Chapter 325 Just Love Seeing Her Jealous

William finished explaining and was about to leave.

"I won't do chemotherapy," Angel coughed violently and said with difficulty, "Chemotherapy will make my hair fall out and I'll look ugly. I don't want that! William, aren't you about to get engaged to Margaret? I want to look beautiful watching you two together. I don't want to be an awkward presence at your wedding. I want to see you both happy."

William turned around and saw Angel coughing violently with her hand over her mouth, blood slowly seeping through her slender fingers. Her already pale skin looked almost transparent at this moment.

She didn't seem to be faking it.

Thinking of Margaret's words, William returned to the bedside and looked down at her. "Since you choose not to do chemotherapy, that's fine. You can attend my engagement party with Margaret. Get some rest."

"William, can I hug you?" Angel looked up, her infatuated gaze falling on William's stunningly handsome face. She spoke cautiously, "I know my feelings for you have caused you a lot of trouble in the past, but now I'm dying. Consider this my final farewell to my feelings for you."

As Angel said this, she glanced towards the door.

She saw a shadow there. If she wasn't mistaken, it was Margaret.

William's eyes narrowed slightly, emotions fluctuating within them.

Before he could speak, Angel took his silence as consent, reached out, and hugged his waist, resting her head against him.

Her words were full of longing. "William, I really hope you can forgive me."

"What are you doing?" Margaret's voice suddenly appeared in the ward, full of disbelief as she questioned the two people embracing in front of her.

Her face looked terrible, filled with the anger of betrayal.

Angel hurriedly let go of William, as if they had really done something to betray Margaret.

She remembered that Margaret and William had a big fight before.

She wanted to fan the flames of their previous anger even more.

Angel clutched the blanket tightly, looking at Margaret cautiously. "Margaret, don't blame William. It's all my fault. I wanted to hug William. I'm sick, and he just wanted to comfort me."

"Comforting a sick person with a hug?" Margaret glared at William, furious. "Fine, if you can't be wholeheartedly devoted to me, then forget about our engagement, William!"

Margaret said this and stormed out in anger.

William quickly stepped forward and grabbed her. "You don't trust me?"

His tone was bad, clearly angry at her questioning.

"William, I saw you holding another woman with my eyes. And you question me? How amusing!" Margaret angrily pushed William away. "Go be with your Marjorie!"

"William, don't be mad at Margaret. It's all my fault. I'm a dying person causing you both trouble and straining your relationship." Angel quickly got out of bed and grabbed Margaret's hand. "Margaret, don't worry. I can't compete with you. The doctor said I have late-stage stomach cancer and only a month to live. I'm dying. I'll give William back to you."

"Give him back to me?" Margaret sneered, shaking off her hand. "Are you saying I'm picking up something you don't want?"

Unexpectedly, with that shake, Angel fell to the ground and started coughing violently, blood splattering on the floor. "I didn't mean that. I just don't want William to be troubled or for you two to argue because of me."

"Enough!" William roared in a low voice.

Both Angel and Margaret were stunned.

He helped Angel up from the ground and looked at Margaret coldly. "Margaret, Marjorie is already a dying person. Do you really need to argue with her like this? Isn't that a bit petty?"

Margaret was stunned. "Fine, if that's the case, I'll leave and not disturb your time together!"

She turned and left in a huff.

Angel anxiously pushed William. "William, don't hate Margaret because of me. She's a good person, just misunderstood for a moment. Go comfort her. I still want to see you both happy!"

She coughed up blood as she spoke.

But inside, she was delighted, wanting to laugh out loud. It seemed her plan was working.

No matter how wrong she was before or how important Margaret was, she couldn't compete with a dying person like her.

As long as she kept pushing, William would eventually be hers.

"Alright." William nodded. "Get some rest. I'll come see you when I have time."

He said this and left the ward.

Angel's eyes widened, her pale face full of shock.

It seemed she hadn't escalated things enough.

Angel took out a handkerchief to wipe the blood from her mouth, her eyes filled with malice.

In the hospital corridor, Margaret walked calmly, completely different from her earlier rage, even with a faint smile in her eyes.

A large hand quietly wrapped around her small one, and William's clear voice, sounded in her ear. "First time acting with my fiancée, your performance was impressive."

"Of course." Margaret raised an eyebrow, full of confidence. "Don't forget, I'm the CEO of Starlight Entertainment."

She had just argued with William in front of Angel, but it was all an act.

She wanted Angel to think she had succeeded, so she would do even crazier things, eventually revealing that she wasn't Marjorie.

"Are you really sure she's not Marjorie?" William pondered, his deep eyes filled with inquiry.

"What? Feeling sorry for her?" Margaret stopped and looked up at him with her black grape-like eyes, showing her displeasure. "If that's the case, go back and be with her."

William looked at her jealous expression, smiling.. He loved seeing her jealous.

"If I cared, I wouldn't have acted with you." William leaned down and laughed softly in Margaret's ear. "Jealous?"

Margaret remained silent.

"No! Don't be so wishful thinking." Margaret glared at him.

The next second, William's kiss fell.
