Chapter 646 Hellen's Betrayal

Rock's calm face turned red. He shoved Sierra away, dragging her to the bed. "Sierra, you think you can mess with me? Are you mock me?"

"I didn't! Rock, I'm your secretary now. So I overheard some things. And that's true."

"Shut up. My business with Winnie is none of your concern. Know your place."

Rock ripped off her clothes and pinned her down. His once-gentle face turned savage as he yanked her hair. "You're just my secret lover."

"I understand."

Sierra's face went pale with fear, her scalp burning. She never imagined the gentlemanly Rock in public could be so devilish in private.

In the month she had been his secretary, she had quickly uncovered the secrets of the Harrington Group. The Harrington Group was backed by the Peterson Group, whose chairman, Ronnie, was a shadowy figure. Now, Rock had become just as mysterious.

"Do your job and keep me happy, Sierra. Don't play games. If you do well, I'll let you get pregnant, but you'll never be Mrs. Harrington."

Rock shoved her head into the pillow. "Thank you, Rock," Sierra said, clenching her fingers and enduring his assault.

'He must have been provoked by Winnie, who probably still carrying someone else's kiss marks. That must have set him off. He always cherished his public image, but now he was taking it out on her. Men like him were truly terrifying.'

In this month, Sierra had gradually realized the darkness of his personality and the terror of his thoughts. But Rock's promising future and rising status were the lure that kept her aiming for a higher position!

When everything calmed down, Sierra lay on the bed like a dead fish. She glanced at the satisfied and ruthless Rock and immediately moved closer, lying on his chest to please him. "Rock, let me help you with a bath."

Rock grabbed her hand, quenching his cigarette, and said expressionlessly, "Move out tomorrow. Have the servants clean this place. Winnie will be coming to stay in a few days."

"Winnie?" A flash of jealousy quickly crossed Sierra's eyes, but she obediently nodded. "Alright."

'She wasn't anything special,' Sierra sneered inwardly at Winnie's stunningly beautiful face. 'I had already lived in this villa. In this month, Rock had sex with me every day and Winnie didn't know it at all. In the end, what was so noble about Winnie? She would still sleep in the bed I had slept in and live together with the man I had lived with. As for Rock, I wouldn't let go. Since he promised me a child, I would eventually use the pregnancy to force Winnie out of the picture!'

At nine o'clock at night, in Bob's private hospital room, he was awakened by a rustling sound. He struggled to open his eyes and turn, seeing Hellen, who had finally appeared two days after he fell ill.

A complex emotion flashing in Bob's eyes, his original anger slightly subsided due to their marital bond. He hoarsely voiced, "Hellen, you..."

"Ronnie, wait." Hellen's voice had a playful edge.

"What are you scared of? Bob's just a dying old man now. Do you really think he's still the big-shot tycoon of the Rodriguez Group or the esteemed military commander?" Ronnie said, standing at the foot of the bed, looking at Bob with pure contempt.

'Ronnie?'

He had Hellen in his arms, her clothes half-open. Bob couldn't believe what he was seeing.

"He's awake."

Hellen gently pushed Ronnie away, but her face showed no fear towards Bob.

"What are you doing?" Bob was too shocked to speak.

"You are awake." Ronnie turned around and smirked. His hand tightened around Hellen's waist.

"What are you doing? You two are siblings!"

Bob was furious, seeing Hellen and Ronnie so close. He had never suspected anything between them before!

"Siblings? Mr. Rodriguez, you've been fooled for decades. Hellen, should we tell him we fell in love as teenagers and that you never loved him? The mighty head of the Rodriguez Group has been our cover for over thirty years."

"That's impossible. Hellen, come here and tell me this isn't true. You and Ronnie are committing incest. How shameless can you be?"

Bob was so angry he coughed up blood. He clutched his chest, trying to get up, but his body wouldn't cooperate.

Hellen looked at Bob writhing on the bed, a complex emotion in her eyes. Once upon a time, Bob was the most heroic man she knew. He was a soldier with a commanding presence, a dream man for many girls in his youth.

But in front of Ronnie, she couldn't admit she once had feelings for Bob. Those feelings had been extinguished by Bob's repeated indifference.

Hellen clenched her fist. Since Bob called her shameless, there was no need to hide anymore. She stepped closer to the bed and sneered. "Bob, should I say you've been righteous all your life or just incredibly stupid? All these years, you never discovered my relationship with Ronnie. You never cared about me. If your father hadn't forced you to marry me, you wouldn't have even looked at me. You married me but never cared for me. Without your family forcing you to have a child, Amy wouldn't have been born. You were always busy with the military. Are you really busy or just to avoid me? I could see the disdain in your eyes. You thought no one was worthy of your noble bloodline. You were cold to the bone, not wanting a family or intimacy, but I have feelings. Fortunately, I never fell in love with you. I have Ronnie. He's not my real brother; I'm just an adopted daughter of the Peterson family. It's too bad that your Rodriguez family was fooled by the Peterson family. Your father never knew you married an adopted daughter. I used to think you were indifferent to everyone, uninterested in any woman, which made me balanced. But then Lawrence was born!"
