Chapter 336 Don't Believe He Would Fall in Love with Someone Else

Margaret hung up and looked up to see Juniper clutching her phone tightly, her beautiful eyes brimming with tears.

"What's wrong?" Margaret asked with concern.

Juniper held back her tears, biting her lip. "Alden has blocked me."

Margaret was speechless, and Couldn't understand Alden's behavior.

Even if they broke up, it is unnecessary for him to be so heartless as to block Juniper.

Moreover, he didn't explain anything and just blocked her like that. It was simply outrageous.

"I don't believe he could fall in love with someone else." Juniper lowered her eyes, her eyes red.

Sadness, despair, and unwillingness intertwined in Juniper's heart.

"I don't believe it either," Seeing Juniper like this, Margaret sighed softly.

It wasn't that she had any faith in Alden, but Juniper was truly a wonderful girl.

Being favored by Juniper was Alden's luck. Margaret didn't believe  there could be better and more outstanding girl than Juniper.

"Juniper, don't be like this. Anthony is already looking into it. We should soon know where Alden is," Margaret held Juniper's hand and comforted her, "Don't worry, I'll go with you to find Alden and get some answers!"

Margaret was already eager to meet this Alden.

She wanted to ask him in person, Juniper was so good and loved him so much, how could he treat her so heartlessly?

If Alden couldn't give her a reasonable explanation, she would make him pay.

"Okay." Juniper nodded, but the pain in her heart didn't lessen at all.

In the afternoon, Margaret drove to the hospital.

She had been frequently visiting the hospital for Bradley's follow-up checks and was in daily contact with Patterson to inquire about Bradley's recovery.

This morning, she took a moment to contact Pryce and explained Bradley's condition in detail.

Pryce told her that if there were no major issues, Bradley could be discharged.

Margaret finally breathed a sigh of relief.

Although Bradley's illness was largely due to Daisy and Abigail, she also bore a small part of the responsibility.

With Bradley being able to be discharged, one of her major concerns was resolved.

Margaret headed straight to Bradley's ward upon arriving at the hospital.

Patterson was already waiting in the ward for Margaret.

"Ms. Scott, you're here?" Patterson stood up quickly upon seeing Margaret.

"Yes. Bradley, how are you feeling?" Margaret smiled politely and walked to Bradley's bedside.

"Feeling great, very good!" Bradley stretched lazily, smiling broadly.

He had been looking forward to being discharged for a long time.

"Bradley, let me check your pulse. If everything's fine, you can be discharged," Margaret said as she began to diagnose Bradley.

"Okay." Bradley's smile widened.

Meanwhile, William also arrived at the hospital.

He first went to Angel's ward and knocked on the door.

"Come in." The nurse was giving Angel an IV. Seeing William, she stood up respectfully. "Mr. Fisher."

"William, you came to see me?" Angel, lying on the bed, brightened up upon seeing William.

"Yes." William's expression was indifferent. "Marjorie, how are you feeling?"

"Much better." Angel smiled weakly. "The pain was quite bad, but seeing you makes it all go away."

"Really?" William's deep gaze fell on Angel's face, with a hint of scrutiny.

Angel was so different from the girl in his memories.

But if she wasn't Marjorie, how could she know things that only he and Marjorie knew?

Feeling uneasy under William's gaze, Angel quickly said, "William, have a seat."

"No, I'm here to pick up my grandfather. He's being discharged today." William's voice was low as he turned to leave.

Angel quickly threw off the covers. "William, I'll go with you."

"No need, you should rest." William paused.

But Angel had already pulled out the IV, put on her shoes, and walked to William's side, holding his arm. "William, I'm fine. I'll go with you. I haven't seen Bradley in days, and I miss him."

Remembering Margaret's advice, William glanced at Angel. "Alright, let's go."

Seeing William agree, a trace of triumph flashed in Angel's eyes.

She had seen Margaret go to Bradley's ward earlier. If she guessed correctly, Margaret was still there.

So, if she went with William to pick up Bradley, Margaret would definitely be angry.

Then, she could add fuel to the fire, and William would hate Margaret even more.

As long as William completely hated Margaret and broke up with her, he would finally belong to her.

Lost in her thoughts, Angel and William arrived at Bradley's ward together.

Pushing the door open, they saw Margaret checking Bradley's pulse.

"Grandpa." William stepped inside.

Margaret looked up instinctively at the sound.

What met her eyes was William's tall and upright figure, with Angel clinging to his arm, closely attached to him.

Margaret was instantly furious. She stood up and angrily said, "William, what do you mean by this!"

"I'm here to pick up my grandpa." William frowned. "Didn't you inform me that he could be discharged and asked me to come?"

"Then why did you bring her?" Margaret pointed at Angel, her face full of anger. "Did I ask you to bring her?"

Seeing Margaret indeed angry, Angel was secretly pleased.

She bit her pale lip and weakly apologized, "Ms. Scott, I'm sorry. Don't blame William. I insisted on coming. I heard Bradley was being discharged and wanted to come along."

As she spoke, Angel deliberately leaned her head on William's shoulder, her gaze at Margaret full of provocation.

"William, what do you mean by this?" Margaret's face was grim. "Bringing your mistress to show off?"

"Unreasonable!" William said with his cold face.

"Ms. Scott, it's all my wrong. Don't be mad at William. I was just concerned about Bradley." Angel looked pitiful, in stark contrast to Margaret's angry demeanor.

"Do you even have the right to say here?" Margaret sneered. "Shameless!"

"Enough, Margaret. My grandpa is being discharged today. I don't want to argue with you. Leave now!" William's handsome face was tense as he directly ordered her out.
