Chapter 815 Rock's Grand Conspiracy
Olivia held the USB drive, plugged it into the computer, and said, "The night I infiltrated the club, Mars spotted me through the surveillance. They teamed up and captured me. At that time, I had already gathered a lot of evidence against Rock."
"Including the fact that he actually sought out Sierra right after Lawrence kidnapped you at your wedding. The truth is: Rock cheated on you first!"
"I was so close to confronting Sierra, asking if Rock was with her on your wedding night. Unfortunately, after I disappeared, Sierra must have done something to anger him and tried to threaten him, right?"
"He killed her! But it doesn't matter. Rock thought he destroyed all the evidence I had the night he tried to murder me."
"But I'm a hacker. I had already stored all his dirty deeds in an encrypted cloud. I never thought I'd live to see the day I could come back and open this evidence."
With that, Olivia opened the encrypted cloud files and showed them to Winnie, who gritted her teeth in anger. "Rock was with Sierra, engaging in all sorts of depraved activities."
She added, "He and Mars regularly shared women in the club's private rooms, using whips, taking turns... it was as disgusting as you can imagine. I saw it with my own eyes and even captured his face on camera! If you want to file for divorce, this is solid evidence!"
Winnie stared at the images, horrified, her stomach churning.
She pressed her cold lips together and nodded. "Rock treated the new secretary in his office the same way. I also have surveillance evidence."
Olivia said, "My evidence is from an earlier time. Combined, they prove that Rock not only cheated on you first but did so continuously during your marriage!"
"He's disgusting, meticulous, and insidious. Maybe three years ago, he had some feelings for you, but I guarantee that three years later, when he pursued you, it was because he knew you were the daughter of the Blanchet Family."
"You should know by now that when Lawrence kidnapped you and Rock said he still loved you, he actually wanted to keep you close and make you submit so he could exact his revenge! That's what Sierra told me that day."
"And Sierra said he was very ambitious. When I returned to Dazzling Estate, I overheard him asking you to introduce him to the Blanchet Group for a collaboration."
"That's when I knew he wanted to infiltrate the Blanchet Group and take over Carlos's company!"
"I followed him into the club and heard him and Mars discussing how to quickly get you to sign the collaboration. He even said you were delaying too much and that he needed to find another way to exploit the Blanchet Family's weaknesses."
"I desperately wanted to tell you all this horrifying news. But that night, they discovered me. After that, I disappeared and had no idea what he did to you or the Blanchet Group. Recently, did the Blanchet Group sign a contract with him?"
After Olivia finished speaking, she pressed for answers.
Winnie's face was shrouded in fear. Although she had suspected Rock's intentions after discovering his infidelity, she never imagined he had been plotting against the Blanchet Group for so long.
He not only wanted to take revenge on her but also aimed to climb higher by taking over the Blanchet Group, potentially making the Harrington Group the strongest company in Veridiania!
Maybe he could even break free from Ronnie?
Her palms were cold with dread, and she had a bad feeling she couldn't quite grasp.
She answered Olivia in a daze, "I ultimately didn't agree to sign the contract with him. I knew that once he got involved with the Blanchet Group, things would get complicated."
"But after my dad woke up, he seemed very pleased with Rock. Once, he even urged me to agree to the collaboration between the Blanchet Group and the Harrington Group, but I vetoed it that night."
"Why would Carlos immediately speak up for Rock after waking up?" Olivia was incredulous.
Winnie was also puzzled. "I guess Rock visited my dad first and made a good impression. After that, my dad didn't push me to make a decision."
Olivia was silent for a moment, then suddenly sensed something unusual. "Winnie, when did this happen?"
"About two weeks ago, shortly after my dad woke up. Since then, I've been preoccupied with discovering Rock's schemes and dealing with Sidney and Oscar's car accident, so I haven't visited my dad in the hospital."
Winnie frowned as she spoke, noticing Olivia's sudden change in expression. She connected the dots about Rock's malicious nature and felt something was off. "Olivia, do you think something's wrong?"
"Yes." Olivia shook her head coldly. "Why would your dad suddenly side with Rock and push for the collaboration between the Blanchet Group and the Harrington Group? Winnie, you might not know this, but I do. Rock has been desperate to get into the Blanchet Group. I've heard him and Mars discussing various ways to infiltrate the Blanchet Group!"
"You mean he targeted my dad?" Winnie shivered.
"It's possible! You just said Carlos only mentioned it once and then didn't push you anymore. Did Rock stop bringing up the collaboration after that?"
Winnie recalled, her heart sinking. That night at Carlos's hospital, after she refused Rock, he indeed never mentioned it again.
If Olivia said he was determined to get the Blanchet Group, then this behavior was very unusual.
Maybe Rock had already secured the collaboration behind her back? How did he do it?
Winnie's mind plunged into a cold abyss.
At that moment, Lawrence, who had heard everything, walked over with a heavy expression. "Winnie, I think you need to call Carlos immediately and get to the bottom of this."
"Carlos is awake, and he's still the chairman and legal representative of the Blanchet Group. If Rock tricked him into signing, the consequences could be disastrous."
Winnie quickly took out her phone, feeling anxious and regretful. "I've been too busy to visit the hospital these past few days. Damn it, the nurse said my dad often felt tired and didn't want to talk much, so I didn't call him. Damn it, if Rock did something to him, I won't let him get away with it!"
The phone rang a few times before it was answered by the nurse, Maria Diaz.
"Ms. Anderson! Mr. Blanchet has been resting well these past few days, but he hasn't gone for his MRI. Ms. Anderson, when can you arrange for a doctor to re-examine Mr. Blanchet?"
"You've been so busy lately, you might have forgotten. Mark suddenly resigned and returned to his country. The remaining doctors at the Blanchet Group's hospital can't make decisions about Mr. Blanchet's treatment, so there hasn't been a consultation."
"Mark resigned? When did this happen?" Winnie was astonished!
"About two weeks ago. But Ms. Blanchet said you knew about it, so I didn't mention it. Do you not know that Mark resigned?"
Damn it. Winnie felt a jolt at the mention of Ishara's name.
