son, softly sobbing. "You scared me. When he took you away in the bathroom, why didn't you resist?"
She was even more puzzled, "You were clearly taken away by him, so how did you escape?"
"And how did your watch's phone number have one digit missing?"
A series of questions bombarded them, but fortunately, Sidney and Oscar had mentally prepared themselves through the phone call.
Sidney tried his best to imitate Oscar's lively demeanor and jokingly said, "I didn't resist at the time because I was afraid Dad would hurt you. After that man pretended to take me away, in the car, I started threatening him. If he didn't let me go, I would immediately jump out of the car!"
"Oscar!" Winnie was shocked, her expression turning stern.
"I was just bluffing him. Dad had never seen me before, so he couldn't gauge how far I would go." Sidney vividly described the scene.
Winnie found it hard to believe this answer. "Lawrence R... I mean, your father, is not the type to be threatened."
Rock, standing behind them, also scrutinized 'Oscar'.
"Oscar, you must tell the truth and let your mommy understand the real situation."
"It's true!" Sidney is very hostile towards Rock, his father's "rival."
"I opened the car door and told him that I didn't like him, that I only like mommy. Dad was disappointed, seeing his son for the first time, he couldn't possibly wish for his death, so he angrily let me go."
Winnie's heart was filled with warmth as she tightly embraced her son, giving him a kiss. "I didn't raise you in vain, I thought you would happily go with him."
"How could that be? Who does he think he is?"
Sidney spoke while feeling guilty. In order to make mommy happy, he could only ruthlessly sacrifice his father.
Winnie released her son and her cold eyes were filled with unease and coldness.
She gritted her teeth and spoke earnestly, "Rock, help me book a plane ticket. I'm sending Oscar back to Country M now. If he stays here, Lawrence R will do everything possible to take him away. I can't afford to lose my only son."
"..." What?
Sidney's heart panicked. Did Oscar not comfort mommy enough?
Mommy wants to send him away?
Sidney stood up in shock and tried to stop her. "Mommy, I don't want to go to Country M..."
"You must go back, Oscar. Behave and we'll be able to be together for a long time in the future."
"But, but..." Sidney desperately wanted to cry and his face turned red.
But mommy, you have more than one son, you still have Sidney, and I am Sidney...
Besides, if he gets chased out of the country, wouldn't he not be able to see Lawrence R? He still loves daddy, he can't bear it!
