Chapter 343 Lucy Reaps What She Sows
Lucy was thrown to the ground by William. She felt weak all over and tried to get up but couldn't.
At that moment, the lounge door opened again, and a man wearing a floral shirt with dyed blonde hair walked in.
"Miss, did you ask for my company?" The man was a sex worker from the nightclub, specially arranged by Peter.
Lucy struggled to lift her head and glanced at him. "Who are you? Get out!"
"Miss, can you really bear to let me go? Who will keep you company if I leave?" The man in the floral shirt looked at Lucy with lecherous eyes.
Lucy had delicate skin, a slim figure, and an air of nobility and allure. She was truly a rare beauty.
He eagerly helped Lucy up and placed her on the couch, looking her up and down, drooling.
"Miss, don't worry, I guarantee you'll be satisfied!" The man in the floral shirt said as he reached to unbutton Lucy's clothes, his large hands caressing her body.
"You, let go of me!" The remnants of Lucy's rationality made her want to push the man away.
She was the heiress of the Clark Family; how could she lose herself to such a man?
But she felt really uncomfortable now and desperately wanted a man's touch.
The places the man touched felt like they were on fire.
Lucy couldn't hold back any longer and wrapped her arms around the man's neck.
Grace calculated the time and figured it was about right, so she secretly notified the reporters to go to the second-floor lounge and called Michael and Victor over as well.
The more people who saw Lucy and William together, the bigger the scandal, and the less William could shirk his responsibility.
The reporters were thrilled when they got the news.
William and the heiress the Clark Family, Lucy having sex in the lounge—that was explosive news.
Especially since William was the main character in many recent scandals, with Margaret and Angel fighting fiercely. Now, Lucy suddenly appearing as the final woman was even more eye-catching.
The reporters rushed to the second-floor lounge, afraid of missing anything.
"This is it!" A reporter checked the room number and pushed the door open.
Inside the lounge, it was indeed a steamy scene.
Lucy's shoulder was half-exposed, lying on the couch, passionately kissing a man.
But the man on top of Lucy had blonde hair and wasn't William.
Hearing the noise, the man was surprised and turned to see many reporters entering with their equipment.
"What are you doing?" The man was startled by the scene and quickly put on his clothes.
The reporters looked at each other in confusion, because this wasn't what the anonymous tip had said.
The tip clearly stated that William and Lucy were having sex in the lounge. But now, William was nowhere instead of this blonde man.
But even without William, Lucy was undeniably present.
At the Clark Group's 50th-anniversary banquet, the heiress of the Clark Family having sex with a stranger in the lounge was still explosive news.
The reporters swarmed around, excitedly bombarding the disheveled Lucy with questions,
"Ms. Clark, is this man your boyfriend?"
"Ms. Clark, how long have you been together? When do you plan to go public with your relationship?"
Lucy came to her senses and quickly grabbed her clothes to cover herself. "Get away from me, I don't know him!"
"Ms. Clark, you don't know him? Then why are you having sex with him at the Clark Group's 50th-anniversary banquet?" The reporters pressed on.
Michael and Victor, who had rushed over, almost fainted at the sight.
Victor stepped forward and slapped the blonde man. "Get out!"
He and Michael had received an anonymous tip saying Lucy was unwell in the second-floor lounge and asked them to check on her.
Who knew they would walk into such an indecent scene?
Michael frowned, took off his suit jacket, and covered Lucy with it. "What happened?"
"Michael, I was set up!" Lucy cried but couldn't explain clearly.
Because today's events were her own design.
What Lucy didn't expect was that William, even drugged, had the sense to push her away, call Peter, and take him away.
Even worse, he had arranged for another man to come.
Now, surrounded by reporters, she was reaping what she had sown.
The only consolation for Lucy was that the reporters arrived in time, and she hadn't gone all the way with the man.
But even so, her disgraceful state had been captured by the reporters, and her reputation was ruined.
"Disgraceful!" Victor stomped his foot and shouted at the reporters, "Get out!"
Victor's authority still held, and the reporters didn't dare offend him, leaving one by one.
"No one is allowed to leak today's events, or you'll be crossing me, " Michael said sternly.
If today's events hit the media, Lucy's reputation would be utterly destroyed.
After the reporters left, Michael looked down at Lucy, disappointed. "What happened?"
"I was drugged." Lucy gritted her teeth.
"Investigate! We must get to the bottom of this!" Victor's eyes burned with anger.
"Grandpa, let it go. I'm fine now," Lucy quickly grabbed Victor's hand and said softly.
Lucy was afraid that if they investigated, they would find out it was all her own scheme.
Just one wrong move, and it all fell apart.
"Grandpa, let me handle this," Michael noticed something off about Lucy and frowned. "The banquet is still ongoing, you should attend to the guests."
Victor nodded and turned to leave.
"Lucy, tell me the truth." Michael's eyes grew colder. "You know I will find out the truth."
"Michael, I..." Under Michael's stern gaze, Lucy lowered her head. "I just wanted to be with William."
Recalling how Lucy had repeatedly urged him to invite William to the banquet, Michael guessed the gist of it.
"This is outrageous!" Michael was furious. "Lucy, how could you do this?"
"Michael, I love him so much! I can't stand to see him with other women." Lucy's eyes reddened. "Michael, help me, you have to help me!"
